Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam  penulisan skripsi ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian secara Yuridis Empiris. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh Polres Sigi dalam menanggulangi pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menyalahgunakan mobil barang untuk mengangkut penumpang (2) Untuk  mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi oleh Polres Sigi dalam menanggulangi pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menyalahgunakan mobil baranguntuk mengangkut penumpang. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah (1) Penggunaan mobil barang sebagai mobil penumpang diwilayah hukum polres sigi sudah menjadi kebiasan masyarakat, padahal kebiasan tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang dilarang oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan bahkan ada sanksi pidana bagi mereka yang melanggara aturan tersebut, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepolisian resort sigi untuk menanggulangi penyalahgunaan mobil barang menjadi mobil penumpang diantaran melalui upaya pre-emptif, upaya preventif dan upaya represif. (2) Dalam hal penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menyalahgunakan mobil barang untuk mengangkut penumpang, berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepolisian resort sigi diantarannya terkait struktur hukum dimana kepatuhan dan kedisiplinan aparat penegakan hukum dalam menjalankan peraturan masih sangat minim selain hal tersebut budaya hukum masyarakat juga menjadi salah satu faktor kendala dalam upaya penanggulangan terhadap pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menyalahgunakan mobil barang mengangkut penumpang. Adapun Saran Penelitian adalah (1) Sebaiknya pihak kepolisian khususnya satuan kepolisian lalu lintas Polres Sigi harus memberikan sanksi yang tegas terhadap pemilik kendaraan mobil barang yang melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas agar dapat memberikan efek jera dan meminimalisir resiko terjadinya kecelakaan yang mana tiap tahunya mengalami peningkatan (2) Sebaiknya Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resort Sigi harus lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada pengendara mobil barang terkait pelarangan mobil barang mengangkut penumpang dengan memperbanyak penempatan spanduk,baliho, pamphlet tentang larangan tersebut di jalan-jalan protocol.Kata Kunci : Mobil Barang. Abstract

The aims to be achieved in this research are, first, to assess whether the application of cooperative learning type STAD can increase the rate of liveliness learn on the subjects of history. Second,  to assessing whether the application of cooperative learning type STAD able to increase learning achievements on the subjects of history. The design of this study was with the Control Group Pre-Test and Post Test design. The results of the analysis of the data can be inferred: 1 ) the application of type STAD of cooperative learning can increase the rate of liveliness to study for students on the subjects of history,  koofesien relative effectiveness of 7,69 %. So if a student receives a grade activeness 66 in a conventional classroom, the liveliness of students in the classroom with using the cooperative learning type STAD methods will rise to 66 + ( 7,69 % x 66 ) that is equal to  71,07;  2 ) the application of learning cooperative type STAD able to increase learning achievements on the subjects of history, koofesien relative effectiveness of 7.4 %. So if a student gets the value of 66 in the class conventional, the classroom using cooperative learning type STAD  will increase to 66 + (7.04% x 66) that is equal to 70.65.

