Abstract

Literary works are created from the thoughts of human beings, and most of the storylines are like the life in the world, both the real world and the fantasy world. Literary works contain the author's ideas related to the nature and values of life. This study aims to describe the values of humanism contained in the novel Tanah Bangsawan by Filiananur. This novel tells the story of a nobleman who comes from Nederland and he lives in Indonesia, but he does not distinguish between his people and the indigenous people. Humanism is a school that humanizes humans without exception. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that is descriptive. In this research, the author uses data collection techniques by reading and recording, then the researcher analyzes and describes sentences containing humanism values in the novel. The results showed that there are humanism values in the novel Tanah Bangsawan by Filiananur, namely respecting other people's opinions, cooperation, willing to sacrifice, caring for others, helping, and finally the value of solidarity. ABSTRAK Karya sastra tercipta dari buah pikiran manusia yang kebanyakan alur ceritanya seperti kehidupan yang ada di dunia baik dunia nyata maupun dunia fantasi. Karya sastra berisi ide pengarang yang berkaitan dengan hakikat serta nilai-nilai kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai humanisme yang terdapat pada novel Tanah Bangsawan karya Filiananur. Novel ini menceritakan tentang seorang bangsawan yang berasal dari Nederland dan Ia tinggal di Indonesia, namun Ia tidak membedakan antara bangsanya dengan warga pribumi. Humanisme adalah suatu aliran yang memanusiakan manusia tanpa terkecuali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskrptif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan baca dan catat selanjutnya peneliti menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kalimat yang mengandung nilai-nilai humanisme dalam novel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai humanisme dalam novel Tanah Bangsawan karya Filiananur yaitu menghargai pendapat orang lain, kerja sama. rela berkorban, peduli terhadap orang lain, tolong-menolong, dan yang terakhir nilai solidaritas.

Abstract

BIPA learning in the current era requires an approach that is not only oriented in mastering the structure but also in understanding culture and communication contexts. One of the main challenges in BIPA learning is the limitation of teaching media that is able to integrate linguistic and cultural elements simultaneously. This study aims to examine the role and potential of humor caricatures as an intercultural learning medium in the context of BIPA. The focus of the study is directed at the contribution of humor caricatures in supporting the development of communicative competence, cultural sensitivity, and pragmatic understanding of foreign learners. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are in the form of scientific articles, books, and research reports relevant to the topics of caricature, visual humor, multimodality, and intercultural language learning published in the period 2014–2024. The data was analyzed descriptive-interpretively through the stages of thematic grouping, concept interpretation, and synthesis of previous research findings. The results of the study show that humor caricatures have a function more than just an entertainment medium. Caricatures are able to represent social values, cultural criticism, and local symbols that help BIPA learners understand the context of Indonesian use more fully. In addition, the use of humor caricatures has been proven to increase intercultural sensitivity, critical thinking skills, and visual literacy of learners. The conclusion of this study confirms that humor caricatures are worthy of being developed as an innovative learning medium in BIPA because they are able to bridge language and culture contextually. The integration of this media has the potential to create more reflective, communicative, and meaningful learning

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the types of psychogenic disorders experienced by King Aloy in the YouTube video titled “Aloy Gak Mood Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy Sembah Aloy Supaya Mau Syuting” (Aloy is not in the mood, Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy begs Aloy to film). The method used was qualitative with data collection techniques of observation and note-taking, namely by observing King Aloy's conversations and body movements throughout the video. Based on the results of the analysis, five types of psychogenic tics were found, namely echolalia, echopraxia, coprolalia, autoecolalia, and automatic obedience. The symptom of echolalia was evident when King Aloy repeated words spoken by others, such as “best moment.” Echopraxia appeared when he imitated Desta's bowing gesture. Coprolalia was evident in his spontaneous exclamation of ‘goblok’ (stupid) when he was surprised. Autoecholalia was seen when he repeated his own words, such as “lah, lah” and “padel, padel.” Meanwhile, automatic obedience is seen when he raises his eyebrows or imitates the “Opa Gangnam Style” movement after being commanded or provoked verbally. The results of the study show that King Aloy's echolalia behavior often experiences psychogenic echolalia, namely autoecolalia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis-jenis gangguan psikogenik latah yang dialami oleh King Aloy dalam tayangan YouTube Vindes berjudul “Aloy Gak Mood Vincent Desta Hesti Enzy Sembah Aloy Supaya Mau Syuting”. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data simak dan catat, yaitu dengan menyimak percakapan dan gerak tubuh King Aloy selama video berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan lima jenis gangguan psikogenik latah, yaitu Ekolalia, Ekopraksia, koprolalia, autoEkolalia, dan automatic obedience. Gejala Ekolalia tampak ketika King Aloy mengulang kata yang diucapkan orang lain, seperti “best moment”. Ekopraksia muncul saat ia menirukan gerakan Desta yang membungkuk. Koprolalia tampak dari ucapan spontan “goblok” ketika terkejut. AutoEkolalia terlihat ketika ia mengulang kata-katanya sendiri seperti “lah, lah” dan “padel, padel”. Sedangkan automatic obedience terlihat ketika ia menaikkan alis atau menirukan gerakan “Opa Gangnam Style” setelah diperintah atau dipancing secara verbal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku latah King Aloy sering mengalami gangguan psikogenik lata yaitu autoEkolalia.
