Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana nasab menjadi dasar menjaga kesucian keluarga dalam al-quran QS. Al-Furqan/25;54, studi tafsir Ibnu Katsir adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research atau penelitian studi pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menelaah literaur, dokumen dan sumber informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, ibnu katsir menekankan hubungan keturunan sangat penting karena menjadi dasar bagi banyak hal, termasuk hak waris, kewalian, dan bahkan dalam menjaga kesucian keluarga. Nasab juga menjadi pengikat kuat antar anggota keluarga, memperkuat ikatan silaturahmi, dan menghindari perzinaan.  Islam sangat menekankan pentingnya menjaga kemurnian nasab, sehingga perzinaan dilarang keras. Kedua, ayah biologis tidak berhak menjadi wali nikah bagi anak yang dilahirkan di luar pernikahan yang sah

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe Increasing how law enforcement In the perspective of the Quran study tafsir of ibnu katsir the data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, document, and other sources of information related to the Topik of researchers. The result of this study the first, Ibnu Katsir a prominent Islamic scholar and commentator, strongly opposes manipulation of the law for the benefit of a particular person or group According to him, the law of Allah (Syariah) must be applied fairly and objectively without any attempt to benefit or harm a particular party The second, according to Ibn Kathir, people of islam called upon to uphold justice in every action they take reflects faith and their devotion to God Justice must be a basic principle in all aspects of life In all aspects - social, economic, and political - justice is a sacred obligation and an integral part of faith.

Abstract

The result of this study the first, Khalifah who calls men to worship Allah and Increasing Entrepreneurial Thinking Power Knowledge, Intelligence, Intellectual or Cognitive on Al-Qur’an al Fussilat at 33 in tafsir of Ibnu Katsir is an obligation to all humans The second, Tafsir of Ibnu Katsir That All Knowledge Comes From Allah and Realization of Thinking and Behaving According to Values of Islam Is an Manifestation of Gratitude Towards Allah by making it happen entrepreneurship the point is independence (thoughts, skills, attitudes advanced mentality and intuition or vigilance, third, Responding to Business Competition on Syari’ah with rahmat of Allah namely with the principle of healthy competition that is, business people muslim does not justify any means; business people muslim strives to produce quality products and the best service on ayari’ah business people muslim have to pay attention of law islamic associated with contract of business
