Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Imam Syuhodo menjadi perhatian karena masih ditemukan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mempertahankan semangat belajar. Beberapa faktor yang diduga memengaruhi rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa antara lain kurangnya kesadaran diri dalam mengelola waktu dan tanggung jawab belajar, kestabilan emosi yang berpengaruh terhadap fokus akademik, serta lingkungan belajar yang belum sepenuhnya kondusif. Kepribadian siswa, terutama dalam hal kesadaran diri dan kestabilan emosi, memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan bagaimana mereka menghadapi tantangan akademik. Selain itu, lingkungan belajar, baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah, dapat memengaruhi motivasi siswa mencapai hasil akademik yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran diri, kestabilan emosi, serta lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Imam Syuhodo. Metode pada kajian ini yakni survei kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data dengan angket yang melibatkan 200 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran diri, kestabilan emosi, dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa faktor internal, seperti kesadaran diri dan kestabilan emosi, serta faktor eksternal, seperti lingkungan belajar, sangat memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karenanya, temuan kajian ini mendeskripsikan pentingnya pengembangan kedua faktor tersebut dan menyarankan agar lebih banyak perhatian diberikan pada aspek-aspek tersebut untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam proses belajar dan pencapaian akademik mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to determine effective student management in increasing school competitiveness at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura. This research is qualitative research that uses the phenomenology approach. Various data collection techniques were used such as direct interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the research show that the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura applies student management to increase the school's competitiveness through the scope of student management, namely accepting new students, organizing classes, student orientation period, service development, school organization, student and graduate assessment. There are obstacles faced in the form of the difficulty of changing the mindset of students' parents in viewing private schools. So the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs is trying to socialize PPDB and design innovative and creative student programs so that it can display a good image of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application and utilization of digital technology in the pesantren Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta located in Bokoharjo, Sleman, DIY. The study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted by interviewing the head of the Islamic boarding school caregiver as well as educators at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta. Data analysis is presented descriptively. The results showed that the Muhammadiyah Boarding School yogyakrta has completed the digitization of learning in keeping up with the times in order to remain dynamic, and continue to exist. SBM Islamic boarding schools have strong policies and commitments in efforts to develop and utilize digitalization., Islamic boarding school caregivers believe that although pesantren are synonymous with religious nuances and the Quran, human resources in it must be aware and literate of technological developments. This effort is supported by adequate facilities in the classroom, each of which has a projector as one of the learning media. This study concluded that although the implementation of digital technology has not been fully implemented at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta, several parties have felt the benefits, including caregivers, educators and guardians, which are more practical and time-saving. The pesantren also continues to strive so that the digitization system can help on all fronts, on the other hand, the pesantren in planning and implementation must be carefully prepared so that everything runs optimally.
