Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of thunkable appbased learning materials in learning in the digital age. The results of the research using the literature review method show that learning aids based on the “thunkable” application have an influence on learning in the digital age, and are used effectively as learning aids in schools for students. Based on the literature review conducted, this thunkable app, in addition to its effective use in learning, the development process is also considered easy, straightforward, and can be carried out by anyone, especially educators. This further reinforces the idea that learning media based on the thunkable application can be an alternative learning medium used by teachers to support their learning. Keyword: Thunkable, Learning, Digital Era Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah media pembelajaran berbasis thunkable efektifpada pembelajaran era digital. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan metode studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis thunkable memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembelajaran era digital dan apakah penggunaannya efektif bagi peserta didik di sekolah. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilaksanakan, aplikasi thunkable ini selain efektif penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran, proses pengembangannya juga dikatakan mudah, sederhana, dan dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang khususnya bagi pendidik. Hal ini semakin memperkuat bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis thunkable merupakan alternatif yang cukup efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru di sekolah sebagai alat penunjang pembelajaran. Abstract

The learning process of Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) in elementary schools still faced several challenges, such as monotonous learning activities, the suboptimal use of active learning models, and the limited use of interactive learning media. These conditions affected students’ motivation and learning outcomes. Therefore, this training program aimed to improve teachers’ understanding and skills in implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model assisted by interactive media in IPAS learning at the elementary school level. The activity was conducted in Pesawaran Regency and involved principals, teachers, researchers, and students. The method used a participatory and educational approach based on digital technology, which included educational webinars, CTL implementation training, workshops on developing interactive media, teaching practice mentoring, the establishment of a learning community, and activity evaluation. The results showed an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in designing and implementing IPAS learning so that it became more contextual and interactive. In addition, the program produced learning tools that could be used in the teaching and learning process. Thus, the training on the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by interactive media was able to improve the quality of IPAS learning through increased student motivation and learning outcomes in elementary schools.
