The purpose of this research is to know the difference of mean of mathematics learning result of student applying NHT type cooperative learning model with mean of student learning result of mathematics applying direct learning model. This research uses quasi experimental research method. The population is all of class VIII SMP Negeri Besar in academic year 2016/2017. Sample technique used cluster random sampling technique. The number of samples that follow this research is 108 students. The data were analyzed using nonparametric statistic, Mann Whitney U-test with normal curve approach, because the sample was from non-distributed population. The result of this research are: 1) There is difference of mean of mathematics learning result of student applying cooperative learning model type NHT with mean result of student learning of mathematics applying direct learning model, 2) Average result of student learning of mathematics applying model NHT type cooperative learning is better than the average mathematics learning outcomes of students applying direct learning models.Keywords : NHT, nonparametric statistic, Mann Whitney U-test, learning outcomes

The purpose of this research is to develop a learning tool. It is a physics module REACT based which can facilitate heterogeneity of student learning styles in class. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D) with four stages 4-D, namely define, design, develop, and disseminated. The results showed that the learning module developed was valid with good categories in the material component and very good in the media component. The application of the developed learning module was effective to improve student learning outcomes in the moderate category. The distribution of the module got a very good response from physics teachers. Thus the learning device developed is feasible to use.

Gaya Baru Senior High School is one of the educational institutions in Lampung which is a less favorite institution in the area is precisely located in the district of Seputih Surabaya Central Lampung Regency. Gaya Baru Senior High School has already had a website but not many known. This Senior High School is also no information system through mobile web to promote the institution. Nevertheless, in its development, students or community want to find information about the school can be directly through the mobile web application. So in its development requires fast service. From research that conducted in Gaya Baru High School, existence of new mobile web application system will facilitate student or society of that area, especially in subdistrict Seputih Surabaya district Central Lampung, and present information about the info about situation in high school of new style it can be accessed directly through the mobile web media.

Memasuki tahun 2000, koperasi di Indonesia didominasi oleh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Koperasi simpan pinjam adalah koperasi yang memiliki usaha tunggal yaitu menampung simpanan anggota dan melayani peminjaman. Manfaat ekonomi masa depan yang terwujud dalam aset adalah potensi dari aset tersebut untuk memberikan sumbangan, baik langsung maupun tidak terhadap aliran kas dan setara kepada entitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel yang mempengaruhi perkembangan aset koperasi simpan pinjam di Indonesia sejak tahun 2012-2015 dengan menggunakan Analisis Komponen Utama (AKU). AKU merupakan salah satu teknik untuk menganalisis data berdimensi besar [1].

In multivariate statistics, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) for a data matrix containing outliers does not provide data that can be analyzed optimally. This study aims to overcome outlier data using the Robust Singular Value Decomposition (RSVD) method and compare it with the SVD method. The analysis using the RSVD method includes several steps, namely determining the initial predictive value of the vector u and regressing it then normalizing the estimator vector β and carrying out the iteration process until convergent results are obtained. The results of this study indicate that the RSVD for dealing with minor outliers data is not influenced by initial estimates. The RSVD method is strongly influenced by the large amount of outliers data, the more extreme outliers data, the more iterations are.

Panel data modelling in the field of econometrics applies two main approaches, namely fixed effect estimators and random effects. The application of the Hausman and Taylor estimator to real data is used to test for fixed effects or random effects based on the idea that the set of estimated coefficients obtained from the fixed effect estimates is taken as a group. A good estimator is an estimator that is as close as possible to represent the characteristics of the population. The characteristics of a good estimator include unbiasedness, efficiency, and consistency. The purpose of this study is to identify the properties of the Hausman and Taylor estimator in the linear model of panel data. Based on the analysis using panel data, it is found that the Hausman and Taylor estimator on the random effects panel data is an estimator that is consistent and efficient even though it is not unbiased.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of the Sanitation and Landscaping Service staff of Pesawaran District. Variable measurements using a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Cleaning and Gardening Office of Pesawaran District. Analysis using statistics and the results of the questionnaire statement are valid and reliable. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a population of 114 samples. Then the normality test and path analysis were carried out. The path analysis results prove that the motivation and discipline variables simultaneously which directly affect the performance of the Sanitation and Landscaping Department of Pesawaran District are 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Motivation that directly affects the performance of the Sanitation and Landscaping Service Office of Pesawaran District is 39.2% and the discipline directly affects the performance of the Sanitation and Landscaping Service Office of Pesawaran District by 41.1%..

Kemudahan berbisnis melalui pemanfaatan media sosial mendorong penulis dan tim untuk mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pengusaha home industry kerajinan semen di Desa Keputran, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. Salah satu potensi perkembangan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pemasaran adalah media sosial yang dapat menembus batas jarak, ruang, dan waktu. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat bagi para pengusaha dalam memasarkan produk yang akhirnya memberikan dampak bertambahnya mitra, pesanan, dan juga pendapatan. Dengan bertambahnya pendapatan maka kegiatan usaha terus berputar dengan siklus yang normal bahkan mengalami trend yang semakin meningkat. Hasil akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah bertambahnya taraf hidup pengusaha dan juga warga di sekitar Desa Keputran, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. Online Marketing Training for Home Industry Cement Crafts in Pekon Keputran, Pringsewu Regency Abstract The ease of doing business through social media encourages writers and the team to hold service activities in the form of mentoring and training for the cement craft home industry in Keputran Village, Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. One of the potential developments in technology that can be used as a marketing medium is social media that can penetrate the boundaries of distance, space, and time. This training aims to provide benefits for entrepreneurs in marketing products. With the increase in income, business activities continue to rotate with a normal cycle and even experience an increasing trend. The final result to be achieved is increasing the standard of living of entrepreneurs and also residents around Keputran Village, Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung.

Pemerintah Desa sebagai bentuk pemerintahan yang terendah dan langsung bersinggungan dengan masyarakat, dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik sesuai kehendak masyarakatnya. Aparat Desa diharapkan mampu bekerja dengan cepat, efektif dan efisien agar masyarakat terlayani dengan baik. Hal ini perlu ditunjang dengan kemampuan sumber daya manusia agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Pada kenyataannya, masih banyak Aparat Desa yang kurang mengerti tentang pengoperasian komputer, padahal dalam pelaksanaan tugas di Pemerintahan Desa sekarang ini telah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Oleh sebeb itu, kami mengadakan pelatihan dasar komputer yaitu berupa pelatihan microsoft office kepada Aparatur Desa. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukaratu Kecamatan Pagelaran pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2019. Pelaksana kegiatan adalah tim penulis dibantu oleh Dosen STMIK Pringsewu. Pelatihan yang kami berikan langsung diterapkan oleh peserta. Alasan kami mengadakan pelatihan ini yaitu agar dapat membantu mempermudah urusan-urusan kantor atau surat menyurat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, diperoleh manfaat berupa peningkatan kemampuan administrasi Aparat Desa yang sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas administrasi desa sehingga dapat meningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan estimasi data interval-tersensor dengan distribusi binomial. Penelitian ini mengestimasi parameter pada distribusi binomial interval-tersensor menggunakan metode maximum likelihood estimation dan menunjukkan sifat-sifat estimator pada distribusi binomial interval-tersensor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa estimator statistik yang cukup dan bersifat simetris.
