Abstract

The retaining wall is a structure built to withstand of ground when there is change in land elevation that exceed atrest angles in the land/ground. The function of building of retaining wall is to hold the land and prevent the danger of sliding. Landslide that occurred in the West Juwet housing caused by the dimension of the retaining wall that is too small so unstable against the safety factor (fs), the value of the safety factor in the review is the safety factor to bearing capacity, shear force and stability against roll style. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cause of the collapse (downfall) of retaining wall and replan the retaining wall had collapsed. The existing retaining wall is not stable to shear force that is 1.49 qa = 105.06 (safe), stability to sliding: 1.64 > 1.5 (safe) and stability to roll: 3.68 > 1.5 (safe ). Keywords: Retaining wall, Sliding (Landslide), Dimension, The stability ABSTRAK Dinding penahan tanah merupakan sebuah struktur yang di bangun untuk menahan tanah ketika terdapat perubahan dalam elevasi tanah yang melampaui sudut atrest dalam tanah.Bangunan dinding penahan tanah (retaining waal) berfungsi untuk menahan tanah serta mencegah dari bahaya kelongsoran. Kelongsoran yang terjadi di perumahan Juwet Barat disebabkan oleh dimensi dinding penahan yang terlalu kecil sehingga tidak stabil terhadap faktor keamanan (fs), nilai faktor keamanan yang di tinjau adalah faktor keamanan terhadap daya dukung tanah, gaya geser dan stabilitas terhadap gaya guling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penyebab keruntuhan dinding penahan tanah dan merencanakan kembali dinding penahan tanah yang sudah runtuh. Dinding penahan yang ada tidak stabil terhadap gaya geser yaitu 1,49 < 1,5 (tidak aman). Perencanan kembali dinding penahan tanah dengan menggunakan jenis dinding penahan gravitasi dengan sisi belakang tegak karena jenis ini cocok untuk dinding penahan yang tinggi. Dimensi dinding stabil terhadap daya dukung tanah yaitu : 107,73 > qa = 105,06 (aman), stabilitas terhadap geser : 1,64 > 1,5 (aman) dan stabil terhadap guling : 3,68 > 1,5 (aman). Abstract

In a construction project either in the planning, implementation and supervision of construction management indispensable good. It is intended that a project can run well, with cost-efficient and can be implemented on time. The method of implementation is an important part in the implementation of a project. What is important is the coefficient of wages as this will greatly affect the welfare of the workers. The determination of the coefficient of wages must be referring to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Light brick is a material that is widely used today. However, SNI has not been set on the coefficient of light brick work itself so that the implementation of the field is still used coefficient of wages for work of red brick. Calculating the coefficient of wages is by dividing the daily work volume and number of employees as a factor denominator. From observations made on the installation work light brick building Gereja Kristen Indonesia Bromo, the method used is correct. From the analysis of the data for wage coefficients obtained total wage employment lightweight brick installation methods SNI Rp 76.12 million, while total wages fact the field installation of light brick Rp 63.106 million, and based on research wages brick work lighter by Rp78.955 million, For the cost/m2 installation of lightweight brick according to SNI is Rp 29909.88. While the value of wage employment per m2 installation of lightweight brick according to the reality on the ground is Rp 24797.08 difference between the two comparisons is Rp 5112.8. Abstract

Kecamatan Karangploso merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak di Kabupaten Malang, letaknya cukup strategis apabila dengan perkembangan dan peningkatan masyarakat di kota tersebut, maka akan bertambah pula sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, salah satu adalah sistem pembuangan dan penanggulangan drainase.. berdasarkan hasil observasi, dilapangan didapati bahwa sering terjadi genangan dan sedimentasi yang disebabkan kondisi sistem drainase eksisting tidak berfungsi dengan optimal. Setelah dianalisis, disusun rencana sistem jaringan baru yang bertolak dari kondisi eksisting dan permasalahan di lokasi penelitian. Dari fakta diatas dilakukan tinjauan terhadap masalah genangan dan sedimentasi di kawasan tersebut. Metode analisis yang diterapkan pada penulisan ini meliputi analisis hidrologi yang bertujuan menghitung debit rencana dengan menggunakan metode rasional dan analisa hidrolika untuk menghitung kapasitas debit saluran eksisting dan saluran baru. Kedua hasil ini dibandingkan (Qkaps>Qrencana) untuk melihat kemampuan dari setiap saluran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dari saluran dan gorong-gorong eksisting, gorong-gorong harus diperbesar dan perlu penambahan saluran dan gorong-gorong baru. Perencanaan sistem jaringan drainase yang baru menunjukan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi karena adanya sedimentasi dan berkurangnya kapasitas saluran akibat kondisi saluran drainase yang rusak. Perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan saluran berupa normalisasi saluran, pemasangan kisi-kisi penahan sampah, dan pembersihan saluran secara periodik. Kata kunci: Debit Rencana, Drainase Eksisting, Genangan

