Abstract

This service activity has been carried out in the GMIT Mizpa Bonen categorical group, most of whom work as farmers and livestock breeders who are members of the dry land farmer group. The aim of this training is to provide knowledge, understanding and skills about increasing productivity through the use of livestock manure, dry land weeds and plant litter as compound organic fertilizer which has higher economic value and plays a dual role in dry land plant cultivation. The approach method for this activity is lectures and direct practice regarding the application of making compound organic fertilizer. The results achieved from this PKM activity are that the community has increased knowledge and skills in utilizing plant biomass around their living environment as organic fertilizer to support the growth and development of cultivated plants.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine 1) the risks of tomato farming during the rainy season in Aimoli Village, Alor Barat Laut District, 2) the comparison of tomato production during the rainy season in Aimoli Village, Alor Barat Laut District, and 3) the comparison of tomato income during the rainy season in Aimoli Village, Alor Barat Laut District. The research was conducted in September 2024 with a sample size of 58 tomato farmers. The results showed that: 1) The risks faced by tomato farmers in Aimoli Village were income risk, revenue risk, and production risk. The amount of income and revenue earned by tomato farmers in the dry season and rainy season differs due to differences in selling prices and production volumes. 2) In the dry season, tomato production in Aimoli Village reached 107 kg, while tomato production in the rainy season reached 45 kg. 3) The difference in tomato production between the dry season and rainy season causes a difference in the income levels of tomato farmers in Aimoli Village.

Abstract

Data Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2024 bahwa prevalensi stunting di Desa Oinlasi 37.2% lebih tinggi dari Kabupaten TTS (32.1%) daun jauh diatas angka rata-rata nasional (19.8%). Angka ini mencerminkan kondisi lapangan yang sulit akses terhadap pangan bergizi, air bersih, sanitasi layak, dan layanan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode kaji tindak inovasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pangan serta meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga berisiko Stunting. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk pengembangan inovasi rukom stunting dengan metode kaji tindak terkait aspek pemanfaatan lahan pakarangan dalam pemenuhan aspek kemandirian pangan di Wilayah Pelayanan Polindesa Desa Oinlasi Kecamatan Molo Selatan Kabupaten TTS dibulan Juli - September 2025. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya lokasi percontohan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan model pertanian hidroponik terintegrasi dengan peternakan kandang ayam atau Model KESKA dapat terus digalakkan dalam upaya memenuhi asupan gizi protein hewani, kemandirian pangan serta meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga
