Abstract

This research wash airned to know the correlation between organizational commitmen and job satisfaction. Research subject is employee whose worked as employee of Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta some 50 people. Method of research is quantitative with population reseach. Data collection tool using Organizational Commitment Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. Methods of data analysis in this study using a product moment correlation analysis techniques. The results showed a correlation value of rxy = 0,358 with a significance level of p = 0,000 (p <0.01). Value of R² = 0,128. This means that the effective amount of donations given organizational commitment in increasing job satisfaction variables of 12,8%. Most of the subject as many as 42% had job satisfaction in the middle category and 54% have organizational commitment in the high category. The results show that there is a very significant positive correlation between organizational commitmen and job satisfaction. The more higher organizational commitment, the higher employee job satisfaction, where as the more lower organizational commitment, the lower employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between workload and job stress among Customer Service employees in early adulthood at PT. SDN. The study involved 35 Customer Service employees in early adulthood at PT. SDN as subjects. Data collection was conducted using a workload scale based on Ambar (2003) and a job stress scale based on Robbins & Judge (2008) with a product-moment correlation analysis. The results showed a very significant positive relationship between workload and job stress, with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.676 and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01). Additional findings revealed that the task aspect of the workload variable contributed 15.5%, the support & facilities aspect contributed 19.9%, and the time & conditions aspect contributed 10.13%, resulting in a total effective contribution of 45.5%. Abstract

This study aims to examine the empiricial relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning among high school students in Homeschooling Entrepreneur Yogyakarta. The hypothesis is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on students homeschooling. Subject in this study was 34 students high school Homeschooling Entrepreneur Yogyakarta. The research using a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments include the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) for measuring self-regulated learning and a validated self-efficacy scale, both of which have demonstrated reliability. Data analysis employs the product-moment correlation technique. The results showed no significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning among the students, shown by a correlation value of rxy = 0.191 and a significance level of 0.140 (p>0.01). Consequently, the hypothesis is rejected based on these findings.
