The implementation of Qanun Syariah in Aceh is considered something of a dilemma. On the one hand, the implementation of the Qanun is considered to violate the provisions of Indonesian positive law, on the other hand, in the process of implementing the Qanun, the Al-Quran and Hadith are used as a basis, and it contains repressive da'wah, da'wah by making the government the perpetrator of structural da'wah, which can pressure the public to obey the teachings. Islam. This research uses a qualitative method which is research that focuses on activities, relationships, situations and conditions in the field. In carrying out this research, the author went directly to institutions related to the implementation of Qanun Islamic Sharia in Aceh, such as: Wilayatul Hisbah, Islamic Sharia, Governor, DPRA, MPU, Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The results of this research state that Qanun Syariah according to Khaled Abou el Fadl is a contemporary form of da'wah that is included in government structures. Banda Aceh has the authority to carry it out in accordance with the legitimacy of the State.

Abstrak: Kebutuhan akan air bersih merupakan permasalahan krusial di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan dengan kondisi sanitasi yang kurang memadai. Sumur gali seringkali digunakan sebagai sumber air bersih namun rentan terkontaminasi bakteri seperti Escherichia coli karena jarak yang tidak tepat dari sumber kontaminasi. Uji bakteriologis pada sumber air bersih, terutama untuk disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendeteksi keberadaan Escherichia Coli, sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana air tersebut tercemar dan berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui keberadaan dan kontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli pada sumber air bersih sumur gali di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suatang Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Pemeriksaan dilakukan terhadap 30 sampel air bersih dari sumur gali dengan metode Membrane Filter. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan dari 30 sampel, 29 sampel (96,67%) terkontaminasi Escherichia coli melebihi 100 CFU/100 mL. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar sumur gali tidak memenuhi baku mutu air bersih untuk keperluan sanitasi dan higiene. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sumber air bersih sumur gali di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Suatang Baru sebagian besar terkontaminasi Escherichia coli. Disarankan kepada masyarakat agar memperhatikan kondisi fisik sumur gali serta melakukan pengolahan terhadap air sumur gali agar aman untuk dikonsumsi. kata kunci: Escherichia coli, air bersih, sumur gali, kualitas air Abstrak: The need for clean water is a crucial problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas with inadequate sanitation conditions. Dug wells are often used as a source of clean air but are susceptible to contamination by bacteria such as Escherichia coli due to improper distance from the source of contamination. Bacteriological tests on clean water sources, especially to detect the presence of Escherichia Coli, are very necessary to determine the extent to which the air is polluted and has the potential to endanger public health. The aim of this research is to determine the presence and contamination of Escherichia coli bacteria in clean water sources from dug wells in the working area of the Suatang Baru Community Health Center. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach using Purposive Sampling. Examinations were carried out on 30 clean water samples from dug wells using the Membrane Filter method. The data obtained is presented in tabular form and explained descriptively. The results showed that of the 30 samples, 29 samples (96.67%) were contaminated with Escherichia coli exceeding 100 CFU/100 mL. These results indicate that the majority of dug wells do not meet clean water quality standards for sanitation and hygiene purposes. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the clean water sources from dug wells in the UPTD work area of the Suatang Baru Community Health Center are mostly contaminated with Escherichia coli. It is recommended that the public pay attention to the physical condition of dug wells and treat the dug well water so that it is safe for consumption. Mudir is actually the highest leader in the Islamic boarding school and is an icon of the Islamic boarding school itself. The mudir must be at the forefront and be the spearhead of the Islamic boarding school's progress. Mudir must also play a role in preventing the flow of radicalism from spreading within the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school. And currently H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution is believed to be the mudir of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school who has a very important role in maintaining the ideological traditions of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school. The aim of this research is to see the role of H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution as the mudir of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism from targeting its students, and how the mudir's efforts to implement the ideology of religious moderation within the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment. The purpose of this study is to see how the role of H. Mustafa Bakri Nasution as the head of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism that targets his students, and how the head's efforts to implement religious moderation in the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative methodology by making students, educators and the head as data collection instruments and using descriptive as a technique for describing it. The results of this study indicate that the role of the head of the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school in preventing the entry of radicalism is by controlling the curriculum to comply with the Ministry of Education and Technology and controlling the quality of ustadz/ustadzah as educators at the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the head is selective about thoughts that come from outside, and collaborates with parties who contribute to bringing Islamic thought that develops in accordance with Islamic teachings that have become a traditional ideology in the Mustafawiyah Islamic boarding school environment.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawaban sosial bagi tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, maka kami para dosen IAIN Kerinci dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan mendata dana mengurus izin usaha usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah yang ada di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yang pertama terdatanya UMKM di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura, dan yang kedua terdapat 12 UMKM yang sudah mendapatkan surat izin usaha.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive Islamic Religious Education (PAI) textbooks in improving cognitive learning outcomes, learning motivation, and internalization of religious values of students in Elementary Schools in Bandar Lampung City. Using the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model, this study focuses on the development of innovative and research-relevant teaching materials. This study will focus on the development of interactive PAI textbooks for grade IV elementary school students. The results of the study indicate that the use of interactive textbooks significantly improves students' cognitive learning outcomes through the presentation of more interesting, visual, and easy-to-understand materials. In addition, interactive elements in the teaching materials have proven to be very effective in generating and maintaining students' learning motivation, creating a learning environment that is not monotonous and more participatory. Furthermore, this textbook facilitates the internalization of religious values by instilling Islamic teachings and values in depth, contextually, and applicatively. Thus, the development and implementation of interactive PAI textbooks using the R&D approach and the ADDIE model is an effective strategy to optimize the learning process and achieve comprehensive PAI education goals.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), are leading causes of global mortality and have a significant impact on public health. This article reviews effective strategies and efforts for controlling NCDs to reduce their burden and improve quality of life. The primary focus is on evidence-based approaches including public health interventions, lifestyle modifications, and health policy initiatives. The article discusses various control strategies such as promoting healthy eating, increasing physical activity, reducing alcohol consumption, and preventing smoking. Additionally, it explores the role of routine health screenings and early detection in preventing the progression of NCDs and emphasizes the importance of health education in raising public awareness. Through a review of literature and analysis of data from case studies and research reports, the article identifies successful efforts in reducing the prevalence of NCDs and improving health outcomes. Policy recommendations and implementation strategies based on these findings are expected to provide practical guidance for policymakers, health professionals, and the public in controlling NCDs.

