Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the credit system that is allowed and prohibited in Islamic economics, the practice of buying and selling household furniture goods with a credit system carried out by the people of Kerinci Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research. There were 9 people who became informants of credit providers and creditors. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively processed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification. This research found that the practice of buying and selling household furniture credit in Kerinci Regency is not in accordance with sharia principles. Although it provides convenience for the community, this system contains elements of usury through late fees, non-transparent profit margins, and a lack of understanding of sharia contracts. Low financial literacy also worsens the condition, so this practice does not fulfill the principle of maslahah in Islamic economics.

Abstract

This article aims to highlight the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banking in Indonesia after the merger and the implications for national economic growth from the perspective of Islamic banking. This study uses a descriptive analytical method which is literary in nature. The source of law in question is in the form of primary data in the form of laws and regulations and other sources of law. In addition, the secondary data of this study came from various literature such as books, scientific articles and other literature related to the object of research. The data analysis technique is carried out through several stages, namely focusing on data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the formation of BSI through indeed creates various opportunities, one of which is the number of capital aspects becomes larger which will affect other aspects. Such as, Islamic financial literacy and inclusion funds are getting bigger, the market penetration network is getting wider, the creation of financial products that are increasingly diverse and low-cost and can take part to help finance strategic projects that can help grow the national economy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorse and information quality on purchase decision mediated by customer trust among tiktok shop users in Siulak Mukai. The sample of this research was 260 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using SEM Amos 22. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct influence between celebrity Endorse and information quality on customer trust and purchase decision among tiktok shop users. There is a partial influence of the mediating impact of customer trust between celebrity endorse and information quality on purchase decision on tiktok shop users. This shows that customer trust can be built through good celebrity endorsers and quality information so that customers use online platforms to find their needs and desires and do not switch to other competitors.

Abstract

Ramadan merupakan bulan yang penuh berkah dan menjadi momentum bagi umat Islam untuk meningkatkan ibadah serta kepedulian sosial. Program "Ramadan Peduli: Gerakan Berbagi kepada Masyarakat di Sekitar Kampus" dirancang sebagai bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sosial, khususnya dalam membantu masyarakat kurang mampu di sekitar kampus. Program ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan empati dan kepedulian sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dan civitas akademika melalui berbagai kegiatan berbagi, seperti pembagian paket sembako, takjil, makanan berbuka, serta santunan kepada anak yatim dan kaum dhuafa. Selain itu, program ini juga berorientasi pada edukasi masyarakat mengenai pentingnya gotong royong dan kepedulian sosial. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta memperkuat hubungan antara kampus dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

One of the areas on the South Coast of West Sumatra is Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura, Kec. Temple Water. This village consists of 2 villages, namely Rimbo Lumang Village and Medan Baik Village. In Rimbo Lumang Village there are 2 public schools, namely SD N 09 Air Pura and SMP N 04 Air Pura. One of the extra-curricular programs is the Tahfidz activity, namely training to memorize Al-Quran Juz 30. The aim of this activity is to increase students' enthusiasm for memorizing the Al-Quran and help students memorize the Al-Quran more easily. This activity uses the method of reading 10 verses and repeating them 10 times and also uses the Cinta Quran Apk for reading. This method is quite effective for students, however due to the lack of students who can read the Al-Quran fluently and students who can already read the Al-Quran fluently have other activities that are mixed up, this makes this program not run well. So very few students take part in the Tahfidz program. But this tahfidz program can be said to be successful as an effort to improve the memorization of the Al-Quran for students at SMP N 04 Air Pura for those who take part.

Abstract

Religious moderation is important for the harmony of every community group. So that the creation of tolerance is the goal of the state, especially the Ministry of Religion. IAIN Kerinci is one of the educational institutions that organizes community service activities based on religious moderation. The location where the KKN is implemented is in Pesisir Selatan Regency, to be precise in 4 different sub-districts. The methods used are Social Reflection, Participation Planning, Action, and Evaluation. Social Reflection by observing both directly and indirectly the condition of the village that will be occupied. Participation Planning by knowing the problems that are occurring and looking for alternatives that are in accordance with the implementation of the KKN program. Action by carrying out KKN activities based on plans that have been prepared. Evaluation by asking for suggestions and distributing questionnaires to various parties involved in implementing KKN. The evaluation results of the implementation of KKN from both Field Supervisors, Village Trustees, Students and the Community were mostly very effective.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by students of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kerinci in South Pesisir Regency, West Sumatra, aims to apply academic knowledge in addressing various social, economic, and educational challenges faced by the local community. Through collaboration between the university, local government, and the community, this program is designed to provide benefits and improve the quality of life for the community. Evaluations from various parties, including Field Supervising Lecturers (DPL), Village Heads, students, and the community, indicate a high level of satisfaction with the effectiveness of this program. DPLs highlight the program's success in providing a strong structure and apparatus support, contributing to capacity building for the community and students. Village Heads appreciate the integration and strong support from local leaders, while students show valuable learning experiences that support their growth. Evaluations from the community indicate the KKN program's direct positive impact on their welfare. The results of the evaluations affirm that the KKN program in South Pesisir Regency has successfully achieved its community service objectives, reflecting the successful implementation of participatory collaboration between the university, local government, and the community in inclusive and sustainable development. This program highlights the importance of community service as an integral part of higher education's tri dharma and demonstrates the added value of a collaborative approach in solving community problems.
