Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujun untuk memberikan pelatihan enterpreneurship dalam bentuk simulasi praktik perancangan bisnis yang dapat membentuk karakter wirausaha bagi masyarakat kecamatan Makassar Kota Makassar, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi enterpreneurship sebagai pondasi awal untuk membentuk jika dan karakter wirausaha yang mandiri. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi langsung dan dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta Tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang cara menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha. Demonstrasi digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung mengenai proses simulasi dalam membentuk motivasi berwirausaha. Tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh kedua metode di atas. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen program studi Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum UNM yang bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah kecamatan Makassar Kota Makassar sebagai subyek sasaran. Hasil pelatihan dalam rangka menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneurship masyarakat kecamatan Makassar Kota Makassar dapat dinayatakan sangat berhasil. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari: 1) antusias masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan yang mencapai jumlah peserta sesuai dengan target yaitu 50 orang, 2) hasil pelatihan dinyatakan sangat baik sesuai dengan analisis rubrik penilaian kinerja kelompok peserta, 3) peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan, terdapat 34 orang yang sudah memiliki rancangan bisnis awal yang dinlai cukup baik sesuai analisis market. Kata kunci: Enterpreneurship, Motivasi

Abstract

Study This aim For know impact from knowledge consumer in taking decision purchase product friendly Tupperware environment in Makassar City. Type research used  is study qualitative descriptive that can help researcher with explain the realities on the ground. Data collection techniques in the form of Observation , Interview and Documentation . Data analysis techniques in the form of stage First data reduction process that focuses on selecting , simplifying , abstracting and transforming raw data from notes field . Stage second is presentation of data, ie drafting information become possible statement withdrawal conclusions , and the third stage is drawing conclusions based on data reduction and presentation. Research results show that knowledge consumer give impact positive in taking decision purchase product friendly Tupperware environment in Makassar City. it can seen from knowledge product , knowledge purchasing and knowledge usage which is part from knowledge consumers who have partially owned  big informants/  consumers . With own knowledge consumers , understanding , and confidence consumer about marketed Tupperware products , then will affect behavior consumer in buy so that consumer will take decision related purchase product with buy desired Tupperware product . . Keywords : Knowledge , Consumers , Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

 The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and understanding of Anthropology Education Study Program students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law about scientific article writing training. It is hoped that this PKM will help students of the Anthropology Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law in writing scientific articles. The service activity consists of three stages. The first is preparation, which includes preparing training materials and materials, field observations, and determining the training location. The second stage is the preparation of proposals and research implementation. The third stage is writing scientific articles. Participants must be able to compile scientific articles properly and precisely, which shows that this activity is successful.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa di era ini, diyakini keharusan dalam memilki keterampilan 4C (Critical Thingking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication). Dewasa ini banyak remaja yang kurang percaya diri dalam melakukan komunikasi didepan umum. Tantangan dalam public speaking adalah mampu menegndalikan rasa takut dan menyampaikan informasi dengan percaya diri, mampu menyusun topik, materi dan gagasan, serta membuat pendengar dapat mengingat dan melakukan perubahan atas gagasan yang diterimanya. Program pelatihan public speaking ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan berbicara di muka umum. Pelatihan public speaking juga menjadikan individu berpikir terbuka, kritis dan berempati pada lingkungan sekitarnya. Metode penelitiam yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan obeservasi pada lingkungan sekitarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Setelah pelatihan para siswa meningkat rasa percaya diri, motivasi dan keterampilan public speaking. Hal ini dikarenakan pola pikiri yang berubah setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan upaya mempersiapkan diri dalm public speaking.

