Abstract

This study analyzes the impcat of social media, customer satisfaction and product review on Aerostreet shoes purchasing decisions on Shopee. Using a quantitive approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 100 Dian Nuswantoro University students who bought Aerostreet shoes. Data analysis used SPSS, including validity, reliability, classical assumption and hypothesis test. Result show that social media, customer satisfaction and product review significantly influence purchasing decision. This study provides insights for marketers to optimize social media effectiveness and product quality to enhance competitiveness in the digital market.

Abstract

PT. Karoseri XX is a major company specializing in bus body manufacturing. To maintain its existence amid increasing operational pressures, effective and immediately applicable strategies are required. This study aims to analyze the company’s internal and external conditions using a SWOT approach to identify key factors affecting business performance. The results of the SWOT analysis are then utilized to refine the company’s strategic plan through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. This research adopts a descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and direct observations of both internal and external conditions. The findings reveal that product quality is the company’s main strength, while finishing quality remains its primary weakness. The most promising opportunity lies in the high market interest in PT. Karoseri XX’s bus body design, whereas the intensifying industry competition poses a significant threat. These results serve as a strategic foundation for the company to respond effectively to challenges and optimize market opportunities.

Abstract

Fintech Lending statistics report from OJK in 2023 that total online loans in Indonesia exceeded IDR 47 trillion as of June 2023, with Generation Z (aged 19–34) as the largest user group. This study analyzes the factors influencing Generation Z’s decision to use online loans, with ease of use as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through Smart-PLS 3.0. Data were collected through an online survey with 870 respondents. The findings indicate that financial literacy, lifestyle changes, consumerism, and trust significantly influence online loan decisions. However, ease of use only moderates the relationship between consumerism and online loan decisions, while its impact on other factors is insignificant. These results suggest that ease of use does not fully strengthen the relationship between these factors and online loan decisions. Further research is needed to explore its moderating role in this context..
