Abstract

Education and training participants are an image where a person has changes after attending the training itself. This can be pursued with the abilities managed by the teacher according to their field of competence, because the teacher's task is not only about thinking about how the material is delivered, but also how the material provided can be influence the productivity of training participants. The objectives of this research are three things, 1) knowing the participants' expectations, 2) knowing the encouragement and motivation, and 3) knowing the performance and learning patterns of the training participants. This research uses the library research method, the primary source comes from a study of the existence of educational training participants, while the secondary data source comes from the same study or is related to this research, whether in the form of books, journals, articles, theses and other literature. . The results of this research are that: 1) the expectations of training participants can be grouped into three, namely expectations, values ​​and relationships. 2) The participants' encouragement and motivation are divided into three, namely the desire to know/learn, the need to learn and the desire for future goals. 3) Changes in participants' performance can be seen from three things, namely response, change and results.

Abstract

In education to make schools more advanced and developed every year, a school work plan (RKS) is needed. The RKS is prepared to determine school actions within a period of 4 years by taking into account the availability of the school, both from documents, descriptions, visions and missions of the school to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set. Strategies that can be applied by the principal in preparing the RKS are: effective communication with TPS, becoming a resource person or facilitator, conducting monitoring and evaluation, implementing alternative methods such as FGD, Workshop, Delphi and so on. The results of this paper are: the development of a school work plan or RKS through the role of the principal can be done by continuously compiling, directing, guiding teachers and staff so that the quality of education in schools can advance and develop in the next 4 years. and is in a national standard position. The steps taken are preparation, preparation, ratification or approval of the RKS.

Abstract

Facing the competition of institutions in increasing the number of new students is certainly a challenge for institutions. The strategy carried out by SMK Al-Ikhsan is to manage its public relations management. The purpose of this study is to reveal the role and strategy of public relations management at SMK Al-Ikhsan Sampang to increase the number of new students. The method used in this research uses a field-based curriculum approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of public relations is to create excellent programs including industrial cooperation, entrepreneurship programs, and scholarship and award programs. The public relations management strategies carried out include maintaining effective communication and building a positive image, institutions involving parents and the community, conducting promotions, holding events and activities, providing scholarships to outstanding students and finding scholarship information for those who want to continue to college. The conclusion of this study shows that the strategies carried out to increase the number of new students are considered effective as seen from the number of student statistics per year that have increased.

Abstract

In carrying out educational and training activities, needs analysis is the first step that must be carried out by education or training providers, this is because the needs analysis stage is very supportive of the success of the training program to be implemented, training that does not begin with this process makes it difficult for organizers to know what only what is needed by participants and will not be able to predict the success of the program that will be implemented. The aim of this research is to examine the basic concept of needs analysis which in this case is divided into three study focuses, namely: 1) the meaning of needs assessment and training, the benefits of a needs analysis process, and 3) methods and techniques of needs analysis, both from needs assessment, design, materials, and evaluation. The method used in research is the library method, where all forms of data are obtained from literature that is appropriate to the research topic. The primary data source in this research is a study of needs analysis, while secondary data sources are obtained from books, journals, articles and other relevant literature. The data analysis stage in this research uses the condensation stage, data presentation and verification. The results of the research show that 1) This Needs Assessment has the steps of delineating (describing), obtaining (obtaining), and applying (applying) data to obtain certainty about each need. 2) The benefits of needs analysis can be a benchmark and benchmark in making decisions, it can be a view of each activity, time and budget, it can be a solution to existing problems. 3) the needs analysis method can go through several stages such as identifying gaps, developing performance, identifying participants, creating a series of programs to be implemented and estimating costs