Abstract

Efforts to develop an attiude of nationalism in students within the multicultural life of the Indonesian people is not easy. There should be a strategic move. Integration curriculum between History, Civics, and Religion are needed. The values of teaching history contained within historical events can evoke nationalism. An understanding of Pancasila through Civics curricuum as a guide to behave in society, nation, and state can strengthen the love of the nation. An understanding of religious values can be the basis of the rule of truth, preserving the integrity of the state or nation and nationalism. Students' appreciation of the history of learning, understanding of Pancasila and religious values can improve the attitude of nationalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui Pengetahuan Ibu Untuk Datang Ke Posyandu Gelatik Kampung Wadas Kubang. (2) Mengetahui Tingkat Keberhasilan Imunisasi Di Posyandu Gelatik Kampung Wadas Kubang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 orang ibu peserta posyandu dan 1 ketua posyandu dan 2 kader posyandu. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Imunisasi merupakan langkah penting dalam menjaga kesehatan anak, dan pemahaman ibu mengenai imunisasi dipengaruhi oleh generasi dan tingkat pendidikan. Ibu yang lebih tua mengandalkan pengalaman dan sumber informasi tradisional, sedangkan ibu yang lebih muda lebih sering mencari informasi melalui internet. Program kelas ibu di Posyandu Gelatik membantu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang imunisasi terlepas dari tingkat pendidikan. Pekerjaan ibu tidak menghambat pelaksanaan imunisasi berkat dukungan keluarga dan peran aktif bidan. Media sosial, terutama TikTok, juga berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai imunisasi. Kolaborasi antara sumber informasi tradisional, media sosial, dan tenaga kesehatan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi di Posyandu Gelatik Wadas Kubang. (2) Tingkat partisipasi orang tua, terutama ibu, dalam membawa anak-anak mereka untuk imunisasi di Posyandu Gelatik sangat baik, meskipun mereka menghadapi tantangan kesibukan bekerja. Keluarga turut mendukung peran ibu dalam membawa anak-anak untuk imunisasi. Posyandu Gelatik menjalankan kegiatan utama seperti imunisasi, pemantauan gizi, dan pemeriksaan kesehatan ibu hamil, serta kegiatan pengembangan seperti kelas ibu secara rutin, dengan dukungan dan pemantauan dari Puskesmas setempat. Kader Posyandu juga berperan penting dalam mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Partisipasi aktif orang tua dan pelaksanaan kegiatan rutin ini berhasil meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi, dengan 80 dari 130 bayi dan balita terdata telah menerima imunisasi dasar lengkap. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya pengetahuan ibu di posyandu gelatik sudah dapat dikatakan baik dan keberhasilan imunisasi di posyandu pun sudah memenuhi target capaian posyandu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pemahaman orang tua mengenai stimulasi anak usia dini. (2) menelaah dan mendeskripsikan apa saja stimulasi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua pada anak usia dini ketika di rumah. (3) hasil pembentukan kemandirian pada anak usia dini di Desa Kadugenep Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 orang tua atau secara lebih spesifik yaitu seorang ibu dan 5 orang anak usia dini yang peneliti observasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pengetahuan orang tua atau secara lebih spesifik yaitu pengetahuan ibu, mengenai stimulasi anak usia dini di Desa Kadugenep Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang, dapat disimpulkan sudah cukup baik karena mayoritas ibu mengetahui pentingnya stimulasi atau rangsangan untuk masa perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan orang tua yang dapat memenuhi dan memahami 3 kebutuhan stimulasi dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh anak usia dini, yaitu a) stimulasi mental (asah), b) stimulasi emosi atau kasih sayang (asih) dan c) stimulasi fisik biomedis (asuh). (2) Peran orang tua dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini di Desa Kadugenep Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang sudah sesuai dengan teori upaya dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak usia dini, diantaranya yaitu: a) memberikan motivasi dan dorongan pada anak, b) melatih anak dalam menghadapi masalah dan bertanggung jawab dan c) orang tua memberi anak kebebasan mengambil keputusan. (3) Hasil pembentukan kemandirian anak yang ditunjukan melalui peran orang tua dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini dengan upaya stimulasi yang dapat dilakukan orang tua ketika di rumah, di Desa Kadugenep Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang berhasil membentuk kemandirian pada anak usia dini dengan rentang usia 3-6 tahun.

Abstract

Based on the percentage of classical completeness of learning performance of learners are on the criteria less reflected from the low ability of learners related to material absorption, analytical skills, problem-solving, learning products and learning attitudes. With regard to such matters, a problem solving is required through classroom action research by applying of TBL (Team-Based Learning) model assisted by media video. The purpose of this study is to assess the improvement of learning performance in class XI IPS 3 MAN 1 Jember after the application of TBL model assisted by video media. This research is a classroom action research conducted for three cycles with Kemmis and Mc Tagart model. The sample of the research is the students of class XI IPS 3 MAN 1 Jember a number of 33 students. Data were analyzed quantitatively. Learning performance was measured using five indicators including affective, cognitive and psychomotor spheres while research data was obtained through observation, interview, documentation and test. The result of the research shows that the improvement of learning performance includes: (1) process performance with the percentage of classical completeness equal to 74,66%; (2) the performance of the results obtained a percentage of classical completeness of 77.77% and; (3) the affective domain obtained a percentage of classical completion of 75.75%. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the application of TBL model assisted by video media able to improve learning performance include affective, cognitive and psychomotor span. The implication of the writing of this scientific paper is to contribute to the field of education as one of the inputs in overcoming the problem of learning performance in history subjects as well as a contribution to further research related to the model of TBL, video media and learning performance. Abstract

