Petirtaan Jolotundo merupakan salah satu peninggalan yang bersejarah dari Kabupaten Mojokerto, Petirtaan ini berupa bangunan candi sehingga sering disebut Petirtaan Candi Jolotundo. Pembelajaran sejarah membutuhkan inovasi seiring perkembangan zaman, diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran sehingga ada visualisasi guna mengoptimalisasikan pembelajaran yang ada di kelas. Media pembelajaran audiovisual menjadi salah satu alternative yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran sejarah, media audiovisual menyajikan audio (suara) dan visual (gambar). Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterkaitan penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap kesadaran sejarah peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sejarah, untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap kesadaran sejarah peserta didik di dalam pembelajaran dan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan candi sebagai media audio visual terhadap kesadaran sejarah peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pemanfaatan video sebagai media pembelajaran audiovisual dapat meningkatkan kesadaran sejarah bagi peserta didik.

History teachers have their own problems related to their own competency. This is based on the historical materials acquistion for X grade until XII grade. In this research, the author uses mixed-method research which employs quantitative and qualitative data as the fundamental reference. This research has been done in SMKN 1 Jember and found three problems related to history teachers competency which include the lack of teaches in describing the scope of historical studies, the lack of using historical aids, and the lack of giving pleasure to students in learning history. This paper, the author also gives solve for the teacher to address those problems.Guru sejarah memiliki problematik tersendiri terkait kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Hal ini didasari dari penguasaan materi sejarah kelas X sampai dengan kelas XII yang dikuasai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian campuran atau mix method dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sebagai acuan dasarnya. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di SMKN 1 Jember terdapat tiga problematik terkait kompetensi guru sejarah yaitu guru kurang mendeskripsikan ruang lingkup kajian sejarah, kurang menggunakan ilmu bantu sejarah, dan kurang memberikan kesenangan (rekreasi) dalam diri siswa dari adanya belajar sejarah. Tourism is an interrelated system that includes tourists and services provided, religious tourism found in the Situbondo district, namely the Tomb of K.H.R As’ad Syamsul Arifin. The development of religious tourism will certainly have an impact on the social economy. The researcher wanted to see if there was a socio-economic impact on K.H's tomb religious tourism. R As'ad Syamsul Arifin. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The location of this study was in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Data sources through interviews, observation, and documentation. The author seeks to explore the depth of data obtained from interviews with respondents and make observations as primary data, secondary data obtained from guest tours of religious tourism visitors, and data from the central statistical body. The results of this study, there are impacts on the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community, on income, employment opportunities, buildings, prices, distribution of benefits, ownership and control and government revenues. On income not every day there are significant changes. But on certain days, namely, Maulid prophet, Haul, Imtihan, and Friday Legi.

The goal of the local government is to provide some assistance to the villagers to stimulate the community to actively participate in local potential-based development. Therefore, BUMDes in an effort to strengthen the village economy based on the needs and potential of villages (agriculture), in order to increase the income and welfare of the villagers. The establishment of village-owned enterprises has several legal foundations that are the basis and reference in all its activities. The establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is based on Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 on Village Article 78. BUMDeS managers hold the key to success in its operationalization, therefore management training for BUMDeS managers supported by the PKK is urgently needed to improve the welfare of the villagers. This needs to be mastered by the managers of BUMDeS and PKK in order to manage their organizations through good planning, organizing, direction and supervision so that the organization's objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this training is that the teachers at the Mujahidin Foundation can use the internet as a medium for learning. Community Service Activities were carried out on Sunday 3 November 2019 at the Mujahidin Foundation in Malang Regency. This activity is divided into several stages consisting of the preparation phase, the training phase and the preparation of activity reports. The material provided in this training covers the understanding of internet based learning, the scope, advantages and disadvantages of internet based learning as well as practicing the internet based learning process. During the training process the situation is educational, conducive and fun. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants, the question and answer process and the complete participation of the participants from the beginning until the completion of the training event so that the material can be completed as a whole.

The implementation of public services must be ideal and uphold the dignity of the target community. Dissatisfaction due to the phenomenon of convoluted and slow service, reprisals by bureaucrats, siding with the interests of the applicant is known, and "underhand" payments indicate that public services in Banyuwangi Regency seem rigid, "take advantage of public needs," and do not meet the needs of the community. The phenomenon of service pathology can reduce the utilization of service facilities and trust in government performance.Bureaucrats must follow the principles of just and civilized humanity so thatplacing the community as the party served, not vice versa. Bureaucrats must guide public programs and provide clear pressure. The implementation of public services must be public oriented, not state oriented. Describe, analyze, and interpret the implementation of public services in Banyuwangi Regency according to perspectivejust and civilized humanity. Using a qualitative approach based on a constructive and participatory perspective. Primary data from interviews, secondary data from literature studies and regulations relevant to the object of research. Data analysis using the Atlas Ti 8.4.23, 2018. Public services in Banyuwangi Regency intersect with bureaucratic behavior that does not reflect the values of just and civilized humanity. Please just and civilized humanity important key in respecting the rights and obligations of the object and subject of service. Public service bureaucrats must be confident and consistent in the application of Pancasila values so that public services in Banyuwangi Regency remain effective despite experiencing an implementation deficit.

