Abstract

ABSTRAK Saluran darinase melayani pembuangan kelebihan air yang tidak dimanfaatkan dari suatu lokasi dengan cara mengakirkannya melalui permukaan tanah (surface drainage) atau lewat dibawah permukaan tanah (sub surface drainage) untuk kemudian dibuang ke sungai, laut atau danau. Kelebihan air tersebut dapat berupa air hujan, limbah domestik ataupun limbah industri. Berdasarkan kodisi yang ada dilokasi studi, perencanaan saluran drainase ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi genangan, melancarkan aliran air sehingga tidak tersendat oleh tumpukan sampah dan juga mengatasi pengikisan tanah oleh air. Beberapa faktor yang melatar belakangi perencanaan saluran drainase di Kelurahan Benpasi adalah penumpukan sampah rumah tangga dilokasih studi sehingga memperlambat laju aliran air yang mengakibatkan genangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelurahan benpasi kecamatan kefamananu kabupaten TTU, dari bulan februari – maret 2014. Data yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian adalah: kondisi jalan dan saluran existing yang mengalami kerusakan. Kata kunci : perencanaan;drainase

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinding penahan adalah komponen penting dari struktur bangunan utama untuk membangun jalan raya dan lahan berkontur atau tanah terkait lainnya yang memiliki ketinggian yang berbeda. Secara singkat dinding penahan adalah dinding yang dibangun untuk menahan massa tanah di atas struktur atau bangunan dibuat. Ada beberapa jenis dinding penahan yang sering digunakan dalam bidang konstruksi bangunan diantaranya dinding penahan Gravitasi, dinding penopang penopang, dinding penahan kontrafort, dan penahan dinding penahan, yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dinding penahan jenis gravitasi menggunakan batu pasangan kali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis stabilitas kekuatan rolling, geser dan daya dukung. Dimensi dinding penahan dibangun dengan panjang (b) 50 meter dan tinggi (h) = 5 meter, lebar alas (B) = 2,50 meter, stabil terhadap kekuatan bergulir = 1,7> 1,5 (aman), gaya geser = 1,7> 1,5 (aman), dan gaya untuk mendukung tanah = 174,28 1.5 (safe), the shear force = 1.7> 1.5 (safe), and a force to support the land = 174.28

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinding penahan adalah komponen utama dari struktur bangunan utama untuk jalan raya dan bangunan lingkungan lainnya yang terkait dengan tanah berkontur atau tanah yang memiliki ketinggian yang berbeda. Secara singkat dinding penahan adalah dinding yang dibangun untuk menahan massa tanah di atas struktur atau bangunan yang dibuat. Ada beberapa jenis dinding penahan yang sering digunakan dalam konstruksi bangunan seperti dinding penahan gravitasi, dinding penopang penopang, dinding kontras counter, dan dinding braket mentega, yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dinding jenis kantilever dengan beton K225. Jalannya penyelidikan ini adalah untuk menganalisis stabilitas pergantian gaya, geser dan daya dukung tanah. Dimensi dinding penahan dibangun dengan panjang (b) 17 meter dan tinggi (h) = 7,5 meter, lebar dasar (B) = 5 meter, kondisi tepi laut yang normal tanpa gempa, stabilitas untuk kekuatan bergulir = 2,0> 1, 5 (aman), gaya geser = 2,4> 1,5 (aman), kondisi air banjir tanpa seismik, stabilitas terhadap guling = 2,4> 1,5 (aman), gaya geser = 2,8> 1, 5 (aman) dan gaya pendukung darat = 217,94 < qa = 7571,08 (aman). Dinding penahan direncanakan menelan biaya $ .1.511.954,46 / m3. Kata kunci: Stabilitas; Dinding Penahan; Cantilever ABSTRACT The retaining wall is a major component of the main building structure for highways and other environmental buildings related to contoured soils or soils that have different elevations. Briefly the retaining wall is a wall constructed to hold the mass of the ground above the structure or building created. There are several types of retaining wall which are often used in building construction such as gravity retaining wall, cantilever retaining wall, counter contrast wall, and butter bracket wall, used in this research is cantilever type wall with K225 concrete. The course of this investigation was to analyze the stability of the turn over style, shear and soil bearing capacity. The dimensions of the retaining wall are constructed with a length of (b) 17 meters and height (h) = 7.5 meters, base width (B) = 5 meters, normal waterfront condition without earthquake, stability to rolling force = 2.0> 1, 5 (safe), shear force = 2.4> 1.5 (safe), flood water conditions without seismic, stability to bolsters = 2.4> 1.5 (safe), shear force = 2.8> 1 , 5 (safe) and ground support force = 217.94

