Abstract

ABSTRAKPerjanjian bagi hasil yang dilakukan oleh nelayan dan pemilik bagang di Kelurahan Wandoka menimbulkan beberapa persoalan yang menjadi bagian dari syarat, rukun serta pelaksanaan kerjasama. Misalnya, apabila terdapat kerugian, nelayan juga turut menanggung kerugian tersebut, bahkan nelayan yang baru ikut melautpun akan dianggap telah berutang dari kerugian sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi sistem bagi hasil nelayan dan pemilik bagang dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kelurahan Wandoka Kabupaten Wakatobi prespektif Ekonomi Syariah. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu penelitian yang data maupun informasinya bersumber dari lapangan yang digali secara intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bagi hasil antara nelayan dan pemilik bagang di Kelurahan Wandoka, Kabupaten Wakatobi, merupakan praktik yang sudah berlangsung secara turun-temurun dan menjadi bagian penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat pesisir. Dalam praktiknya, sistem bagi hasil ini umumnya menggunakan pola 2:1, di mana 1 bagian hasil tangkapan diberikan kepada nelayan dan 2 kepada pemilik bagang. Kemudian, pendapatan keluarga di kelurahan wandoka meningkat dan dapat menyekolahkan anak mereka hingga perguruan tinggi dan sumber pendapatanutamanya adalah bagi hasil dari bagang. Selain itu, sistem bagi hasil yang diterapkan oleh pemilik bagang dan nelayan sudah sesuai prinsip ekonomi syariah akrena tidak ada unsur penipuan dan sudah disepakati diawal secara bersama-sama.ABSTRACTThe profit-sharing agreement made by fishermen and bagang owners in Wandoka Village raises several issues that are part of the terms, conditions and implementation of cooperation. For example, if there is a loss, fishermen also bear the loss, even fishermen who have just joined the sea will be considered to have owed from the previous loss. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the implementation of the profit sharing system of fishermen and bagang owners in increasing family income in Wandoka Village, Wakatobi Regency in the perspective of Sharia Economics. The type of research is field research, namely research whose data and information are sourced from the field that is dug intensively. The results showed that the profit-sharing system between fishermen and bagang owners in Wandoka Village, Wakatobi Regency, is a practice that has been going on for generations and is an important part of the coastal community's economy. In practice, this profit-sharing system generally uses a 2:1 pattern, where 1 part of the catch is given to the fisherman and 2 to the bagang owner. Then, the income of families in the wandoka village increased and could send their children to college and the main source of income was profit sharing from bagang. In addition, the profit-sharing system applied by bagang owners and fishermen is in accordance with sharia economic principles because there is no element of fraud and has been agreed upon at the beginning together

Abstract

One of the processed fish that is very popular among culinary enthusiasts is pempek. This preparation is made by grinding fish meat and adding a certain amount of flour to form a dough that can be formed in various types, such as submarine pempek, adaan, lenjer and several other forms. The purpose of community service activities (PKM) is to provide guidance for the Bau-Bau community members in producing various variants of pempek as food products for families and for culinary-based souvenirs or entrepreneurial products. Pempek is a value added product from Andeande fish that have low economic value. The activities were attended by small entrepreneurs who were registered with the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) agency. The results of this activity showed the success of the participants in producing several types of pempek, namely black pempek from squid blood, pempek green kelor leaves, pempek shrimp, pempek filled with rebon and several other variants.Pempek;  Bau-bau;  UKM;  culinary;  value added product

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui Strategi rumah makan cahaya minang dalam menarik minat konsumen di Kabupaten Wakatobi (2) Untuk mengetahui persaingan usaha rumah makan Cahaya Minang di kabupaten Wakatobi (3) Untuk mengetahui strategi usaha rumah makan cahaya minang dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha di kabupaten Wakatobi Menurut Ekonomi Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode (field research) yaitu penelitian yang berlangsung berhubungan dengan obyek yang diteliti. Dalam hal ini analisa data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif kulitatif, yaitu analisa yang menggambarkan keadaan amu status fenomena dengan kata-kata atau kalimat, kemudian dipssahkan menurut kategorinya untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh Rumah Makan Cahaya Minang meliputi strategi (marketing mix) pelayanan, produk, harga, dan promosi. Strategi pelayanan dilakukan dengan mengutamakan keramahan, ketepatan penyajian makanan, dan kenyamanan tempat. Strategi produk difokuskan pada keaslian cita rasa Minang dan konsistensi kualitas makanan. Strategi harga disesuaikan dengan daya beli masyarakat lokal dan wisatawan tanpa mengurangi kualitas. Strategi promosi dilakukan secara sederhana, seperti promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan penggunaan media sosial. Rumah Makan Cahaya Minang menerapkan strategi pelayanan yang baik, menjaga kualitas rasa makanan, harga yang terjangkau, dan lokasi yang strategis untuk menarik konsumen. Dalam menghadapi persaingan, rumah makan ini tetap menjaga etika bisnis sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Ekonomi Syariah, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies employed by street vendors at Lakota Beach, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency, analyze their income, and understand the application of income-increasing strategies based on Sharia Economic principles. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving both primary and secondary data sources at the research site. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by street vendors at Lakota Beach are considered effective, as evidenced by their ability to maintain product quality, set fair prices, carry out targeted promotions, choose strategic locations, and provide excellent service. These factors create significant opportunities for vendors to survive and thrive amid intense business competition. In addition, the vendors’ income has increased significantly due to good management practices, the use of technology for promotion, and their willingness to seize opportunities such as fulfilling large-scale orders. From the perspective of Sharia Economics, the income-boosting strategies adopted by the street vendors also prioritize principles such as honesty in transactions, maintaining product quality and halal standards, showing friendliness and patience, and building customer loyalty. These principles serve as key factors in the vendors’ success in growing their businesses and achieving sustainable income growth.
