Abstract

Optimizing CRM in Islamic boarding schools is not only about implementing new technology, but also about how the boarding school can build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, so that it can provide satisfaction and increase loyalty. This study aims to analyze (1) Optimizing HR performance in increasing loyalty in Diniyyah Putri Islamic boarding schools and Al Hikmah Islamic boarding schools (2) Optimizing CRM processes in increasing loyalty in Diniyyah Puyri Islamic boarding schools and Al Hikmah Islamic boarding schools (3) Optimizing CRM technology in increasing loyalty in Diniyyah Puyri Islamic boarding schools and Al Hikmah Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data sources from primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) Optimizing HR performance is carried out by providing socialization of the system that will be used and training for each field. (2) The CRM process provides convenience for both stakeholders of the boarding school to provide more effective and efficient services and guardians of students in receiving more transparent information both before (3) The technology applied in CRM through a website and application software-based system.

Abstract

Armstrong and Baron's theory states that teacher performance can be influenced by individual factors (personal factors), leadership factors (leadership factors), group factors / colleagues / work teams (team factors), system factors (system factors), and situational factors (contextual / situational factors). Teamwork that is formed in general will certainly lead to performance. However, in the realm of education, it is not necessarily able to bring out good performance as expected. The purpose in writing this article is to examine more deeply the influence of teamwork on the performance of teaching staff at Yamama Lampung Junior High School. The method used in writing this scientific article uses quantitative research methods, using ex post facto techniques or models. The population in this study amounted to 55 people with sampling techniques using the Krejcie & Morgan formula or table and sampling around 43 respondents. The results obtained based on the data and research results show that there is a negative and insignificant influence between the work team on teacher performance at Yamama Lampung Junior High School. The teacher work team at Yamama Lampung Junior High School that has been formed looks good and solid, so it will not affect the high or low performance of teachers in carrying out their main duties.

Abstract

Desa Air Bakoman berada di bagian hulu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Sekampung yang mayoritas warga bekerja sebagai petani. Bagian hulu berperan dalam penyerapan air dan meminimalisir erosi tanah sehingga diperlukan pola tanam dengan pohon sebagai komponen penyusunnya yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan tanaman lain atau dikenal dengan agroforestri. Untuk mendorong penerapan agroforestri diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan menganalisis kondisi sosial dan ekonomi petani yang menerapkan pola agroforestri di DAS Sekampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-November 2024 di Desa Air Bakoman, Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani agroforestri yang berjumlah 50 orang dan ditentukan berdasarkan formula Cochran dengan error 6%. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif berdasarkan indikator aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Sebagian besar petani sudah mengikuti organisasi sosial namun baru sebagian petani yang memanfaatkan akses penyuluhan dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan. Hubungan antar petani sangat erat, jika ada masalah petani memilih untuk meminta bantuan kepada sesama petani. Rata-rata pendapatan petani dari tanaman sebesar Rp 23 juta/ha/tahun dan rata-rata pendapatan petani dari ternak sebesar Rp 3 juta/tahun. Petani mengandalkan sumber pendapatan dari hasil produksi pertanian seperti kopi¸ cengkeh¸ padi¸ jagung¸ lada¸ aren¸ dan lainnya dengan satu saluran pasar dan masih tergantung dengan input eksternal. Petani belum mengasuransikan hasil pertaniannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui perbedaan self regulated learning pada mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan prestasi akademik. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 273 mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu dengan kategori subjek berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan prestasi akademik. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala self regulated learning berdasarkan aspek Zimmerman (1989). Analisis data menggunakan two way anova. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa p= 0,000 (p<0,05) artinya terdapatnya perbedaan yang signifikan SRL mahasiswa parttime berdasarkan prestasi akademik dan nilai p=0,310 (p>0,05) artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan SRL mahasiswa parttime berdasarkan jenis kelamin This research aims to This research aims to determine differences in self-regulated learning among students who work part-time based on gender and academic achievement.
