Abstract

Aktivitas atau proses menawarkan barang atau jasa kepada orang lain dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan uang atau imbalan lainnya merupakan kegiatan menjual. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UNM mengenai proses penjualan produk di PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia. Metode penyampaian informasi yang digunakan adalah dengan menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa dengan teori dan praktik di perusahaan melalui kegiatan company visit/kunjungan perusahaan. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil terkait pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai proses penjualan produk yang menunjukkan bahwa proses penjualan produk yang optimal berjalan pada perusahaan yaitu beriklan atau promosi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dapat menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait proses penjualan produk pada sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya serta mendapat ide-ide baru dan inovasi dalam mewujudkan karakter mahasiswa yang berjiwa kewirausahaan Kata Kunci: Company Visit, Pengetahuan, Proses Penjualan Produk

Abstract

Knowledge and expertise are some of the factors that affect employee performance, to achieve company goals, employees must be able to meet these performance standards. Every company has a different way so that its employees can have the knowledge and skills needed to support the process of achieving company goals. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of education and training on employee performance at PT. Julia Multimedia Nusantara Makassar, partially or simultaneously.. This research is quantitative using multiple linear regression method, with the help of SPSS 25 software. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Data retrieval using a saturated sample technique because the population is less than 100, then all members of the population are used as samples, totaling 35 employees. The results showed that partially the education variable had no effect on employee performance, on the contrary the test results for the training variable showed that partially there was a significant effect on performance. While the education and training variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a strong correlation level.

Abstract

: This study aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at Samsat UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan. The research is grounded in the growing need to improve public service quality, which is strongly shaped by employees’ psychological conditions and perceptions of their work. A total of 83 employees participated as respondents, selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indicated by a t-value of 3.348 and a significance level of 0.001. This demonstrates that differences in employee abilities, personality traits, experiences, and work orientation substantially contribute to their job satisfaction. Additionally, job characteristics show a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 2.667 and a significance level of 0.010, indicating that task variety, autonomy, feedback, and job significance play an important role in enhancing satisfaction. Collectively, both variables contribute 43.2% to the variation in job satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of person–job fit–based human resource management and improvements in job design to build a more productive, harmonious, and high-performing work environment within public service organizations.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of Mudharabah financing on profitability at PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. The main purpose of this study is to determine how far Mudharabah financing contributes to increasing the bank’s profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the relationship between variables more objectively. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch from April to May 2023. The sample in this study consisted of 45 respondents who were selected based on the required criteria to represent the research population. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain both primary and secondary data. The analysis techniques applied include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that the indicators used for each variable demonstrate that the level of Mudharabah financing falls into the very good category, indicating effective financing management. Likewise, the profitability level of PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch is also in the very good category, reflecting optimal financial performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the influence between the two variables is categorized as strong or high. Therefore, it can be concluded that the influence of Mudharabah financing on profitability at PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch is very strong and significant.
