Abstract

Transportasi mulai berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi. Saat ini masyarakat Indonesia sedang berkembangnya transportasi online yang menjadi alternatif pilihan masyarakat. Adanya transportasi online menjadi polemik dan fariasi pemilihan transportasi oleh masyarakat. Dengan adanya perkembangan ini perlu diadakan penelitian analisis tingkat ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap transportasi online, angkutan pribadi, dan angkutan umum dengan metode kuesioner untuk mencari tingkat dominan pilihan persepsi masyarakat dengan pilihan moda. Analisis menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan formulir online yang ada pada google formulir selama tiga hari. Hasil yang didapat dari data kuesioner berupa transportasi online menjadi alternatif pilihan masyarakat setelah menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dan angkutan umum menjadi alternatif paling terakhir masyarakat dikarenakan membingungkan dan kurang berkeselamatan.

Abstract

Ketersediaan transportasi darat khususnya kendaraan pribadi di Bali terus menunjukan peningkatan seiring dengan perputaran roda perekonomian, ketersediaan transprortasi selain memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pariwisata di Bali juga memberikan dampak negatif salah satunya adalah kemacetan. Program Bus Trans Sarbagita sebagai salah satu bentuk transportasi masal hadir untuk menjawab persoalan kemacetan di Bali malah kurang mendapat sambutan yang baik untuk itu perlu diketahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat Bali dalam memilih moda transportasi antara kendaraan pribadi dan transportasi masal agar dapat meningkatkan minat masyrakat Bali untuk menggunakan moda transportasi masal secara efektif.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaku perjalanan dalam pemilihan moda antara transportasi masal dan kendaraan pribadi menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan studi exploratif dengan responden pengguna moda yang dipandang sebagai expert dalam sudut pandang pemilihan moda transportasi.Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa keselamatan (28,3%) menjadi faktor utama dalam pemilihan moda transportasi yang diikuti oleh faktor keamanan (23,3%), kehandalan (12,3%), kenyamanan (11,7%), kebersihan (10,2%), aksesibilitas (8,4%), dan biaya (5,8%) untuk solusi kendaraan pribadi (74.4% ) menjadi moda transportasi teroilih dibandimgkan dengan kendaraan umum (25.6%.) berdasarkan faktor – faktor tersebut.

Abstract

Mobilitas masyarakat yang tinggi dan padat penduduk menyebabkan persebaran kasus positif COVID-19 di provinsi Indonesia tergolong cepat (Mashabi, 2020). Kota Denpasar, merupakan kota dengan penyebaran virus COVID-19 tertinggi di Provinsi Bali (> 200 orang positif). Terminal ubung adalah salah satu simpul transportasi di Kota Denpasar, yang mana terminal ini merupakan terminal penumpang tipe B yang terletak di Jalan Cokroaminoto, Kelurahan Ubung, Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, Kota Denpasar. Terminal tersebut merupakan pintu masuk ke Kota Denpasar dari arah barat (Tabanan, Jembrana dan Pulau Jawa), sehingga menjadi pusat kerumunan atau cluster penyeberan virus Covid 19. Oleh sebab itu untuk mencegah terjadinya penyebaran virus Covid-19 pada pusat-pusat kerumunan khususnya di Terminal Ubung Denpasar Bali, Politeknik Transportasi Darat Bali (Poltrada Bali) melasanakan kegiatan Penyuluhan Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan di Masa New Normal perihal Protokol Kesehatan dalam kegiatan transportasi terutama pada transportasi darat. Setelah melaksanakan survey dilokasi yang hasilnya masih banyak sarana dan prasaranditerminal belum maksimal dalam pelaksanan protokol Kesehatan dalam transportasi. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Penyuluhan Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan Di Masa New Normal yaitu Penyuluhan Protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian COVID-19 di Terminal Ubung Kota Denpasar adalah Himbauan Perihal Protokol Kesehatan dalam transportasi, Kegiatan pemasangan partisi penyekat, Kegiatan bantuan Hand Sanitizer, Penempelan stiker keselamatan transportasi di era new normal, sosialisasi kepada para masyarakat transportasi.