Abstract

Problems landslides are common in Indonesia , especially during the rainy season which resulted in an increase in the volume of water, soil conditions become unstable, this often creates victims of both fatalities and casualties material. One of the locations with frequent landslides in Residence of Malang. One of the ways used to control stability of the land so as not to slide is to build a retaining wall. Planning retaining wall is located on the River Celaket , Gading Kulon village , subdistrict Dau , Malang. In this plan , the data is taken directly through laboratory tests in soil mechanics laboratory civil engineering Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang University. The type of planned retaining wall is gravity type. In order to the building can be function properly, then the stability of the building must also be planned as best as possible, therefore, The stability of the retaining wall analyzed to the danger of rolling (bolting) and sliding in normal water conditions without the earthquake, dwite the earthquake and flood water level conditions without the earthquake, with earthquakes Analyzed using the Rankine formula. The result is SFsliding 1,81 > 1,5 dan 1,32 > 1,2, SFbolters 2,07 > 1,5 dan 1,36 > 1,2 (for normal conditions without and with earthquake) dan SFsliding 2,11 > 1,5 and 1,49 > 1,2 SFbolters 2,10 > 1,5 dan 1,26 > 1,2 (for flood condition without and with earthquake), it turns out safely. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam dunia konstruksi, perkembangan teknologi sangat berperan terhadap sebuah pembangunan. Selain alat penunjang, material juga turut berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Pemilihan material sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas dan biaya konstruksi. Untuk analisis harga dalam dunia konstruksi di kenal sebuah istilah yaitu Value Engineering (VE). Value Engineering digunakan untuk mendesain ulang rancangan bangunan untuk penghematan biaya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk kemudian menjadi bahan pertimbangan pemilihan material. Dalam penelitian ini VE dilakukan pada material rangka atap. Penggunaan rangka atap pada penelitian ini adalah rangka atap baja ringan yang kemudian diganti dengan rangka atap Gable Frame. Gable Frame merupakan konstruksi statis tidak tentu. Konstruksi ini bisa diselesaikan dengan cara cross, clapeyron, slope deflection, tabel dan sebagainya. Gaya yang pada batang-batangnya adalah momen, gaya lintang, dan gaya normal. Selain VE yang harus diperhatikan juga adalah metode pelaksanaan dalam pekerjaan rangka atap. Dalam penelitian ini lokasi yang dipilih adalah pembangunan Gedung Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Dan dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemasangan rangka atap baja ringan dan rangka atap gable frame tidak jauh berbeda, hanya saja untuk rangka atap gable frame ditambah item pengecatan dan pengelasan. Dari hasil analisis anggaran diperoleh hasil untuk rangka atap baja ringan Rp 249.760.000 sedangkan menggunakan Gable frame biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 229.710.000 sehingga penggunaan Gable frame jauh lebih murah atau dengan kata lain penghematan menggunakan gable frame mencapai 10,65%. Kata Kunci : Rangka atap, Value Engineering, Metode pelaksanaan ABSTRACT In the construction world, technological development is very important to a development. In addition to supporting tools, materials also develop along with the development of technology. Material selection is very influential on the quality and cost of construction. For the analysis of prices in the construction world in the know a term that is Value Engineering (VE). Value Engineering is used to redesign the building design for cost savings. This is done to then be the material consideration of material selection. In this study VE is done on roof truss material. The use of roof truss in this research is lightweight steel roof truss which then replaced with roof frame Gable Frame. Gable Frame is an uncertain static construction. This construction can be completed by cross, clapeyron, slope deflection, table and so on. The forces on which the trunks are the moment, the style of latitude, and the normal style. In addition to VE that must also be considered is the method of implementation in the roof truss work. In this research the chosen location is the construction of Faculty of Health Building University Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. And from the research result got that method of execution of work of installation of light steel roof truss and roof frame of gable frame not much different, just for roof frame gable frame plus painting and welding item. From the results of budget analysis obtained results for lightweight steel roof truss Rp 249,760,000 while using Gable frame cost required is Rp 229.710.000 so the use of Gable frames much cheaper or in other words saving using gable frame reached 10.65%. Abstract

