Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of productive zakat on economic empowerment of mustahik. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results it can be concluded that the concept of productive zakat utilization on mustahik economic empowerment carried out by BAZNAS East Java Province was poured into several programs, namely in the form of providing business capital assistance both individually and in groups, providing work skills training, and providing work tools. As for the effectiveness indicators using the theory from Ni Wayan Budiani, namely: the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of the accuracy of program targets and have been effective. As for indicators of program socialization, program monitoring, and program objectives can be said to be ineffective.

Abstract

Buying and selling is an economic activity that involves several parties who are trying to make a profit in order to make ends meet. Buying and selling between fishermen and middleman in the Bulu-Tuban fishing port contains an element of cooperation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the aim to find out an Islamic legal review of the fish buying and selling mechanism between fishermen and baskets at Bulu-Tuban Fishing Port.Based on the results of the study found the practice of tadlis, gharar and talaqqi ruqban in the mechanism of fish trading between fishermen and baskets. The sale and purchase of fish between fishermen and baskets in the Bulu-Tuban Fishery Port is not right according Islamic law that refers to Al-Qur'an surah An-Nisa verse 29 because in the sale and purchase it has not yet achieved justice and there are still practices that are not allowed in Islamic rules.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the influence of murabahah financing on the development of UMKM in Ngoro. This study illustrates quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data used by researchers are primary interviews and secondary data in the form of customer data reports that have received murabahah financing from PT. BPRS Mojokerto City, Ngoro Jombang branch. For the population and sample of researchers using secondary data in the form of customer data reports that have received murabahah financing from PT. BPRS Kota Mojokerto branch of Ngoro Jombang. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study state that the partial test (t) states that murabahah financing significantly influences the development of UMKM in Ngoro District. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the effect of murabahah financing affects the development of UMKM in Ngoro District worth 93%, while the remaining 7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Consumer demand for Islamic fashion products is increasing, particularly among students who care about the Islamic fashion industry that reflects the halal lifestyle. Students have a critical attitude when consuming fashion products. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding and fashion trends on purchasing decisions for Islamic fashion in Surabaya students. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used is primary data through distributing questionnaires. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents who were randomly selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Islamic branding and fashion trends partially affect Islamic fashion purchasing decisions. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained that Islamic branding and fashion trends have a simultaneous influence of 49.2% on Islamic fashion purchasing decisions. This research can provide insight to business people to develop more effective marketing strategies in order to achieve success in the Islamic fashion market

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest Muslim majority in the world, according to data collected by The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre (RISSC). About 237.55 million people, or 86.7% of the total Indonesian population. This has become important enough to study how the people of Surabaya consume food and beverages that already have a halal label. Many manufacturers have opened a beverage industry business in Surabaya, especially in the bubble tea drinking business, one of which is the Chatime brand. The study aims to analyze the influence of halal labels, prices and lifestyle on Chatime purchase decisions in Surabaya. The study used a quantitative method with primary data sources from questionnaires distributed online to respondents who met the criteria. In sampling, use purposive samplings to get 100 respondents. Techniques in data processing use double linear regression analysis. The results of this study are known to have a positive and significant influence on the halal label, price and lifestyle on the decision to buy chatime in Surabaya. This suggests that Muslim consumers in Surabaya tend to consider aspects of halal labels, competitive prices, and compatibility with their lifestyle when choosing to buy Chatime products. This study provides managerial implications for chatime companies that can be an important reference to how customer responses to a Chatime product that has been produced can meet needs or persuade customers to make a buy decision.
