Abstract

The role of a nutritionist as a sportsman was a legal mandate listed on Law No. 3 of 2005 in Article 63 concerning the National Sports System, stated that nutritionists are one of the sports personnel. However, the implementation of the nutritionist's role in the athlete training center was still lacking. The importance of nutritionist existence ought to be assessed to explore the perception of athletes and coaches.  Qualitative approach was used to analyze focus group discussions on 15 athletes and 10 coaches located in 3 cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Malang). Results, the acceptance of the food in the training center are satisfactory even though some still eat out. More knowledge concerning nutrition, performance, and posture are obtained from in-class education, brochure, personal counselling, and small talk by the presence of nutritionists. Conclusion,  athletes and coaches perceive that nutritionists are urgently necessary for optimum nutrition support to enhance sports performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Penugasan dan Penempatan Waka Kurikulum Selaku Guru Bahasa Inggris di SMPN 28 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1)latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja; (2)cara mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin timbul dalam lingkungan pendidikan dan contoh pengalaman spesifikasi yang dapat menggambarkan kemampuan dalam mengatasi kemampuan tersebut; (3)cara mengelola kelas serta waktu dengan efektif sehingga pembelajaran dapat tercapai, dan bagaimana cara memposisikan sebagai guru bahasa Inggris juga sebagai waka kurikulum, dan memberikan contoh situasi dimana hal tersebut dapat berhasil; (4)sertifikasi atau kualifikasi khusus yang diperlukan untuk posisi yang dimana harus menduduki dua tempat sebagai guru bahasa Inggis serta waka kurikulum; (5) cara mengevaluasi efektivitas metode pengajaran atau program yang diterapkan di kelas sebagai guru bahasa Inggris maupun di lingkungan kantor sebagai waka kurikulum; (6)pengalaman kerja khusus dengan komunitas atau kelompok khusus yang terwakili di dalam sebuah lembaga; (7)pengalaman menggunakan teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan dan cara mengintegrasikan teknologi kedalam praktik pengajaran serta dukungan.

Abstract

Athletes are a group that has experienced changes, especially regarding their eating patterns and physical activities, during Covid-19. Several studies have found changes in eating patterns, particularly in the frequency and types of food consumed, among adolescent athletes during Covid-19. A study showed that changes in eating patterns during the isolation of the pandemic influenced female athletes more than males. Female athletes found challenges in fulfilling energy needs and fighting with their body image. However, their adherence and awareness to consuming healthy food are better than male athletes. Based on the background, this research aims to explore the overview of changes in eating patterns and the relations with gender among adolescent athletes in Indonesia who train at the Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) during Covid-19. This study is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The study subjects were 139 athletes from six sports groups and 25 sports branches conducted in July-August 2021. Data collection was done through online questionnaires via Google Forms consisting of questions regarding changes in eating patterns, amount of food intake, types of food consumed, methods of food preparation, quality of food consumed, and frequency of meals per day. This study obtained ethical approval with the number KE/1174/11/2021. Through data analysis using the Chi-square test, it was found that there was no statistical association between gender and changes in eating pattern variables of adolescent athletes in PPOP DKI Jakarta during Covid-19.

Abstract

This study carried out to view the effects of inflation and Human Development Index (HDI), diesel consumption, and diesel subsidies on poverty levels in Indonesia during 2006–2023. The data utilized in this study are secondary in nature. time-series data obtained from Central Statistics Agency and Ministry of Finance. The study applies multiple linear regression analysis was performed to test the classical assumptions and validate model. The results are inflation has a positive and significant effect on poverty, indicating that rising prices of goods and services reduce the purchasing power of low-income households and increase poverty levels. HDI have the positive not significant impact poverty, suggesting to signify on education, health, and living standards have not yet significantly reduced poverty during the study period. Diesel consumption stated a negative related in poverty, the impact not statistic significant, cause a change energy usage do not significantly influence poverty levels. Diesel subsidies also show have (-) but insignificant impact poverty, although they help maintain energy price stability and reduce the burden on low-income communities. Simultaneously, these four variables significantly affect Indonesia poverty, highlighting importance inflation control, Human Development Index improvement, effective diesel consumption and subsidy management as strategies for poverty reduction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of financial instruments in the form of bonds and sukuk, as well as the circulation of money in the economy, on the level regarding indonesia’s economic growth. This research utilized secondary data with an observation period of 23 years, namely the period 2002–2024. Data regarding economic growth determined by gross domestic product (GDP) is obtained from the World Bank, while information related to bonds and sukuk was derived from data provided by the financial services authority. Data on the amount of money in circulation was acquired from the Central Statistics Agency. Multiple linear regression was the analytical method used in this study to ascertain how much the independent variables affected Indonesia's economic growth. The results of the study demonstrate that bonds, sukuk, and the quantity of money in circulation all significantly and favorably affect economic growth. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that these three factors taken together have a major impact on boosting national economic growth. Increases in the value of bonds, sukuk, and money in circulation can boost economic activity and bolster Indonesia's economic growth, according to this criterion.
