The research method uses a literature review, which focuses mainly on the analysis of various library sources. The results of the review found that group counseling has indeed been proven to be able to develop students' self-confidence. There are various techniques that can be applied in group counseling sessions to support the development of students' self-confidence, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Self-Instruction, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Group Discussion, Cognitive Restructuring, Self Talk, Cinema Therapy, Experiential Learning, and the Client Centered approach. The application of these techniques in group counseling sessions is believed to be able to help students in forming and strengthening their self-confidence.

Abstract

Many high school students still do not understand what their interests and talents are, so this has an impact on low learning motivation and lack of enthusiasm in following the learning process. In fact, learning motivation is one of the important factors that determine the success of education, and understanding interests and talents can be the key to increasing students' enthusiasm and learning achievement. This study aims to examine the relationship between interests and talents and learning motivation through a literature review approach to 20 relevant scientific journal articles. Previous research is used as the main source in examining the phenomenon being discussed, so that a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding can be obtained. The results of the analysis show that students who recognize their potential tend to be more active, enthusiastic, and achieve better learning outcomes, while lack of attention to individual potential can actually reduce learning enthusiasm. From these findings, it can be concluded that the role of teachers, schools, and families is very important in helping students recognize and develop their interests and talents. With the right support, students' learning motivation can be improved sustainably. The results of this study are expected to be practical input for educators and parents in designing a more personal learning approach that is in accordance with the potential of each student.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze promiscuous sexual behavior among adolescents as a manifestation of problematic behavior through a literature review approach. The method used was a literature review with a descriptive-analytical design, analyzing 20 national scientific articles published between 2007 and 2024. The analysis process was conducted systematically through the stages of identifying relevant sources, classifying themes, extracting important data, and synthesizing findings to build a comprehensive conceptual framework. The study results were then grouped into four main aspects: internal factors, external factors, impacts, and prevention strategies. The study results indicate that promiscuous sexual behavior among adolescents is influenced by internal factors such as knowledge, attitudes, and moral reasoning, as well as external factors such as family environment, peers, social media, and lack of parental supervision. The resulting impacts are multidimensional, encompassing health (sexually transmitted infections and unplanned pregnancies), psychological (anxiety, guilt), and social (stigma and educational disruption). Effective prevention efforts involve comprehensive sex education, active family involvement, and collaboration between schools and the community.
