Berdasarkan kegiatan terdapat 93,2% orang terkena anemia, program penanganan anemia sebesar 95%, sebagian besar pendidikan berada pada tingkat SMP sebesar 40,9%, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia sebesar 23,4. Dengan adanya pengetahuan yang meningkat di harapkan terdapat perubahan prilaku pada kesehatan terutama pada konsumsi tablet Fe dan pola makan yang baik

Introduction: Pregnancy is a physiological process experienced by every woman of reproductive age, but it still carries the risk of complications. Danger signs in pregnancy are symptoms that indicate the possibility of serious complications, such as preeclampsia, antepartum hemorrhage, infection, or fetal growth problems. Objective: The purpose of this community service activity is to create a safe and healthy pregnancy and increase the knowledge of pregnant women and their families so that pregnant women and their families understand the danger signs during pregnancy. Method: The implementation of this community service activity began with several stages, starting with a lecture and continuing through a discussion and question-and-answer session. The first stage involved an opening and introduction, conveying the purpose of the outreach. The material was presented using simple language and visuals (posters/leaflets). The final stage focused on strengthening the outreach and emphasizing the importance of recognizing danger signs early and seeking immediate medical attention if they appear. Result: The results of the implementation of counseling activities on danger signs in pregnancy showed that pregnant women understood and increased their knowledge and were able to explain the meaning and signs of danger in pregnancy, pregnancy risk factors, dangers that can occur and preventing and anticipating dangers in pregnancy. Conclusion: The community service program, implemented in collaboration with the team, has successfully increased the understanding of pregnant women and their families regarding danger signs during pregnancy. Pregnant women can recognize important symptoms such as bleeding, excessive swelling, severe headaches, decreased fetal movement, high fever, and severe abdominal pain as conditions requiring immediate medical attention.

Abstract

Pregnancy is an important period that requires attention and support, both from health workers and the immediate environment, especially the husband. Optimal husband support can affect the behavior of pregnant women in conducting regular pregnancy checks. The survey found that there was still a lack of regularity for pregnant women in conducting Antenatal examinations during pregnancy.  Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support with the regularity of pregnancy checks in the work area of Ambacang Health Center Year 2024. Methods: this type of research is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of the study was all pregnant women who conducted pregnancy screening in the region, with a sample of 75 people selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted by structured questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-Square test. Results: the results showed that most of the respondents had the support of their husbands in the good category (68%) and most pregnant women had regular pregnancy checks (72%). The results of statistical tests showed a significant relationship between husband's support with the regularity of pregnancy checks (p < 0.05). Implications: the implications of this study indicate the importance of increasing the role of the husband in supporting pregnancy through family education and counseling programs in the community. Conclusion: the better the husband's support, the higher the regularity of pregnant women in conducting pregnancy checks at the Ambacang Health Center.

Abstract

Background: Chronic energy deficiency (CED) is one of the nutritional problems often faced by pregnant women, especially in developing countries. CED can have serious impacts on maternal and fetal health, including the risk of complications during pregnancy, premature birth and stunted fetal growth. CED is a condition where a person suffers from chronic food shortages characterized by an upper arm circumference (MUAC) <23.5 cm, resulting in health problems. Objective: To determine the relationship between nutritional behavior and dietary patterns with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women in the working area of Sendana II Health Center in 2025. Method: The type of research used in this study is a cross-sectional study, and uses the Slovin formula to determine the minimum sample size. Results: Based on the Chi-square analysis , it shows that nutritional behavior and eating patterns each show a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05) and p = 0.000 (p <0.005), meaning that there is a relationship between nutritional behavior and eating patterns and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women at the Sendana II Community Health Center in 2025. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional behavior and eating patterns and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (CED) in the work area of the Sendana II Community Health Center in 2025 .
