Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the morals of children aged 9-12 years, especially in Bindang Hamlet, Kartiasa Village. Parents also use several methods to educate children's morals. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and uses data collection techniques by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show: 1. Children's morals are polite and respect their elders and there are also children who like to say bad things to friends and other people; 2. Parents' method of educating children's morals is by using the Advice Method, Habituation Method, and Exemplary Method; 3. Factors inhibiting parents from educating children's morals are negative relationships at home, lack of parental attention to children, and technology. Supporting factors include support from family and a good environment.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that creates new jobs. This Community Partnership Program offers several approach methods that can help attract enthusiasm for studying, namely by carrying out socialization methods about early entrepreneurship. This can later become motivation and provision for friends at the orphanage so they can start building a business from an early age. Entrepreneurship training activities for the community at the Al-Jufri Orphanage are generally going well, this is shown by the growing spirit, motivation and creativity of the Al-Jufri Orphanage to explore potential business ideas and the creation of new business plans that will be developed by the orphanage. Al-Jufri's care.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style, knowledge management, and organizational culture on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. ARISA MANDIRI PRATAMA using employees from the production division as samples. Convenience sampling was the method used to select samples. Data validity testing utilized factor analysis. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27.0 software. The research results indicate that leadership style significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, knowledge management also plays a role in influencing employee performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant impact on employee performance. This study contributes both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the extent to which transformational leadership style variables, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation affect employee performance. This research object is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) KC Kendal with a sample of 100 permanent employees. Sample selection using saturated sampling. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire and distributed by gform with a likert scale as a measurement tool. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data processing and testing using the SPSS version 26 program. The instrument tests used are validity tests and reliability tests. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, f tests, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis tests (tests). The findings in this study show that Transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, extrinsic motivation also plays a role in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Mayga Department Store, Brebes Regency, using a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents obtained from distributing questionnaires. This testing stage consists of instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, model testing and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 23. Based on the research results, it shows that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. However, emotional intelligence has no effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance through work stress as mediating variable at PT Setia Alam Sinergi Semarang. Population of the research are 107 employees. Census sampling technique is used in the research. For data analysis, outer model measurements were carried out. Inner model measurements and hypothesis testing by processing the data uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. Research findings show that (1) work burden has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) the work environment does not have significant effect on employee stress, (3) workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, (4) the work environment has a negative and significant effect on work stress. (5) work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work stress mediates the relationship between workload and employee performance, (7) work stress mediates the relationship between the working environment and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. INNAN with permanent employees as a sample. Factor analysis is used to test the validity of research data. SPSS software version 27.0 was used by researchers for data analysis. The research results show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and leadership has an effect on employee performance. This research provides input for companies theoretically and practically.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Semarang Pandanaran Sub-Branch Office. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Semarang Pandanaran Sub-Branch Office, totaling 58 employees. The sample in this research consisted of 58 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has no effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Semarang Pandanaran Sub-Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and empowerment on employee performance moderated by the work environment. The research was conducted at the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pati using all employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pati as a population. Census sampling technique is used in the research. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 27.0. Results showed that servant leadership significantly affect to performance. Empowerment does not affect significantly to employee performance. Work environment moderates the relationship between leadership and empowerment to employee performances. The study has theoretical and practical implication

Abstract

This research was conducted at Stikubank University Semarang at the Faculty of Economics and Business. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and self-esteem on student academic achievement. This research has a population of 1,160 students registered at the faculty of economics and business. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with criteria for students from semester 4 to semester 8. The number of samples in this research is 100 respondents. The results of this research shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement.