Abstract

Conditions at the Planning Study Site Thickness of Flexible Pavement in Waikelo-Karoso Sta 47 + 000-Sta 48 + 000 Southwest Sumba District with 1,000 m of road length are lack of road access, drainage and lighting. The purpose of the study was to determine the flexible pavement thickness, the dimensions of the channel and the budget for the STA 47 + 000-STA 48 + 000 waikelo-karoso road. Data collection methods are used by conducting observations and direct surveys at locations in the form of primary data and secondary data. From the analysis results obtained thickness of pavement consisting of bottom foundation (sub base) thickness of 20 cm, aggregate B of upper foundation (base cours) thickness of 20 cm, aggregate class A layer of surface (surface) 10 cm Laston. The water debit obtained for the channel capacity on the road is 0.192 m3 / sec, with the channel discharge obtained 0.201 m3 / sec. From the results of the recapitulation of the budget plan, the costs obtained based on the analysis data for each work item include preparation work Rp. 629,347,950, mobilization and demobilization of Rp. 19,800,000, land works and paving Rp. 2,109,983,228.62, the work of a partner and drainage plastering Rp. 355,698,397.18. With the 1 km road length studied, obtained pavement thickness, channel dimensions, and cost budget respectively, ie 20 cm thick, channel dimensions with a channel width of 0.55 m, channel height of 0.275 m, with a budget of Rp. 3,426,321,000.

Abstract

The design review of the structure building is located in Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang Regency, East Java Province with an area of 4.78 hectares. So far, there has not been a review of design in Building B of the Tunggadewi tribhuwana university of Malang. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on a review of the structural design of building B. The structure design review aims to determine the strength of the previous building B for the addition of two floors in building B at the Tunggadewi Malang tribhuwana university. Design review is carried out with two structural designs, the first is a concrete structure design with dimensions of forty square centimeters, the second is a steel structure design with three hundred and fifty wf. The two structures are designed to determine the dimensions of the column beams when adding two floors to the structure. So as to produce dimensions in the beam column which will be used in the structure to be built in building B at the tribhuwana tunggadewi malang university

Abstract

The construction project of the Integrated Services Building of the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi in Malang City, East Java in 2019 which caused a slowing down in the duration of time due to the use of inappropriate scheduling methods. Therefore, in order to correct the slowing down of the time duration, it must use the correct and appropriate method, including the method that can be used, namely the CPM method. The use of the CPM method is desirable so that the project can be completed in a timely manner. Based on this, the research was carried out in order to find out the length of the duration of the construction project of the construction of the Integrated Services building of the tribhuwana Tunggadewi University of in Malang, East Java after using the CPM method and so that the duration could be known using the CPM method. The method of this research is carried out by using scheduling with M.S Project, accelerating activities that are on the critical path, re-analyzing the critical path to produce saturation time and produce optimum time. From the results of the study, it was found that the long duration of time obtained was 105 days from the normal time of 337 days or 232 days faster.

Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in construction projects has now become a major concern for construction service developers. To measure the success of the implementation of a work safety and health management system for a construction project, the author conducted research on the work of the Begawan Apartment Building in Malang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method for measurement based on existing theories and univariate analysis method for analysis of one variable. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the success rate of the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in the work of Begawan Apartment Building Malang reached a value of 89.80%. In accordance with Labor Minister Regulation No. 05 of 1996 that achieving the application of the value of 85-100% deserves to be given a gold flag certificate and award.

Abstract

In the construction sector, there are many components inside it. One of them is project management, which can be divided into three parts cost, time, and quality. The budget for a project is called Budget Plan. In general, the cost between budget plan and real implementation is different. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the comparison between budget plan and real cost implementation, to know the cost difference and the factors causing the difference between the budget plan of the project with budget plan of permen PUPR. Permen PUPR 28/PRT/M/2016 serves as the guidelines to calculate the budget plan. Meanwhile, the implementation budget plan is calculated on the field. The research is conducted by observing the work accomplished on the field, which includes the preparation work and wall?s work. The research shows the difference between the budget plan and real implementation on the field. The cost of project budget plan is Rp 13.655.643 and for the permen PUPR is Rp 12.943.589. The difference between the budget plan of permen PUPR and the one that on the project is Rp 712.055. The factors that causing the differences are wages, cost of the materials, cost of the equipment, different implementation, quantity of the material and worker coefficient

Abstract

Analysis of project time management control data, and cost control begins with the calculation of BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performanced) values, BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Performanced), SV (Shedule Variance), and SPI (Shedule Performance Index), and ECD (Estimate Completion Date). With the Concept of Earned Value During the implementation of the project from week 1 to week 31 there is no deviation between the planned project schedule and the implementation of the project, the estimated cost of completion of the project at week 31 worth IDR. 3,202,207,000.00, and the remaining funds are worth IDR. 83,793,000.00 used for jobs with 1 week remaining, which is at 32nd week worth IDR. 3,286,000,000.00, the project completion time project is in accordance with the initial plan of the project, which is 208 days

Abstract

Technology in the world of construction is growing rapidly marked by the emergence of various new innovations, both in terms of equipment, materials, and methods of implementation. One of the construction work that has new innovations is formwork work. At present various kinds of materials with better quality have started to be used for construction work, especially for formwork material for high rise building project work. This requires an analysis of the type of formwork material that will be used. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of formwork for column work in the construction of Begawan Apartment Malang Area GWT (Ground Water Tank) using pre-cast formwork is cheaper or 4% smaller than the use of conventional formwork material. For the total cost of column formwork using pre-printed Rp. 5.687.529,50, using conventional formwork in the amount of Rp.27.316.805,67 and the difference in both of them in the amount of Rp.22.629.276,17. From the analysis of observations of conventional and preprinted formwork time, it can be seen that conventional formwork time has 18 days while conventional formwork work has 12 days.