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjaga kualitas kesehatan, khususnya di lingkungan pesantren. Meskipun pentingnya PHBS telah dikenal luas, implementasinya di pesantren masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan fasilitas dan pemahaman tentang kebersihan dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali praktik PHBS di pesantren serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif) dengan distribusi kuesioner kepada 200 siswa di lima pesantren dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan 10 guru serta 5 pengelola pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat pemahaman tentang pentingnya PHBS, implementasinya masih terbatas oleh fasilitas yang kurang memadai dan pengetahuan yang terbatas di kalangan pengelola pesantren. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan fasilitas kebersihan dan kesehatan, serta pelatihan bagi pengelola pesantren untuk meningkatkan penerapan PHBS secara lebih efektif.

This research aims to explore and analyze the promotional strategies implemented by the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at STAIN Madina in increasing new students. Competition is increasingly fierce in the world of higher education, so it is important for academic institutions to implement effective promotional strategies to attract the attention of prospective students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by looking at and understanding the subject and object of research which includes interviews with sources, and observing the Study Program based on facts that appear as they are. The research results show that STAIN Madina implements various promotional strategies which include the use of social media, MoU and MUA cooperation for the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program, improving website quality and program activities for the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program. However, behind all this, there are obstacles in developing the promotional strategy, namely budget limitations, competition with other universities, public perception, limited human resources, technological infrastructure and the quality of study programs. The conclusion of this research is that a combination of integrated and adaptive promotional strategies can significantly increase new students, noting the importance of regular evaluation and adjustment of strategies. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for other higher education institutions in formulating effective promotional strategies.

This study aims to analyze video content on TikTok related to incidents of KKN UNP students being expelled by residents and examine their perceptions and impacts in a social context. In this case study, an in-depth review of the video content made by UNP KKN students and residents involved in the incident was carried out. The research method used is video content analysis and a case study approach. Through an analysis of the messages and narration in the video content on TikTok regarding the expulsion incident, it is described and interpreted. The results of this study reveal that the messages in the video content play an important role in shaping the narrative and influencing the people's perspective on the event. This research also found the factors that influence the perception and impact of video content on TikTok as well as understanding of the role of social media in shaping public opinion and its effect on social dynamics, such as people's perception of the video content and its impact through public attitudes.
