Abstract

Based on initial observations before conducting the research, the researcher found that the lack of student interest and understanding in the learning material was due to the uninteresting learning process. This resulted in low learning outcomes for the second-grade students at SDN 5 Menteng, especially in multiplication mathematics content.The method used in this study is classroom action research. It is characterized by cycles consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 30 second-grade students at SDN 5 Menteng. Data collection techniques in this study included tests and observations. To determine the students' learning outcomes, multiple-choice questions with a maximum score of 100 were used, and data collection utilized observation sheets to gather data on teacher and student activities during the learning process.Based on the calculation of the average Pre-Test score, it was 53.3, categorized as not meeting the passing criteria, with a class completeness rate of 13.3%. The results in the first cycle showed that the average student learning outcomes increased to 72.9, meeting the passing criteria, and the class completeness rate also increased to 56.7%. In the second cycle, the average student learning outcomes further increased to 85.3, meeting the passing criteria, with a class completeness rate of 93.3%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of educational video media in multiplication mathematics content can improve learning outcomes and make the learning process better.

Abstract

Quality education requires innovation in teaching methods by utilizing technology. The challenges often relate to limited resources and the selection of learning methods to engage students and enhance their motivation to learn. As information technology evolves, the use of digital media in learning becomes increasingly relevant. However, many teachers are still not skilled in utilizing digital applications in the learning process. Therefore, training and assistance for teachers are necessary to optimize the use of Liveworksheet in developing Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). This activity aims to enhance the competencies of teachers at SDN 9 Menteng Palangka Raya. It was conducted over two meetings involving classroom teachers and subject teachers. The method used was direct instruction, with in-depth material exploration in the first meeting and practical assistance in the second meeting. After the activity was completed, a reflection session was held with the participants, indicating that they were satisfied with the training. The majority of participants expressed that they gained not only an understanding of how to utilize Liveworksheet but also improved their skills in creating more interactive and engaging LKPD. Additionally, participants reported that the material presented was highly relevant to their classroom needs and helped boost their confidence in using technology in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IIIA SDN 4 Palangka melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa akibat kurangnya semangat, kejenuhan, dan minimnya perhatian terhadap materi pelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan media pembelajaran berupa flashcard sebagai proyek yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa kelas IIIA, dengan penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11–20 Februari 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest serta dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 64 (ketuntasan 45%) pada tahap pra-siklus, menjadi 70,5 (ketuntasan 70%) pada siklus I, dan mencapai 81 (ketuntasan 90%) pada siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL dengan pendekatan CRT efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

This research is class action research (PTK). The results of this study indicate that through the Cullturally Reponsive Teaching approach assisted by Wordwall media has a positive contribution in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes. This can be seen in (1) The activity of students in learning Indonesian by applying the Cullturally Reponsive Teaching approach with the help of Wordwall media is good. (2) There is an increase in Indonesian language learning outcomes in fourth grade students of SDN 7 Panarung Palangkaraya by using Cullturally Reponsive Teaching assisted by Wordwall media. This can be seen from the results of the pre-action (Pre-test) average value of 56 with a percentage of classical completeness of 26%. Furthermore, in cycle I the average value obtained was 66 with a percentage of 76% classical completeness and in cycle II the average value obtained was 100 with 100% classical completeness.

Abstract

Harnessing Digital Technology for Contextual Learning of Local Social Issues: A Systematic Literature Review. Objectives: This study explores the use of digital technologies in enhancing contextual learning, focusing on their role in addressing local social issues. The research aims to synthesize current literature to identify trends, technological tools, pedagogical frameworks, challenges, and provide recommendations for optimizing the integration of educational technologies in locally relevant learning environments. Methods: Firstly, to use a systematic literature review (SLR) of 27 peer-reviewed studies from the Scopus database, published between 2016 and 2025. Secondly, by following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, the evaluation identifies trends in digital technologies, such as Virtual Reality (VR), mobile learning platforms, and geolocation tools, across various educational contexts. The review assessed the pedagogical approaches and the challenges faced in utilizing these technologies and their social impact. Results: The results highlight a growing use of digital technologies to address local social issues, with significant applications in environmental sustainability, cultural preservation, and healthcare. At the same time, the review reveals a direct relationship between challenges such as gaps in digital infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and the ineffective use of technology in education. These barriers hinder the full potential of digital tools, despite their effectiveness in place-based learning. The study emphasizes that their contextual relevance and cultural sensitivity heavily influence the effectiveness of digital tools. Conclusion: Digital technologies can significantly enhance contextual learning and engage students in solving local social issues. However, future research should focus on bridging the digital divide, creating culturally relevant tools, and promoting co-design processes with local communities, educators, and policymakers to maximize potential. Collaborative efforts should prioritize sustainable and adaptive digital learning solutions that are contextually grounded and technologically accessible. Keywords: digital technologies, contextual learning, educational technology, social issues, digital literacy.