Abstract

Ruas jalan Pandanaran Kota Semarang merupakan jalan vital dan daerah pusat kegiatan pertokoan, perkantoran, perhotelan, serta ruang publik. Ruas jalan tersebut juga terkoneksi dengan rute sepeda Kota Semarang. Panjang lajur sepeda pada Jalan Pandanaran sepanjang 1,5 km sementara lebar lajur sepeda sebesar 2,0 meter. Meski sudah memiliki lajur khusus sepeda yang tergabung dengan badan jalan, lajur tersebut sering dialihfungsikan untuk parkir kendaraan roda empat dan kondisi marka pembatas sudah memudar. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kondisi eksisting, evaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan lajur khusus sepeda. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan pada Jalan Pandanaran, Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, Kota Semarang. Jalan Pandanaran merupakan jalan perkotaan yang memiliki tipe jalan 4/2 D, dengan kawasan sekitar jalan merupakan daerah Central Business District. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix methodsantara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari analisis BLOS bahwa pada hari kerja mendapat nilai “E” dan pada hari libur mendapat nilai “D” dan “E” yang berarti lingkungan tidak baik untuk pesepeda. Sementara hasil wawancara terhadap 30 narasumber, 60% dari total 30 narasumber menyatakan bahwa lajur sepeda Jalan Pandanaran tidak layak. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan lajur sepeda maka diperlukan upaya pembatasan kecepatan kendaraan, perbaikan kondisi perkerasan, dan penertiban parkir kendaraan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, co-workers, and income on the safety riding behavior of motorbike taxi drivers at Menara Sunan Kudus. Considering the high risk of accidents faced by motorcycle taxi drivers, understanding the factors that influence safe driving behavior is very important. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 motorcycle taxi drivers. Data were collected through questionnaires designed to measure safety knowledge, attitudes toward safety, risk perception, co-worker influence, and income level. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on safety riding behavior. The results of the analysis show that safety knowledge, attitudes towards safety, and risk perception have a significant positive influence on safety riding behavior. Apart from that, the influence of co-workers and income did not show a significant influence on safety riding behavior. These findings provide important insights for the development of more effective training programs and safety campaigns, with an emphasis on improving safety knowledge and attitudes and strengthening the positive influence of drivers' risk perceptions. Thus, efforts to improve driving safety among motorcycle taxi drivers can be focused on aspects that are proven to significantly influence safety riding behavior.

Abstract

Traffic accidents involving route buses remain a serious issue in the transport sector. One of the main causes is the low level of understanding among drivers of the principles of safe driving. This research project aims to design and develop educational media in the form of e-learning videos to counsel bus drivers at the Sudiro Tungga Jaya Bus Company on safe driving practices. The Research and Development (R&D) method was employed, using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The videos cover fatigue management, road hazard management and travel management plans. The material and media were validated by experts and the effectiveness was evaluated through a pre-test and post-test with 40 AKAP and AKDP bus drivers. The results showed that the educational video is a feasible and effective counselling tool, significantly increasing drivers' understanding of safe driving practices. The educational video proved to be attention-grabbing, easy to understand and effective in increasing participant involvement in the counselling seminar.

Abstract

The widespread use of overloaded and overdimensioned freight vehicles (ODOL) has become a serious issue, affecting not only road infrastructure but also the technical components of vehicles, such as the chassis and suspension systems. This study aims to directly analyze the impact of excessive load and dimensions on the durability of the chassis and leaf springs as part of the vehicle’s suspension system. The main problem examined is the extent to which ODOL conditions contribute to technical damage in the chassis and leaf springs.This research adopts an experimental approach by collecting data through field observations, driver interviews, and static load simulations using the Finite Element Analysis method with SolidWorks software. Simulations were conducted on the chassis and leaf springs of an open-bed truck with a 1.2 axle configuration, using three load variations (10%, 20%, and 30% over the vehicle's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or GVWR). The simulations also aimed to identify the point at which the chassis and leaf springs experience material failure or fracture. The results show a significant increase in stress and displacement in both the chassis and leaf springs under 10%, 20%, and 30% overload conditions. Furthermore, the factor of safety values indicate a declining level of material safety as the load increases. Material failure in the chassis occurred at 55% overload, while the leaf springs failed at 150.7% overload. Based on observations, interviews, and simulation results, this study reinforces the importance of enforcing regulations on vehicle weight and dimensions. In addition to damaging infrastructure, ODOL vehicles significantly compromise the structural integrity of the chassis and suspension system, leading to increased vehicle maintenance costs. This research is expected to serve as a technical reference for business operators and policymakers in supporting the Zero ODOL program and as a basis for developing more evidence-based road safety policies.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the vehicle maintenance strategy at PT XYZ, an intercity bus operator (AKAP) managing a mixed fleet consisting of Hino RK, Hino RM, and Mercedes-Benz units, and to develop an optimized preventive maintenance schedule for critical wheel system components. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied using historical failure data from January 2024 to December 2025 which recorded 1,299 incidents. The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method was employed by integrating Pareto analysis for critical system identification, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for risk prioritization, Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) for failure classification, and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) calculation to determine maintenance intervals. The wheel system was identified as the most critical system with a contribution of 403 failures or 31.02 percent. FMEA revealed that the Hino RK fleet carries the highest risk, with bearing and wheel hub reaching maximum RPN values of 512 and 504 respectively. Five components were classified as Safety Problems (Category A) and the wheel seal as a Hidden Failure (Category D). MTBF based intervals range from 59 days for the RK fleet tire to 2,693 days for the RK fleet rim, with tire inspection being the most frequent maintenance requirement across all fleet types. Implementation of an RCM based preventive maintenance regime using a Condition Directed (CD) strategy for five detectable components and a Time Directed (TD) strategy for the wheel seal offers a structured transition from the existing reactive system. The findings provide fleet specific maintenance schedules and cost estimates that support reduced unplanned downtime, improved safety compliance, and optimized maintenance expenditure for AKAP bus operators.  Keywords: Bus Maintenance, FMEA, Logic Tree Analysis, MTBF, Reliability Centered Maintenance
