Abstract

Special concern on the sources of Islamic history contributes to the thoughts and identity of Indonesian Muslims. Muslim self-esteem can be formed from these historical sources. The formation of Muslim self-esteem gives the right decision so that it does not come out of the context of religion and humanity. The historical source used in this study is the text of the 1983 Nahdlatul Ulama Declaration (NU). The concept of Islam Nusantara (NU) 2015 is an implication of the values of the text of the declaration. The purpose of this study is to provide new insights regarding the 2015 NU's concept of Islam Nusantara by analyzing the historical sources of the text of the 1983 NU Declaration and exploring the values of self-esteem contained in the text of the declaration. The study used a qualitative method with psychohistory approach. This study produced two discussions: 1) The 2015 NU's concept of Islam Nusantara. 2) Psychohistory self-esteem in the historical source of the text of the 1983 NU Declaration. This study concluded that the conception of Islam Nusantara 2015 was mandated by the 1983 NU declaration, in its implementation provides Islamic self-esteem that can hinder the process of radicalization.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) is the work done by individuals in the form of economic enterprises that meet the criteria of SMEs as set out in(Act No. 20 of 2008, 2008)about SMEs. The human factor is the most important factor in the development of SMEs to improve product quality and improve the welfare of the community. The triple helix is an innovative model of students, researchers, and policymakers to improve the university's role in improving the economic and social development, improve the role of governments to develop innovation, enhance enterprise collaboration with governments and universities to boost innovation. This study aims to (1) show the relationship triple helix in the development of the competitiveness of SMEs. (2) The effectiveness of the application of triple helix in the development of the competitiveness of SMEs. This study is quasi experimental research with pretest-posttest results of the application of triple helix on SMEs in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The change of power from the New Order era to the reform era was accompanied by various major problems, such as the problem of KKN (corruption, collusion, nepotism), the economic crisis, and cases of violence. One of the violence that occurred before the collapse of the New Order was the case of violence over the issue of witchcraft in Banyuwangi in 1998. Hundreds of people who were accused of being witch doctors had to die with unnatural deaths, such as; sharp weapon slashes and burns. The perpetrators are suspected to be not just anyone. This is because his features are like that of a ninja, dressed in all black, his face covered with cloth and leaving only a pair of eyes without a cover. The casualty toll exploded in August and September 1998 with 75 victims. This Writing Method uses descriptive method, which is a method that aims to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. Discussion, a) Social Studies, b) Human Rights and Case Studies (2017) c) Economic Studies. Conclusion. 1. The violation of Human Rights in the Massacre of Shaman Santet in Banyuwangi Regency in 1998 was a diversion of issues by the central government. 2. Violation of Human Rights in the Massacre of Shaman Santet in Banyuwangi Regency in 1998 could be a scenario carried out by the Old Order government. 3. Violation of Human Rights in the Massacre of Shaman Santet in Banyuwangi Regency in 1998 was the impact of the Monetary crisis. 4. Violation of Human Rights in the Massacre of Shaman Santet in Banyuwangi Regency in 1998 is one of the many cases of human rights violations in Indonesia that have not been or have not been resolved.

Abstract

Historical education in the context of learning must offer valuable solutions to overcoming character problems. This urgency should be understood by all history educators as a mandate that history is a heritage of values, it is necessary to absorb values, so that the goal of history in forming wise human beings will be achieved. Self-esteem is one aspect of personality that has an important role and has a major influence on individual attitudes and behavior. This value is very important to support the national identity and character of students. The dynamics of modernization requires a container of values in cultural transformation, so that students who are citizens have filters to sort out the impact of the current of modernization. The research method used is a qualitative paradigm (qualitative description). The results of the discussion: 1) Explanation of self-esteem in character building; 2) The position of learning history in growing self-esteem. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Self-esteem has a major influence on the formation of students' character; 2) History learning is a bridge for students' character growth; 3) Character building is very difficult in national education if learning is not oriented to certain values.

Abstract

Pendekatan psychohistory merupakan studi motivasi dan juga dapat dikembangkan menjadi konsep psikologi sosial (sociopsychological) untuk menjelaskan perilaku individu, kelompok, dan anggota masyarakat. Psychohistory akan memberikan sebuah nilai self-esteem yang mampu diserap oleh generasi selanjutnya, Psychohistory dalam tulisan ini bertugas mencari nilai sejarah. Sosok Gayatri sebagai bikshuni menempatkan dewi kebijaksanaan ini menjadi guru besar dalam kerohanian kerajaan. Di sisi lain, sumber sejarah mengatakan Gayatri adalah sosok pembina serta pembimbing raja-raja Majapahit. Kehidupan Gayatri ketika ditelisik melalui studi motivasi atau psychohistory, memiliki perjalanan yang panjang akan warisan nilai. Kehadiran nilai-nilai kejuangan tersebut lahir untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat pada waktu itu. Roh progresif merupakan pondasi bagi generasi mendatang. Roh progresif Pancasila adalah nilai yang dimiliki oleh Gayatri Rajapatni sebagai pelaku sejarah yang memiliki warisan nilai Pancasila dalam praktek. Tujuan dari penulisan ini memberikan gambaran sejarah dalam praktik nilai-nilai Pancasila, maksudnya adalah memberikan asumsi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang pernah dialami Gayatri Rajapatni sebagai perempuan di balik kejayaan Majapahit.

