Abstract

Peminjaman peralatan praktikum harus dicatat. Kesulitan proses manual diantaranya butuh waktu dalam pencarian data, sulitnya pengecekan ketersedian peralatan, rawannya arsip hilang, dan human error. Diperlukan pengelolaan peralatan dengan baik dan benar dengan membuat aplikasi peminjaman dan penanganan peralatan menggunakan Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi peminjaman dan rancang bangun AGV. Aplikasi peminjaman alat menggunakan program html dengan akses database mySQL dengan server lokal menggunakan xampp. AGV yang dibangun mampu menahan beban maksimal 20kg. Sistem kontrol menggunakan Arduino Mega sebagai pengendali utama dan NodeMCU8266 untuk berkomunikasi secara Wifi ke stasiun. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa aplikasi peminjaman alat efektif digunakan, baik pada proses peminjaman maupun pada proses pengembalian peralatan. AGV dapat melakukan pengantaran peralatan dengan kecepatan 0,6 – 1,8 m/s dan berhenti ketika terdapat penghalang di depannya.

Abstract

Mekarti Jaya Village is located in the PT Industrial Area. IMIP, the need for industrial workers in the PT area IMIP continues to increase as the investment value in the area increases. To prepare the people and youth of Mekarti Jaya village to be able to take advantage of job opportunities in industries located in the PT area. IMIP needs to carry out training to increase competency, especially in the field of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) welding position 2F. The selection of SMAW welding training materials was based on survey results, in which the need for welding specialist workers was the greatest need for industries in the PT area. IMIP. Training activities are carried out for approximately 1 month, starting with the preparation, implementation, and training results stages. The activities were carried out on February 27–29, 2022. Training activities were carried out at the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic Machinery Maintenance Engineering study workshop. The training was attended by ± 16 young people and residents of the village of Mekarti Jaya. The results of the training carried out were an increase in understanding and knowledge before and after the training activities were carried out; this was shown by the results of the constant shape of the ridges, welding position 2F, and the results of the post-test.

Abstract

The displacement of the stainless-steel plate to the printing work area is still managed manually by theoperator. Additionally, there is no clear benchmark to determine whether the plate is in the correct position andaligned according to the printed pattern. Thus, the print results are frequently less than perfect and require a longprocess. To address these conditions, an additional feeder is required with an automatic system that can operatein conjunction with the blanking machine, simplifying the operator's work and enhancing the blanking processefficiency. The objectives of this research are to determine the design of the feeder machine design by the needsand specifications of the machine, to discover the value of the safety factor of the Feeder machine design, and toreveal the movement system of the Feeder machine design using SolidWork 2019. This final project was carriedout in June 2023 at Politeknik Industri Logam Morowali (PILM) in Labota Village, Bahodopi District, MorowaliRegency, Central Sulawesi Province. The results show that: Researchers can make a design with the provisionsof a length of 550 mm and a width of 250 mm, while the known safety factor value for both areas is declared safesince it has Factor of Safety (FOS) value of 1 and the design movement system displayed on the animation systemin SolidWork 2019 software.

Abstract

Ketahanan nasional merupakan konsep strategis dalam upaya menjaga kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dalam kerangka tersebut, Dewan Ketahanan Nasional (Wantannas) merupakan kelembagaan negara yang dibentuk melalui Keputusan Presiden Nomor 101 Tahun 1999 untuk menjalankan fungsi penetapan kebijakan dan strategi ketahanan nasional guna menjamin keselamatan bangsa dan negara. Namun demikian, keberadaan Wantannas sebagai lembaga yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan isu-isu ketahanan nasional belum memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat dan setingkat undang-undang, sehingga menimbulkan problematika yuridis terkait legitimasi dan kepastian hukum dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis tiga isu pokok, yaitu mengenai kedudukan Wantannas dalam struktur ketatanegaraan Indonesia, tugas dan fungsi kelembagaan Wantannas, serta kinerja Wantannas dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi pustaka yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Wantannas tergolong sebagai lembaga negara penunjang atau state auxiliary organ yang memiliki fungsi strategis, namun berada dalam posisi yang belum kuat secara normatif karena tidak dibentuk melalui undang-undang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan dasar hukum Wantannas melalui pembentukan undang-undang sebagai bentuk rekognisi formal terhadap urgensi, peran, dan kewenangan lembaga ini dalam menjaga stabilitas ketahanan nasional.
