Abstract

The abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances has become increasingly widespread in Indonesia. These two dangerous substances can damage the morals of the younger generation, which is why the Indonesian government enacted Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances. With the implementation of this regulation, it is expected that illegal drug use will be reduced. The form of research we used is qualitative, by collecting data from various sources and conducting. The results of our study show that illegal narcotics use in Central Java remains relatively high, especially in the city of Semarang. This is due to factors such as free social interaction and the influence of Western culture. This issue needs to be addressed by the authorities, such as the Central Java National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and the Central Java Regional Police. Our research also found several cases of narcotics abuse in Magelang. The government and law enforcement officials must strengthen rehabilitative approaches for drug users so that they are not solely subjected to criminal penalties, but are also given sanctions through medical and social rehabilitation processes.

Abstract

Dalam komunitas Muslim, poligami merupakan isu yang kompleks dan sensitif, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan perkembangan sosial dan modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktik poligami dari perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum Indonesia, serta mengkaji stigma sosial yang dihadapi oleh perempuan dan tanggapan generasi Muslim terhadap praktik tersebut. Islam menjunjung tinggi poligami dengan syarat keadilan, sementara hukum Indonesia, seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, memerangi pelaksanaannya melalui prosedur yang ketat. Dari perspektif sosial, politik sering kali memperkuat stereotip negatif tentang perempuan dan ketidakadilan gender. Penelitian ini juga meneliti generasi milenial Muslim yang semakin kritis dan melek terhadap norma dan nilai gender. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis melalui tinjauan literatur dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara norma agama, hukum nasional, dan perubahan sosial dalam poligami di era modern. Perlu adanya pendekatan holistik dan kontekstual agar peraturan dan praktik poligami sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, which requires teachers' readiness in cognitive, attitude, and behavioral aspects. The purpose of this study is to analyze teachers' understanding of the curriculum concept, practices in designing learning tools, implementation of formative and summative assessments, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors at SDN 08 Palembang. A qualitative descriptive research design was used with semi-structured interview instruments. The population consisted of seven teachers, who were selected as a total sample. Thematic data analysis techniques were applied through data familiarization, coding, theme determination, and interpretation. The results indicate that teachers have high enthusiasm and implement differentiated learning and creative assessments; however, technical understanding of ATP (Annual Teaching Plan) and assessment rubrics still varies. Supporting factors include the principal’s support, independent PMM training, and MGMP collaboration, while challenges involve limited internet access, administrative burdens, and training materials that are not contextual. The conclusion emphasizes the need for field mentoring, improvement of teachers' digital literacy, adaptation of training materials based on local context, and formal recognition to maintain motivation.