Abstract

Qualitative Research. The subject of this research is Makassar City, looking at ethnicity and integration in the multicultural society ofMakassar City. The aim of this study to analyze the relationship between ethnicity and integration in a multicultural society whileanalyzing the impact of integration on harmony and stability in the context of a multi-ethnic society. This research can help understandthe dynamics and interactions between ethnic groups in this city and their impact on identity formation and integration as well as provide insight to the community to better understand ethnic diversity and strengthen community involvement in building an inclusive and sustainable society. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi e-Government di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Bone, dengan fokus pada aspek komunikasi, sumber daya manusia, dan sumber daya finansial. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan berbagai pejabat di Disdukcapil, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-Government telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dalam memfasilitasi layanan administrasi kependudukan seperti pembuatan KTP elektronik, akta kelahiran, dan akta kematian. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan masih ada, khususnya dalam aspek komunikasi baik internal maupun eksternal, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang menangani layanan berbasis teknologi. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan teknik analisis digunakan model interaktif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Aspek pertama yang dianalisis adalah komunikasi eksternal antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Meskipun Disdukcapil telah melakukan upaya sosialisasi melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi, masih terdapat hambatan dalam adopsi e-Government di kalangan masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan dan di kalangan generasi yang lebih tua. Hal ini terkait dengan kurangnya pemahaman dan rasa nyaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi baru. Dari sisi komunikasi internal, meskipun pegawai di Disdukcapil sudah memiliki kemampuan dasar untuk mengoperasikan sistem, tidak ada pelatihan formal yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM, sehingga berpotensi menghambat pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam penggunaan teknologi. Aspek kedua yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah sumber daya manusia. Meskipun Disdukcapil memiliki pegawai yang menangani layanan berbasis elektronik, pengembangan SDM secara formal belum dilakukan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan untuk menyediakan pelatihan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan pengetahuan pegawai dalam mengelola sistem digital.  Di sisi lain, dari segi sumber daya finansial, Disdukcapil telah mengalokasikan anggaran sekitar yang tergolong cukup besar dari anggaran pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung implementasi e-Government. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait keberlanjutan pembiayaan dan pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi masih perlu diperhatikan, mengingat kebutuhan akan sistem yang lebih canggih dan aman.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase awareness of SD Inpres students at the Unhas Makassar Campus on the dangers of bullying and provide education in preventing it. This activity was carried out on May 22, 2024, involving 60 students and 10 teachers. The activity was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the preparation stage, educational materials, including simulation videos, were prepared with legal speakers who emphasized the legal aspects of bullying. The implementation stage included interactive discussions and questions and answers, as well as simulations to help students understand various forms of bullying. The results of the community service activity showed that the socialization had created a safer atmosphere in schools and fostered students' sense of social responsibility. It is recommended that schools continue this effort with the integration of anti-bullying into the curriculum and support from external parties, such as parents, to strengthen positive values ??at home. With the collaboration of all parties, this socialization is expected to be the basis for the formation of a safe and intimidation-free school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence promotion has on the interest of visiting domestic tourists in Bantimurung Natural Tourism Destinations, Maros Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study was 99 tourists. Data obtained from research results that were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of validity and reliability tests. Descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the promotion variable (X) consisting of advertising, sales personal, sales promotion, and public relations indicators, and on the visiting interest variable (Y) consisting of indicators of interest, preferences, and information search had a positive and significant influence. This is evidenced from the results of a simple linear regression analysis and a correlation coefficient test of 0.865 which means that the relationship between promotion and visiting interest is in a very strong category. And the coefficient of determination test (R2) was obtained by 0.748 which means that the influence of promotion on visiting interest in the Bantimurung Natural tourist destination of Maros Regency obtained a value of 74.8%, while the remaining 25.2% was influenced by other factors. Keywords: Promotion, Visiting Interest

Abstract

This community service activity takes the form of socialization, education and counseling targeting inmates at the Class IIB Takalar Prison. This community service aims to provide knowledge and understanding to residents of the Class IIB Takalar Prison regarding the use of digital marketing. The location of this service was carried out at the Class IIB Takalar Prison. The method used is to give a lecture in the first session, then the second session is a discussion with questions and answers, then the last session is an evaluation. The evaluation results obtained were by brain color tests from 20 prison inmates. The evaluation results showed that 7 people met the criteria for the yellow brain type, 2 people met the criteria for the blue brain type, 4 people met the criteria for the green brain type, and 7 people met the criteria for the orange brain type. This test shows the personality type related to entrepreneurial character based on thought patterns and ways of acting. By knowing the multi-faceted nature of personality, it allows people to accept, respect and appreciate others more easily. The result of this service activity is to increase the understanding of the inmates of Class IIB Takalar Prison regarding the use of digital marketing so that they can produce output and master digital marketing.

Abstract

Product sales are one of the indicators in the marketing management process where in a competitive economic era like today, business processes will not succeed if the company is not able to implement the right marketing management process. This research aims to be able to find out more deeply related to product sales analysis in the marketing management process at PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach that can help researchers by explaining the realities in the field. Data collection techniques are in the form of observations, interviews, field notes and documentation. Data analysis techniques are in the form of data collection with interpretation, data condensation, data display (data presentation), and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that product sales consist of creating, selling, advertising/promotion, distributing and serving in a marketing management process at PT. Ajinomo Indonesia is done in various ways. PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia carries out the stage of creating/designing products in sales analysis, one of which is through planning and scheduling production, also starting with the process of sorting raw materials after which it enters the production stage and after the finished product, the product must go through a process of checking the feasibility of consumption. PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia carries out the stage of selling its products in conventional ways and through e-commerce. PT Ajinomoto Indonesia uses non-personal forms of advertising including advertising in print, television, radio, and digital/social media. Sales promotion at PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia is carried out by providing short-term incentives to encourage consumers to try or buy and sustainability principles. Delivery products carried out by PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia Mojokerto Factory is divided into two, namely domestic and export. PT Ajinomoto Indonesia offers a variety of product sales services that aim to meet consumer needs and increase customer satisfaction. Some aspects of the sales services provided include product support, customer service, marketing/promotion, ease of purchase, training or education, and also product innovation.