Retaining wall has function to hold the soil and prevent it from sliding danger. Because of load rain, heavy soil or because of the load acting. At this time, the construction of retaining wall is very often used in civil works construction although the retaining wall had been famous in the world. The occurrence of avalanches on the Konto river in Jalan Abd.Manan Wijaya Pujon caused by the dimensions of the retaining wall is too small so unstable to the safety factor (fs), the value of the safety factor in the review is a safety factor to bearing capacity, shear forces and stability against roll style. The purpose of this study was to increase the strength of an existing retaining wall so it can prevent sliding because of the location of research there on the corner of the street and there is a bridge crossing the local residents as well as the access to the main line Malang - Kediri. Planning additional soil retaining walls using a modification of gravity type retaining wall masonry and reinforced concrete times. Dimensional stability against sliding wall: 2.33> 1.5 (safe) and was stable against the bolsters: 5.3> 1.5 (safe). Keywords: Bend, Ancillary, Stability Retaining Walls.

Abstract

Soil as construction material as well as the foundation of a construction land or structures such as dams, embankments, retaining walls, buildings and bridges. In every construction requires a specific requirement in terms of both strength and economically. This study aimed to analyze and plan for a stable retaining wall on the stability of the shift, the overthrow and the carrying capacity by using Gravity Type On Roads Ngantang Locations in Malang. Calculation of earth pressure calculated using Rankine theory. Stability Analysis Results Retaining Walls with Gravity Type Dimensions: Width top (B1) 0.50 m, base width (B2) of 2.00 m and a total height (H + D) 14.00 m, which then did not secure the stability of the overthrow ( 0.4 1.5). Results Budget Plan (RAB) in the calculation of total fees earned USD 839 855 542, the cost of any work (m3) Rp 1,566,164.181, job retention costs (m) USD 27,995,184.73. Abstract

Some communities in Malang still much settled in areas close to the river banks or cliffs. In this case to note there are many who rely on the land retaining wall as a cantilever aides foundatin on peoples homes. Retaining walls can be said to be safe if the retaining wall has been considered the safety factor, both against the dangers of the shift, the danger of overthrow, reduced bearing capacity and fracture. Planning retaining wall is located in a residential of Graha Indah Santosa on a Karangbesuki metro river bank Karangbesuki metro Village, Sukun District, Malang. The planned retaining wall is the type of gravity. In order to this building function properly, then the stability of the building should also be good. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the stability of the retaining wall to the danger of rolling and sliding toward normal water level conditions without the earthquake, with earthquake and toward flood water level conditions without the earthquake, with earthquakes. Calculation using the formula Rankine. As a result, Sfsliding 1,82> 1.5 and 1.65> 1.2 SFshear 1.9> 1.5 and 1.57> 1.2 (for normal conditions without and with earthquake) and SFsliding 1.9> 1,5 and 1.8> 1.2, SFshear 1.65> 1.5 and 1.35> 1.2 (for flood conditions without and with earthquake) turns secure. Abstract

ABSTRACT The System of drainage channels is necessary to throw away the rain water is not absorbed in the soil, as well as to prevent the occurrence of puddles that can interfere with the activities of the community or cause flooding during the rainy season. The problem of puddles into thought and attention from various parties, it is because of the lack of enthusiasm of the community and lack of drainage channels inside or around the area of Purwodadi Subdistrict Lawang. This research was carried out in Purwodadi Subdistrict Lawang Regency Malang, from the month of October – November 2016. The methods used in this study are of rational methods i.e. Qa = 0.278. C. I. A, While the data obtained from the research is the condition of the road and the Existing channel that suffered damage and also data from multiple instances include: precipitation Data, Map land use. From the results of the data analysis States that the amount of rainfall with the 10-year anniversary of the epoch of 61.238 mm, Kala flood discharge 10-year anniversary of sal: Q. = 1.0 m3/sec. the capacity of the existing drainage channels of Q sal. = 0.889 m3/sec. The dimensions of the existing channels are not enough to miss the kala flood discharge 10-year anniversary of 1.0 m3/sec. Plan of drainage channels: Q sal. = 1.39 m3/sec. Construction design for drainage channels in the path of Purwodadi is b = 0.80 m and h = 1.0 m to keep the puddle does not occur then the dihimbau to the people not to throw garbage on the channel and maintenance on a regular basis by the Office of related and also the community.
