Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran media sosial dalam membentuk sikap moderasi beragama di kalangan remaja Desa Tunggak Cerme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman remaja terkait penggunaan media sosial dan pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan keagamaan remaja Desa Tunggak Cerme. Fokus penelitian terletak pada tiga rumusan masalah utama: bagaimana media sosial memengaruhi pola pikir dan perilaku remaja, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan media sosial dalam konteks keagamaan, serta dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap kehidupan keagamaan remaja.  Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan media sosial dalam konteks keagamaan, termasuk lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan, dan preferensi platform media sosial yang digunakan. Untuk mengoptimalkan peran media sosial sebagai alat penyebaran nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, diperlukan pendekatan yang holistik, termasuk pendidikan literasi digital, pengawasan orang tua, dan penguatan pemahaman keagamaan. Dengan demikian, media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana yang efektif untuk membentuk pola pikir remaja yang lebih inklusif dan moderat dalam kehidupan beragama

Abstract

The problem of low fiqh prayer learning outcomes at MTs. Riyadlus Sholihin encourages the need for innovation in learning methods. The discussion method was chosen as an approach to improve students' understanding of fiqh prayer material. This activity aims to improve student learning outcomes while fostering critical thinking and collaboration skills. The method used in this activity involves initial identification of problems through observation and interviews, implementation of discussion-based learning, and evaluation using learning outcomes tests and observation of student participation. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the discussion method. In addition, students showed active participation and a deeper understanding of the fiqh prayer material. The conclusion of this activity is that the discussion method is proven effective in improving fiqh prayer learning outcomes, especially at MTs. Riyadlus Sholihin. The recommendation from this activity is the application of similar methods in other materials or subjects to support the improvement of the quality of learning in schools

Abstract

Some factors that can help improve student achievement in learning include teacher professionalism as well as motivation to memorize the Koran. The Qur'an is considered the main guideline in Islam, so every member of the Muslims is obliged to read the Qur'an attentively, in accordance with the rules of tajwid science. The background of this study is due to lack of Qur'anic reading skills in Muhammadiyah primary school students in Pendil Village, Gending Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to evaluate two main aspects. First, to assess the factual condition of Qur'anic reading skills in Muhammadiyah 2 Pendil primary school students. Second, to observe the application of simai method as a strategy to improve Qur'anic reading skills in Muhammadiyah 2 Pendil primary school students. Third, to examine the impact of the use of simai method in improving Qur'anic reading skills in Muhammadiyah 2 Pendil primary school students. In this study, it used Class Action Research (PTK). Based on the findings of the study, it was revealed that there was an increase in Qur'anic reading literacy in students when applying the Sima'i Method from Pre cycle to cycle I and final evaluation. During the cycle, the average literacy of students reading the Qur'an reaches 70%, still in the low category. However, in the first cycle, there was an increase in student achievement with the average reaching 80% for the full type. The subjects of this study were Qur'anic teachers and students of Muhammadiyah 2 Pendil Elementary School. The interview method is used to record conversations or answers from informants whether from Quranic teachers, coordinators, students or principals
