Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the extent of knowledge about nutrition in the mother Toddler Malnutrition. The method used is descriptive analytic method with cross-sectional approach. Based on the results of samples taken from the entire population of 70 mothers who have children malnutrition obtained mostly low nutritional knowledge of as many as 42 (60%) and that have a high knowledge of 28 (40%). The test results are statistically significant relationship between the level of education, maternal employment status, and income families with a mother's knowledge. And there is no significant relationship between age and number of children with a mother's knowledge.

Abstract

Hipertensi dalam kehamilan merupakan kondisi medis yang sering terjadi selama kehamilan dan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi pada 2-3 kehamilan, morbiditas/nyeri ibu termasuk kejang eklampsia, hemoragi otak, gagal ginjal akut, dan pembekuan darah pada pembuluh darah serta morbiditas janin (termasuk keterlambatan pertumbuhan janin dalam kandungan, kematian janin dalam kandungan). Salah satu cara untuk mencegah preeklampsia adalah dengan mengonsumsi dark chocolate. Cokelat hitam merupakan cokelat yang memiliki banyak efek kardiovaskular karena mengandung flavonoid dan teobromin yang tinggi. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh konsumsi dark chocolate terhadap tekanan darah ibu hamil trimester III dalam mencegah terjadinya pre-eklampsia dengan metode penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasy Eksperimental dengan desain pre-test post-test without control. Jumlah sampel adalah 53 ibu hamil. Analisis univariat menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji T independen 1 sampel. Hasil penelitian. Setelah dilakukan intervensi didapatkan p-value tekanan darah sistolik 0,000 (p<0,05) dan p-value tekanan darah diastolik 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya ada perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik. Konsumsi coklat hitam (Dark chocolate) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil trimester III.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting is around 27.67% (2019 Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Status Survey), a problem in health development. Presidential Decree no.18 of 2020 RPJMN 2020 – 2024. 4th pont strategy, improving the quality of children, women and youth. Preventing stunting can be done in this cycle. is about FE supplementation for teenagers, in Banten province children with stunting conditions there are 8.7% Lebak district 5.03% in 2022, in PKM Kalanganyar 1.55% with adherence to drinking Fe among Rematri (Adolescent Girls) is still low for those in home aged 12 – 18 years. In Sangiangtanjung Village Solution, determining targets for 50 Rematri families, licensing, coordination between Kesbangpol, health service, community health center, village. Resource persons, activity schedule, results obtained pre and post education. Family Knowledge of Giving Fe to Rematri has an increase in the minimum and maximum scores from 1 – 8 to 6 – 10, almost all (96.0%) there is an increase in knowledge scores, the p value = 0.000 (p < α) is considered significant. The minimum and maximum Hb values ​​increased after administration of Fe tablets from 10.4 – 13.5mg% to 11.0 – 13.8mg%. This means giving Fe tablets for 4 weeks at a dose of 1 x 1 tablet 60 mg once every 1 week. The activity is in synergy with the community health center program with the monthly activity of providing Rematri Fe, which is a nutrition program at the Community Health Center.

Abstract

Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is a potential disease of Extraordinary Events (KLB) which is often accompanied by death with CFR from 2010-2017 still quite high (>1%). One of the preventions of diarrheal disease is to maintain personal hygiene by washing hands, but it was found that only about 15% of pre-school age children washed their hands with soap before and before. This community service aims to improve the skills of children under five about effective hand washing. This community service was divided into 2 meetings with the target children under five at the Posyandu Kampung Malabar, Cibadak, Lebak. At the first meeting, counseling and stimulation of effective hand washing were given. The second meeting was to evaluate how to wash hands effectively. As many as 85% of children under five can practice effective hand washing on their own without assistance. This shows an increase in skills and is statistically proven that the intervention provided can improve skills. This service activity is effective in improving the skills of children under five who previously were still many who could do effective hand washing.
