Abstract

Model pembelajaran teaching factory merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran teori di kelas dengan praktik langsung menyerupai industri. Tujuannya adalah menjembatani kesenjangan antara pendidikan dan kebutuhan industri dengan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyerupai lingkungan kerja nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teaching factory dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik di Surabaya Hotel School, khususnya keterampilan teknis (hard skills) dan non-teknis (soft skills). Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model teaching factory telah diimplementasikan dengan baik melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Keberhasilan didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai, keterlibatan aktif industri, serta partisipasi instruktur dan peserta didik.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana generasi sandwich menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerharmonisan keluarga dan bagaimana feneomena generasi sandwich memengaruhi keharmonisan keluarga. Generasi sandwich adalah individu yang menanggung beban finansial keluarga, baik untuk orang tua maupun saudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi sandwich terbukti menghadapi tekanan mental dan fisik yang signifikan. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi fenomena ini adalah kondisi ekonomi keluarga, pola pikir masyarakat, dan kurangnya dukungan psikologis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi dan peningkatan dukungan psikologis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan generasi sandwich dan keharmonisan keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk peran pekerja sosial Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jombang dalam mengedukasi kesehatan mental anak-anak terlantar serta hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jombang menjalankan peran sebagai edukator, fasilitator, dan pembimbing emosional. Terdapat tiga hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya, yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan program-program edukasi kesehatan mental, keterbatasan jadwal pekerja sosial untuk menjalankan program edukasi kesehatan mental, serta sikap anak-anak yang sulit didekati dan kurang kooperatif.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower Package C students, particularly adult women at Anggrek Bulan Community Learning Center (CLC), Banyuwangi Regency, through entrepreneurship development training. The training focuses on business financial management, understanding market and business opportunities, and building business networks to support the development of agricultural businesses, specifically in cultivating golden dragon fruit. The implementation method involves several stages: first, socialization and discussion with the chairman of PKBM; second, identifying business development needs through the manager; third, training to enhance knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship; and fourth, mentoring, which is systematically conducted to assess the application of the training. The results of this initiative empower women by improving their entrepreneurial skills and addressing challenges they face in developing businesses. This training not only supports the personal growth of the participants but also strengthens local entrepreneurship, with a focus on agricultural business development. The research highlights the importance of continuous mentoring and skill enhancement for adults to overcome barriers to business success. Future recommendations suggest expanding similar programs to other regions to further empower marginalized communities and foster sustainable agricultural entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya orang tua dalam mengembangkan nilai moral dan agama anak, dan untuk menguraikan dan mengkaji kontribusi sekolah berbasis keagamaan pada perkembangan nilai moral dan agama anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain etnografi yang akan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai peranan orang tua dalam pengembangan nilai keagamaan dan moral anak, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan koleksi data, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data di mana data yang diperoleh berupa foto, video, hasil wawancara, laporan lapangan, dan dokumen-dokumen pendukung yang akan ditafsirkan dan dijadikan kutipan data untuk menggambarkan, menjelaskan kegiatan dan hasil kegiatan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menampilkan bahwa orang tua berperan penting pada proses perkembangan nilai moral dan agama anak usia dini serta lembaga pendidikan berbasis keagamaan memiliki kontribusi dalam mengembangkan nilai moral agama pada anak usia dini. Terbukti dengan perilaku anak yang sopan dengan menghargai orang tua dan guru, serta temannya di pertemuan pertama pembelajaran luring, serta kebiasaan anak untuk mengucapkan salam saat bertemu dan berpisah kepada guru dan orang tua.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Describe the application of the Tutor Interactive Learning Model in increasing the learning participation of Package C students. 2) Assess the supporting factors. 3) Examine the inhibiting factors in the application of the Interactive Learning Model in an effort to increase students' learning participation. The approach and type used is descriptive qualitative, with the research location at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. This research uses data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Tutor Interactive Learning Model in an effort to increase the learning participation of Package C students goes well, as evidenced by the response and enthusiasm of students before and after school at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. Supporting factors include a fun and interactive classroom atmosphere, tutor creativity and adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factors include bad mood, lack of confidence, laziness and network constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to study, describe, and analyze learning management in increasing the learning motivation of package B students at PKBM Budi Utama. The method in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that learning management in PKBM Budi Utama consists of four stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Learning planning is carried out by compiling lesson plans and teaching materials, identifying learning needs, and formulating goals. Organizing learning is done by choosing the right teaching method, learning aids according to the material, arranging the size of the class according to the number of students, and choosing the right strategy to convey the rules. The implementation of learning is carried out by strengthening the motivation of learning students and choosing strategies at all ages. Learning supervision is carried out by evaluating the learning system and measuring learning outcomes. From learning management can increase the motivation to learn learners. Proven by the encouragement and need to learn by searching the internet and taking notes, having clear hopes and aspirations for the future, getting awards from tutors, and having interesting learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) examine the role of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. 2) Assessing the supporting factors of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. 3) Assessing the inhibiting factors of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. The approach and type used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research location in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of educators as motivators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center is going well and it is proven that during learning students have feelings of joy, involvement, interest, and attention in children's learning.. Supporting factors include the health of students, qualified educators, learning environment conditions, rewards, and learning methods. The inhibiting factors include inadequate infrastructure and lack of cooperation from parents.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners (2) identify the indicators in the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners. The research method used is qualitative using in-depth interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The entrepreneurship skills education program is conducted to improve the standard of living of the community through education and training. There are criteria for learners of this program, namely individuals aged 17-25 years old, not currently attending school or employed, to participate in the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners by enhancing skills, acquiring new knowledge, forming an entrepreneurial mindset in an effort to become graduates capable of establishing and managing independent businesses. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program has five indicators: instructors, learners, materials, methods, and objectives. In increasing the income of learners, there are four indicators: improving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, increasing income, and improving welfare. The entrepreneurship skills education program implemented is through enhancing skills and acquiring knowledge in the form of entrepreneurship education and culinary courses.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, enhancing human resource quality is increasingly crucial. The sewing course at Gudo Jombang Learning Center requires the implementation of an andragogical learning approach by tutors to accommodate the learning characteristics of adult learners, particularly housewives. This study aims to describe, analyze, and identify the role of tutors, the application of the andragogical approach, and the challenges faced in improving learners' competencies in the sewing course at Gudo Jombang Leraning Center. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The results of the research, (1) Tutors at Gudo Jombang Learning Center actively fulfill their roles as informers, organizers, motivators, facilitators, directors, mediators, initiators, and evaluators in the learning process. (2) The application of andragogical principles has been successful, evidenced by the improvement in learners' competencies in knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Learners demonstrated an understanding of basic sewing concepts, the ability to practice sewing techniques correctly, and a positive attitude toward learning. (3) Challenges in implementing the andragogical approach in the sewing course include limited facilities and infrastructure, decreasing attendance, varying levels of sewing experience, and suboptimal tutor andragogical skills.
