Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi guru, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membangun mental berkomunikasi anak di SDN 41 Kaur, Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian berupa penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam membangun mental berkomunikasi anak di SDN 41 Kaur yang paling efektif adalah role play/bermain peran. Sedangkan hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah kurangnya sarana prasarana sekolah yang mendukung strategi-strategi baru. AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine teacher strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors in developing children's mental communication at SDN 41 Kaur, Bengkulu. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were teachers and students. The results of this research show that the most effective teacher strategy in developing children's mental communication at SDN 41 Kaur is role play. Meanwhile, the obstacle in implementation is the lack of school infrastructure that supports new strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the shadow teacher strategy in the learning process of children with speech impairments at the Mahira Nature School in Bengkulu City. This research is important to conduct in order to understand the learning strategies for children with speech impairments. This research method uses a qualitative method of descriptive subjects conducted with teachers. This study used questions for direct observation interviews with teachers. The results of the study indicate that the teacher's strategy in learning children with speech impairments uses unique media and other teaching aids so that they can be easily understood by the children with speech impairments.
