Abstract

This research aims to analyze Shopee application user feedback using Google Colab-based information technology and a proportion distribution approach. The method used includes a Multinomial Naïve Bayes-based classification technique to categorize sentiment into positive and negative. The research results show that the model accuracy level is 90.84% ​​with an average precision for the positive and negative categories of 0.93 and 0.78 respectively. The statistical test produces a T-statistic value of 2759.50 with a p-value of 0.0, which shows significance in the difference in the distribution of positive and negative reviews.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of organizational design applied, analyze their relevance to the needs and challenges of each institution, and provide recommendations for improvements based on theory and practice. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained from scientific literature from the last 5 years (2020–2025), field studies, and previous research results relevant to organizational design, the business, government, and education sectors. The analysis was conducted by mapping influential internal and external factors, then linking them to contemporary organizational design theory. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that XL Axiata adopts a hybrid functional-divisional structure that supports operational scale and technical capabilities, but faces challenges of functional silos and cross-unit coordination in the digital era. The Secretariat General of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) applies a functional bureaucratic structure appropriate for government organizations with the need for accountability and administrative efficiency. SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta has a collaborative hierarchical structure that supports the management of Islamic values-based education and adaptation to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Waste is a common issue in daily life that requires serious attention to be managed effectively. At the Aikmel Timur Village Office, waste management plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort in the work environment. To raise awareness among all village office staff about the importance of environmental cleanliness, a different approach is needed to encourage them to dispose of waste properly and orderly. Traditional trash bins often rely on manual systems to open, which can be inconvenient, especially when both hands are occupied or the system is unhygienic. As part of an internship program, I contributed to developing an innovation in the form of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic trash bin. This innovation utilizes Arduino Uno and integrates key components such as the HC-SR04 sensor, servo motor, buzzer, and an adapter circuit. The HC-SR04 sensor detects the presence of waste intended for disposal, the servo motor serves as an automatic mechanism to open and close the bin, and the buzzer acts as an audio indicator to notify users that the system is active and ready for use. The development method began with identifying problems through a survey of workplace needs, followed by system design and implementation, as well as functional evaluation and benefit analysis. The result of this innovation is the creation of an automatic trash bin that not only facilitates waste disposal but also raises awareness about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. Through this internship activity, it is hoped that this innovation can serve as a model to be widely implemented in villages, supporting better waste management practices.
