Abstract

Google provides some of its integrated application services under the name G Suite. G Suite is an integrated system that can be used for Gmail email-based institutional management which can also be accessed through a mobile application. This application also has an online learning management system facility called Google Classroom. Responding to the importance of this need, STIEMJ plans to provide assistance in migrating school email to G Suite for Education services, training in using email and G Suite for Education. To be able to use G Suite one of which requires institutional email settings that must be registered in advance for free with Google. After the school has a Google-based institutional email, the school will be able to take advantage of all the features of the applications owned by G Suite such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Calendar and so on, including Google Classroom for online learning that it has. The problems to be solved with this community service are the need to increase teacher capacity in learning, the need for the introduction of G Suite for Education, setup of Google-based institutional email, and training on the use of Google Classroom for teachers. In this case, our PKM team intends to hold community service activities for teachers and students in utilizing the Google Form For Education application as a learning media and data processing for teachers and students at SMA Muhammadiyah North Jakarta.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of education, especially at the junior secondary school level, which plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character and academic foundation. This study examined the influence of workplace facilities, job well-being, and work-related stress on teacher performance in junior high schools within Rayon 05, Semarang. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population included all junior high school teachers in Rayon 05, and the sample consisted of 148 teachers from 11 schools, determined using the Slovin formula. Proportionate stratified random sampling was applied to ensure balanced representation across schools. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicated that workplace facilities and job well-being had a positive and significant simultaneous effect on teacher performance, while work-related stress did not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that adequate facilities and a supportive work environment contribute to improving teacher performance. Educational institutions are therefore encouraged to strengthen both infrastructure and teacher well-being as part of broader efforts to enhance educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and workload on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda). This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data of 118 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software with multiple linear regression methods and the Sobel test to test the mediation effect. The results of the study indicate that competence has a significant positive effect on performance. Workload has a significant negative effect on performance. Competence has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Workload has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance. Organizational commitment mediates the influence of competence and workload on performance. This study has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on performance with mediation of job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 126 employees. Testing includes instrument testing, model testing, hypothesis testing and Sobel test. The results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction mediates leadership style and motivation on performance. This study has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

Masyarakat nelayan suku Bajo Kampung Wuring merupakan salah satu bagian masyarakat pesisir yang bisa beradaptasi dan mampu memanfaatkan sumberdaya perikanannya. Namun mayoritas nelayan suku Bajo masih hidup serba keterbatasan terutama nelayan kecil dan buruh nelayan. Nelayan suku Bajo masih memiliki masalah dengan keberlanjutan hidupnya dari masalah sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan serta dampak perubahan iklim. Perubahan iklim seperti permukaan air laut naik, gelombang tinggi, hujan deras dan badai sangat mempengaruhi keberlanjutan hidup nelayan suku Bajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis status aset sustainable livelihood suku Bajo di Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2023 di Kampung Wuring Kecamatan Alok Barat, Kabupaten Sikka. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis sustainable livelihood adalah Multiaspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) untuk menilai status keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian dalam analisis status sustainable livelihood nelayan suku Bajo di Kampung Wuring dengan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 48,3. Sustainability nilai yang tertinggi adalah aspek human capital (73,4), social capital (73,4) dan economic and financial capital (53,4), sedangkan aspek yang terendah adalah physical capital (40) dan natural capital (26,6). Sehinga perlu perhatian khusus terhadap fakor natural capital kerena memiliki nilai status kurang berkelanjtan. Kata kunci: capital, keberlanjutan, nelayan, suku Bajo

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and empowerment on employee performance moderated by the work environment. The research was conducted at the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pati using all employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pati as a population. Census sampling technique is used in the research. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 27.0. Results showed that servant leadership significantly affect to performance. Empowerment does not affect significantly to employee performance. Work environment moderates the relationship between leadership and empowerment to employee performances. The study has theoretical and practical implication

Abstract

This research was conducted at Stikubank University Semarang at the Faculty of Economics and Business. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and self-esteem on student academic achievement. This research has a population of 1,160 students registered at the faculty of economics and business. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with criteria for students from semester 4 to semester 8. The number of samples in this research is 100 respondents. The results of this research shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The research was conducted at GERAI INDOSAT OOREDOO SEMARANG using employees from the call center digital care division as samples. Convenience sampling was the method used to select samples. Data validity testing utilized factor analysis. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27.0 software. The research results indicate that job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, organizational culture also plays a role in influencing employee performance, and emotional intelligence also have a significant impact on employee performance. This study contributes both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

The objective of this research is for analyze also evaluate the effect of servant leadership, resistance to change, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Regional Jawa Tengah & DIY. The population on this research is 148 permanent employees and there were 110 respondents with convenience sampling. The data result was collected by questionare with 5 point of likert scale. The examine uses multiple linear regression technique by SPSS software version 16. The research outcome represented that servant leadership had positive affect also significant affect on OCB in PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Regional Jawa Tengah & DIY. Beside that organizational commitment had positive affect also significant affect on (OCB) PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Regional Jawa Tengah & DIY. Meanwhile resistance to change had no affect on OCB in PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Regional Jawa Tengah & DIY. PT. Telekomunikasi Selular is a telecommunications company and there are always innovation related to telecommunication technology, so that it is not support with resistance to change.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of person organization fit and perceived organizational support on employee performance through organizational commitment. The object of the research is at the Surabaya City Disaster Management and Community Protection Agency. The population was 143 respondents. The sampling technique was the census method, which means that the entire population is the sample of the research. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results show that there are positive and significant effect between PO-Fit and perceived support toward organizational commitment. The other finding, there is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment, perceived organizational support and partial organizational commitment on employee performance. The results of the first mediation effect test show that organizational mediation commitment influences PO Fit on employee performance. While the results of the second mediation effect test found that organizational mediation commitment influences perceived organizational support on employee performance. The study has theoretical and practical implication.