Seni pertunjukan barong Using merupakan seni pertunjukan asli masyarakat Using. Barong Using digunakan sebagai keperluan sakral untuk ritual bersih desa. Ritual dilaksanakan 2 kali dalam setahun. Ritual Ider Bumi tanggal 2 Syawal dan ritual selamatan desa bulan dulhijah. Perkembangan budaya membawa seni pertunjukan barong berfungsi sebagai kebutuhan sakral dan profan. Terdapat upaya-upaya mengoptimalisasikan seni pertunjukan barong oleh pemanfaatan pariwisata. Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini terkait membahas (1) sejarah seni pertunjukan Barong Kemiren yang didalamnya mengkaji prosesi ritual dengan nilai-nilai sosial budaya; dan (2) upaya optimalisasi seni pertunjukan barong kemiren masyarakat Using tahun 1996-2018 sebagai pemanfaatan pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian sejarah dengan menggunakanya pendekatan antropologi budaya untuk mengkaji perubahan secara budaya serta menggunakan teori fungsionalisme struktural untuk menganalisis pergeseran fungsi barong secara sosial sebagai dampak pariwisata. Hasil pembahasan ini, optimalisasi akan seni pertunjukan barong dikemas dalam keterkaitan lima pilar penyangga pengembangan pariwisata dan industri kreatif yakni, negara, pelaku seni dan ritual, masyarakat pendukung, industri, dan pemuka agama. Pilar-pilar ini bisa memberikan masukan yang tepat sehingga memunculkan respons yang baik dari kalangan pengusaha, birokrat, praktisi budaya, dan pelaku seni tradisi dan ritual. Kini seni pertunjukan barong mengalami banyak perubahan mulai dari struktur pertunjukan dan selingan-selingan yang menyertai.

Jabung Temple is a historical heritage temple from Majapahit Kingdom in Probolinggo Regency, which is located in Jabung Candi Village, this temple heritage site is still not maximally used in history learning. this study aims to determine the value of education contained in the temple jabung so that it can help in class learning for students. This study is an analytical / descriptive study of the value of education contained in jabung temples. The research site is the jabung candi village in Paiton sub-district where the temple of jabung stands. The research method is by step 1. heuristics (data collection) through the stages of observation, document study, and interviews 2. Criticism of sources 3. Interpretation through qualitative descriptive and 4. Historiography. The study studied was the value of education contained in the temple in its use in historical learning. Candi Jabung was visited by Maha Raja Hayam Wuruk when traveling east of Java. The journey carried out by the king was followed by the leadership, minister, family and Maha Patih gajah Mada by leading the troops of the parade, the journey also aimed at seeing and uniting the territory of the Majapahit kingdom in the eastern Java region. When you get to Paiton, you can use it as a learning resource in the classroom and as a tangible proof of historical heritage around students. The conclusion is of course there is an educational value contained in this jabung temple in learning history.

Barong Using is a performance art which is native to the Using community. Barong Using is used as a sacred necessity for clean village rituals. Rituals are held twice a year. The Ider Earth Ritual on the 2nd of Shawwal and the moon village salvation ritual were recited. The cultural development of bringing the art of barong performance functions as a sacred and profane need. There are efforts to optimize the art of barong performance by the use of tourism. The problems contained in this study are related to discussing (1) the history of Barong Kemiren's performance in which it examines ritual processions with socio-cultural values; and (2) efforts to optimize the art of barong performance later using communities in 1996-2018 as the use of tourism. The research method used is the historical research method by using a cultural anthropology approach to study cultural change and using structural functionalism theory to analyze the shift in barong function socially as a result of tourism. The results of this discussion, the optimization of the art of barong performance is packaged in the interrelationships of the five pillars that support the development of tourism and creative industries, namely, the state, art and ritual actors, supporting communities, industry, and religious leaders. These pillars can provide the right input so that a good response emerges from entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, cultural practitioners, and practitioners of traditional and ritual arts. Now the art of barong performance has undergone many changes starting from the structure of performances and interludes which accompany.