Abstract

The Basic Agrarian Law which has been effective after the Indonesian Revolution in 1945, should have provided an access to land ownership and a fair return to the farmers. However, at every important point in the history of modern Indonesia, land ownership and access to it have become important issues which create a strong tension between the elites and the common people, between the interest of the local and that of the central government, and between local and international businesses. “Land for the people” is a common revolution idiom that is often used. In Indonesia, the response to the territorialisation by the government is sometimes harsh with ruthless actions. These confrontations indicate that the issues of fundamental rights cannot be solved. To find the solution, ideas from Zonder ‘Exploitation De L‘Homme Par L‘Homme’ and ‘Exploitation De Nation Par Nation’ are needed. Using descriptive analysis method, this qualitative research focused on the examination on 1) Revitalization of Agraria and 2) the principles of Zonder ‘Exploitation De L‘Homme Par L‘Homme’ and ‘Exploitation De Nation Par Nation’. The result of this research is all agrarian confrontation have to prioritize the orientation of Zonder ‘Exploitation De L‘Homme Par L‘Homme’ and ‘Exploitation De Nation Par Nation’ as a means to create a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

Relics of Hindu-Buddhist influence that indicate influence in the political field are inscriptions found, such as the Yupa inscription, Pasir Kolengkak, Tugu, Kota Kapur, Kedukan Bukit, Tuk Mas, Dinaya, Canggal, and others. These inscriptions show the Hindu-Buddhist patterned kingdoms. Classical historiography of Indonesia still does not mention many archaeological remains from Kab. Situbondo concretely, is like a puzzle, still topsy-turvy, aka not yet organized. The information that is available is fragmentary and there is still little further research that triggers multiple interpretations of the existence of these classic archaeological remains. Speaking of archaeological remains which are assumed to come from classical timelines, the indicators of findings require comprehensive research. Archaeological remains, especially those from Situbondo Regency, are deemed necessary to be presented scientifically. This research is designed as historical research. The implementation of the research was carried out using the historical method by utilizing the archaeological methodological approach. The position of the methodological approach of prehistoric archeology here is as a support for the historical method. Based on the results of this research, Situbondo found some information that 1. Situbondo is a rich district based on historical heritage, the ancient (classical) monarchy period spread over the three regions. 2. Real Number of Cultural Conservation Objects 26 Findings. 3. The historical construction of various classical heritages has limited resources considering that there are still many remains with the status of objects suspected of being ODCB cultural reserves. 4. The results of the archaeological data in this study which are the main reference for disclosing the history of classical culture in Situbondo, the archaeological data are divided into five parts; artifacts, ecofacts, features, archaeological sites and areas. These five types of data become the study of researchers to interpret classical culture in Situbondo. From the various findings of the scientific description, it is then interpreted from a social, economic and political point of view.

Abstract

Sejarah lokal memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap sejarah nasional. Namun, bukan berarti sejarah lokal selalu menjurus kearah politik. Sejarah lokal juga dapat dimaknai sebagai pengalaman berharga dalam penanaman nilai dan karakter bagi peserta didik. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan peran optimal dari guru sejarah untuk merancang sebuah pembelajaran sejarah lokal yang dapat menjalankan fungsi enkulturasi berpikir kritis. Konsep berpikir kritis diharapkan mampu mengarahkan peserta didik untuk berpikir solusional pada saat yang tepat. Penulisan ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian meliputi: 1) Deteksi nilai filosofis dalam sejarah lokal; 2) Berpikir kritis dalam kajian sejarah lokal; 3) Metode aktivasi dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Kesimpulan yang di dapat yakni: 1) Nilai-nilai sejarah (historical value) yang terdapat pada sejarah lokal sangatlah penting untuk dijadikan refleksi dan imajinasi masa depan dalam berkehidupan dan berbangsa; 2) Pembelajaran sejarah lokal dapat menjadi lebih menarik jika dikontekstualisasikan dengan lingkungan sekitar; 3) Guru dapat leluasa untuk menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran berbasis nilai pada materi sejarah lokal.

Abstract

Kecamatan Kalisat, Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sudah berkembang sejak masa kolonial. Kebutuhan pemerintah kolonial akan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalisat, Kecamatan Kalisat, Kabupaten Jember. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan berkolaborasi bersama komunitas Sudut Kalisat. Komunitas Sudut Kalisat merupakan salah satu komunitas swadaya dan nirlaba yang dibentuk oleh para pemuda di Kecamatan Kalisat. Komunitas ini memiliki perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap penelusuruan sumber-sumber sejarah, perawatan arsip-arsip bersejarah, pendokumentasian, dan publikasi, serta pelaksanaan berbagai macam kegiatan seni, budaya, dan sosial lainnya. Komunitas Sudut Kalisat Sudah pernah melakukan pameran arsip dan dokumentasi dan memublikasikan katalog pameran, namun mereka memiliki kekurangan dalam memanfaatkan sumber-sumber sejarah untuk membuat tulisan sejarah yang baik dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara metodologis. Kelompok Riset Sejarah Lokal Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Jember melakukan pengabdian dengan melakukan pendampingan terhadap komunitas Sudut Kalisat untuk menuliskan sejarah dari perspektif warga lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini observasi lapangan, fokus grup diskusi, penggunaan Pustaka berupa arsip serta dokumen, dan pendampingan. Hasil temuan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota Komunitas Sudut Kalisat memiliki perhatian dan animo yang tinggi dalam bidang kesejarahan, namun mereka tidak memiliki keterampilan penggunaan metode sejarah yang memadai untuk menuliskan sejarah lokal mereka sendiri. Gagasan kegiatan penulisan sejarah lokal dalam batasan spasial lokalitas desa atau kecamatan harus disebarluaskan di Kabupaten Jember Jawa Timur. Karena banyak desa atau wilayah di kabupaten Jember yang tidak memiliki sejarah lokal mereka sendiri, selain itu, narasi sejarah lokal yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk melengkapi bahan ajar bagi siswa sekolah.
