Abstract

Background. The increasing integration of blockchain technology into legal frameworks necessitates a critical re-evaluation of how evidence and legal validity are conceptualized within decentralized justice systems. Traditional jurisprudence relies on centralized authority for the authentication and admissibility of evidence. However, blockchain’s immutable and decentralized nature offers new paradigms for trust, transparency, and verification—raising both opportunities and challenges in adapting current legal norms. Purpose. This study aims to explore the legal implications of blockchain-based evidence, focusing on the reformulation of evidentiary and procedural standards in decentralized environments. Method. Using a qualitative juridical-normative method, this research analyzes comparative case studies, statutory instruments, and international best practices in blockchain jurisprudence. Results. The results demonstrate a significant gap in current legal structures regarding the recognition and standardization of digital ledger evidence. Key challenges include the absence of uniform protocols, jurisdictional discrepancies, and the epistemological shift required in legal reasoning. Conclusion. This study concludes that a comprehensive legal framework is imperative to ensure the legitimacy and enforceability of blockchain-generated evidence. Reformulating evidentiary norms aligned with decentralized principles is not only necessary but urgent to uphold justice in emerging digital ecosystems.

Abstract

The digitalization of financial literacy is a crucial foundation for strengthening the resilience and economic sustainability of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly in the dynamic and competitive food and beverage industry. This study aims to analyze the role of creative communication strategies, brand personality, and digital marketing engagement in encouraging the optimization of interactive social media and the utilization of user-generated content as instruments for improving MSME financial literacy. Using quantitative methods and a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on SmartPLS software, this study involved 150 MSMEs in the food and beverage sector across Indonesia. The results show that creative communication strategies and brand personality have a significant influence on digital marketing engagement, which in turn encourages social media use and consumer participation in producing educational content. These findings confirm that the digitalization of financial literacy through digital platforms not only improves financial understanding but also strengthens MSME businesses position in a sustainable digital economy ecosystem. This study provides strategic implications for MSMEs, policymakers, and other stakeholders in developing social media-based financial literacy models relevant to the characteristics of the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

This study examines how digital branding on Instagram and TikTok, digital pro- motion, and product quality shape customer engagement and purchase intention in the packaging sector, using nuansa box indonesia Indonesia as the focal case. Gap research predominantly explores fashion, cosmetics, and F&B industries, leaving limited evidence on B2B/B2C packaging where products are often per- ceived as merely functional. We provide an in-depth case of a packaging brand and model the mediating role of customer engagement between digital strat- egy (branding, promotion) and purchase intention, estimated via PLS-SEM. The measurement model is robust (all loadings > 0.70; AVE > 0.50; Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability > 0.70). The structural model shows substan- tial explanatory power for purchase intention (R2 = 0.748). Product Quality is the strongest driver of Purchase Intention (β = 0.401), while Customer Engage- ment positively influences Purchase Intention (β = 0.288) and is significantly driven by Digital Branding (β = 0.489) and Digital Promotion (β = 0.375). The direct path from Digital Promotion to Purchase Intention is not significant (p = 0.060). Results indicate that compelling digital branding cultivates en- gagement that converts to purchase intention, but promotion alone is insufficient without strong product fundamentals. Managerially, firms should prioritize con- sistent, aesthetic branding to build engagement, leverage targeted promotions to activate trials, and sustain investment in product excellence as the ultimate lever of conversion and loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid industrial transformation driven by digitalization has highlighted the significance of vocational education in equipping students with relevant digital competencies. This study aims to explore how innovations in curriculum and technology-based learning can effectively develop digital skills among vocational education students, in line with the evolving demands of the modern workforce. Utilizing a qualitative case study method, the research was conducted in three vocational high schools in Indonesia, with data collected through interviews with educators, classroom observations, and analysis of the implemented curriculum documents. The primary focus of the study is to identify curriculum elements and pedagogical strategies that integrate digital literacy, automation, and Industry 4.0 tools into the learning process. The findings indicate that the implementation of modular digital content, project based learning, and blended learning platforms significantly enhances student engagement and competencies in digital areas such as data analysis, cloud computing, and digital collaboration. Additionally, institutional support, teachers digital readiness, and partnerships with industry are key factors in the sustainable integration of technology in vocational education. In conclusion, this research emphasizes that systematic curriculum reform, supported by strategic utilization of educational technology, not only improves digital skill mastery but also fosters adaptive attitudes and lifelong learning, thereby preparing vocational students to face a dynamic and technology-driven job market in the future.

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the challenges faced by the logistics and supply chain industry in optimizing the process of planning shipping routes and managing operational costs. The application of quantum computing technology offers the potential to solve complex problems that are difficult to solve with conventional methods. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of quantum computing in logistics and supply chain optimization by reducing delivery time and operational costs. This research method involves the use of secondary data from three major logistics companies and the application of quantum computing-based optimization algorithms to analyze their influence on operational efficiency. The results show that the application of quantum computing can reduce average delivery time by 10% and operational costs by up to 10%, with a significant increase in customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study confirms that quantum computing technology has the potential to bring about major changes in the logistics and supply chain industry by improving efficiency and reducing operational costs. Further research is needed to develop more specific algorithms and test the application of these technologies on a larger scale.

Abstract

Purpose – Symbolic thinking is a fundamental cognitive ability that enables children to understand and use symbols, such as numbers and letters, to represent real-world concepts. This study aims to develop the Magic Cube Numbers educational tool to enhance symbolic thinking skills in children aged 4–5 years. Design/methods/approach – This research utilizes a Research and Development (R&D) approach, adopting the 4D model by Thiagarajan—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—while focusing on the Develop stage. Data were collected using expert validation sheets and teacher practicality questionnaires, with evaluations conducted by two expert validators and two practitioner teachers. Findings – The Magic Cube Numbers tool obtained a validity score of 82.14%, categorized as "very valid," and a practicality score of 93.84%, categorized as "very practical." These results demonstrate the tool’s relevance, usability, and potential to support children’s symbolic thinking development. Research implications/limitations – The findings suggest that Magic Cube Numbers is an effective medium for strengthening symbolic recognition and early numeracy. However, the study is limited by its small sample size and specific setting. Broader testing and long-term observation are recommended for generalization and sustainability. Originality/value – This study offers a novel contribution by focusing specifically on symbolic thinking—an often underrepresented aspect of early cognitive development. Through a play-based approach that integrates numerical and alphabetical symbols, Magic Cube Numbers provides practical value for educators and enriches early learning strategies rooted in cognitive development theory.
