Abstract

To others, adaptation and scientific approaches, when well planned, organized, implemented, and controlled. tourism development can bear lots of advantages both to the tourists and host countries. In Bali, many researchers from different scientific backgrounds found enough empirical evidence that tourism development generates numbers of beneficial influence for the development of the Balinese culture.

Abstract

Currently, more than 45% of the population in Asia is millennial generation. So as with the tourists who are mostly from the millennial generation. Millennial tourist grows in a practical environment and everything used the internet. Millennial tourists use the internet to book a trip or some ticket. It can be easier to take some trip to different places. Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia. This metropolitan area is the largest urban areas in Indonesia even in Southeast Asia. Jakarta travelers will traveling many times and come back to the same place that made a beautiful memory. With the existence of this research know about the preferences and patterns of the trip of Jakarta millennial tourists to Bali. The method using accidental sampling by interviewing the respondent directly. The results of the research that have been conducted on millennial tourists is the high interest of millennial tourists in Jakarta to Bali is influenced by the easiest facilities to reach the internet, the number of places that have unique and popular places to take pictures and also there are many places that millennial tourists can explore according to the characteristics of millennial tourists.

Abstract

Desa Sayan memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dari alam yaitu persawahan, sungai, dan hutan serta budaya seperti kesenian angklung gangsa dan angklung kocok, serta kesenian lukis aliran ‘Young Artist’ yang cukup terkenal. Dengan potensi yang luar biasa tersebut masih ditemui kurangnya kesadaran dan kemampuan masyarakat setempat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik khususnya dalam memberikan penjelasan mengenai produk desa wisata alam dan budaya yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan terhadap bidang-bidang tersebut yang akan dilakukan secara bertahap sehingga kemampuan mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada wisatawan baik wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara kedepannya akan lebih baik. salah satunya melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Pelatihan kepemanduan wisata lokal bagi masyarakat di Desa Wisata Sayan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar merupakan sebuah kegiatan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi D4 Manajemen Bisnis Perjalanan, Politeknik Pariwisata Bali sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Harapan setelah diselenggarakannya pelatihan adalah menumbuhkan pemahaman para peserta pelatihan dalam mengelola DTW maupun fasilitas penunjang pariwisata yang ada di Desa Wisata Sayan, Ubud serta  sikap professional dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the role of social word of mouth in mediating the influence of digital content marketing on visiting interests. Design/Methods/Approach: This research uses a purposive sampling technique on 385 respondents who used social media and had never visited Melasti Beach tourist attractions. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. This research uses SmartPLS 4 to test the validity, reliability, and various tests. Findings: As a result of the study, it is found that digital content marketing has a positive effect on visiting interest, digital content marketing has a positive effect on social word of mouth, social word of mouth has a positive effect on visiting interest, and social word of mouth mediates digital content marketing on visiting interest. Originality: The development of digitalization has led to new ways for tourists to look for references through social word of mouth on social media. This research topic becomes very important for marketers considering that the application of content marketing strategies presents social word of mouth on social media. This is important, especially for a tourist attraction, to generate interest in visiting. Practical/Policy implication: Identification of social word of mouth on social media can be used as a benchmark in mediating digital content marketing and visiting interest. The results of this study have implications for the tourist attraction of Melasti Beach to create interesting content.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of brand positioning, brand image, and perceived price on the repurchase intention of low-cost carrier consumers. Design/Methods/Approach: This study uses a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 400 respondents who had used Citilink airline from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires using a Likert Scale points 1 to 5, which have been analyzed using SmartPLS 4 through the measurement model test (outer model), and structural model test (inner model). Findings: The findings show that brand positioning has a positive effect on the repurchase intention of consumers of a low-cost carrier, brand image has a positive effect on the repurchase intention of consumers low-cost carrier, and the perceived price has a positive effect on the repurchase intention of consumers low-cost carrier. Originality: This research adds dimensions to the variables of brand positioning, brand image, and perceived price and combines them to determine their effect on the repurchase intention of Indonesian low-cost airlines. Practical/Policy Implications: Identifying the results of the variable brand positioning, brand image, and perceived price can measure repurchase intention for low-cost carrier consumers. This study provides low-cost carriers that the right brand positioning strategy, positive image, and price can create a consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

Travel behaviour will drive a trend in the tourism industry. Microtrends are fast-moving trends that impact destinations, hotels, attractions, and other businesses in the travel industry. Travel behaviour changes based on several factors; one of these factors is generation. These changes will occur as Gen Z travel patterns continue to evolve.  This study aims to answer the characteristics, travel behaviour, and how the travel microtrends of Gen Z in Bali shape the present and future. The research method used qualitative with an exploratory study approach. Literature reviews, observations, and interviews are used to collect data. This study found that Gen Z will prioritise health factors, both environmental and mental health in the future. The study also found that Gen Z favours sustainable accommodation.