Learning History requires the learnes to have the ability to critical thinking, responsive, and argumentative in learn the values about the life of the past society and its development into the future. These abilities will be realized if there is a high confidence in learnes' self. Confidence is important to learners because it can provide awareness of the changes and values contained in every historical event. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increased confidence and learning outcomes of students by applying the learning method Buzz Group students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Jember. The subject of this study were 30 students of XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Jember. The results showed that there was an increase in confidence and learning outcomes at each cycle. 5 indicators confidence can be inferred from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increase 6,52%. Classically the scores of the students' learning confidence in the first cycle is 63,73% and 70,25% in the second cycle. In the third cycle experienced an increased of 8,01% to 78,26%. The scores of the students' learning outcomes classically increase to 10%. Classically the scores of the students' learning outcomes in the first cycle is 73,33% and 83,33% in the second cycle. In the third cycle increased 3,33% to 86,67%. The conclusion of this research was that the application of the learning method Buzz Group can increase students' confidence and learning outcomes in History of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Jember academic year 2016/2017. Abstract

The use of information technology has brought negative effects for students. Nowdays, students have less interaction with people and act anti-socially. The first analysis of students’ social attitude by using 5 indicators are tolerating , cooperating, social care, sense of brotherhood, and appreciating achievement achieved the minimimun score showed that the result was 34,7%.The learning achievemectnt incognitive domain was 22%. Trough this study, it is expected that the use of Quantum Learning model will improve students’ social attitude and learning result. This classroom action research uses Hopkins model and qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was done in three cycles with 22 students as the subjects. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, questionnaire, essay test, interview, and documentation. It was found that the average percenatges of students’ social attitude were 34,7% in pre-cycle and 52,46% in cycle 1. It increased as much as 17% and became 71,32% in cycle 2. In cycle 3, the average percentage increased as much as 3,4% and became 79%. Students’ learning result was measured through tests on cognitive aspects that were done at the end of each cycle. The percentage of students’ learning achievement were 22% in pre-cycle, 45,4% in cycle 1, and 59,09% in cycle 2. In the third cycle, the percentage increased and became86,3%.These results show that through this research, students social attitude and learning results were improved with Implementation of Quantum Learning Model.Keywords: Quantum Learning, social attitude, students' learning result

Abstract

Kentrung is the art of oral literature or the speaking of art (oral theater) accompanied by trebeng beats. Kentrung art is also found in Bondowoso, which has the characteristic of using the Madurese language as the language of instruction. Currently, kentrung art is popularized and often played by GAS (Grup Apresiasi Seni) Bondowoso. This study attempts to analyze Reinforcementscore of Characteristics Education of kentrung GAS art in SMA Negeri 2 Bondowoso which is studied through the interactionism symbolic theory of George Herbert Mead. This study uses a qualitative research method with the research location in GAS Bondowoso Studio and SMA 2 Bondowoso. The primary data sources in this study were the main informants, namely the puppeteers and kentrung performers of GAS Bondowoso and students of SMA 2 Bondowoso. Techniques of data collection in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. There are several uniqueness in the art form of kentrung GAS Bondowoso. First, the use of Madurese language in staging stories and reading rhymes of kentrung. Second, the number of personnel in the art of kentrung GAS Bondowoso is four to seven people. Third, the songs are sung using modern (popular) songs. Meanwhile, the structure of the Kentrung GAS Bondowoso art consists of several elements, namely elements of players, elements of stories, elements of costumes, elements of rhymes, and elements of instrumental music. Based on the research discussion, kentrung GAS Bondowoso from the perspective of interactionism symbolic theory describes 3 things. While Reinforcementscore of Characteristics Education of kentrung GAS art in SMAN 2 Bondowoso, it can be concluded that in the form and entire structure of kentrung GAS there are values for Reinforcement of Characteristics Education. Reinforcementscore of Characteristics Education are mostly found in the rhyme element of kentrung.
