Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kinerja karyawan, kendala yang dihadapi, serta upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan di PT Putra Saluyu Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara terhadap lima informan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan secara umum cukup baik. Pada aspek kualitas dan kuantitas kerja, sebagian besar karyawan dapat menyelesaikan tugas sesuai target, meskipun masih ditemukan perbedaan kemampuan teknis. Ketepatan waktu masih menjadi kendala, terutama pada tenaga harian lepas. Efektivitas kerja cukup baik, tetapi koordinasi antar bagian perlu ditingkatkan. Sebagian besar karyawan menunjukkan komitmen yang baik terhadap tugas, namun ada pula yang hanya bekerja atas dasar perintah tanpa inisiatif. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan melalui pelatihan teknis, sistem mentoring, evaluasi berkala, dan penegakan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan manajemen kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research focuses on examining employee work discipline at PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang, particularly in relation to punctuality and adherence to workplace rules. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through interviews and direct observations involving five selected informants. Findings reveal that the company has adopted measures such as an online attendance system, direct oversight, and a structured system of sanctions to strengthen employee discipline. While enforcement of rules regarding working hours and official attire has commenced, certain adjustments remain necessary, especially for employees working in the field. Although there are technical challenges like limited attendance system access for field staff and less-than-optimal application of rewards and penalties the overall employee discipline level is viewed as relatively good. This is evident in the company’s consistent efforts to uphold regulations and foster a responsible, disciplined work environment.

Abstract

PT Putra Saluyu is a company engaged in construction services, namely formwork. In every company, of course, good Human Resource Management is needed, including PT Putra Saluyu, one of the important parts of Human Resource Management is Work Productivity. Therefore, this research aims to find out how employee work productivity and the obstacles faced and efforts made to increase employee work productivity. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with employee work productivity as the research theme. The research data was collected through interviews. The informants of this research are employees of PT Putra Saluyu. The research data was analyzed qualitatively using data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that employee work productivity was good. Then the efforts to improve employee work productivity are providing training, giving awards to outstanding employees, maintaining applicable regulations and coordination between employees and with external parties of the company.

Abstract

Location is very important in increasing sales volume and increasing the success of the company. This study aims to find out how much the location affects the sales volume of Bumi Kenanga Asri II Housing in PT. Sangkuriang Medal Pratama. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research methods used are descriptive and verifiable. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a sample population of 49 people because it used saturated samples. The analysis methods used were normality tests, simple linear analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficients, and hypotheses using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that location had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions by 61.0% while the remaining 39.0% were influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of distribution channels, the challenges faced, and the efforts made to overcome these challenges at PT Alamsari Kedelai Agro Sumedang. The research uses a qualitative method involving observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation techniques. The study focuses on four main considerations: product, market, company, and environment. Data analysis is descriptive, supported by relevant theories, and emphasizes both the process and information related to the research object. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with eight informants.The results show that the company applies a direct distribution channel for the local industrial market, utilizing its own fleet, a zoned delivery system, and cash-based sales. Distribution is concentrated in Sumedang, with expansion into other areas of West Java. The products offered are high-quality imported soybeans with brands tailored to consumer needs. Although prices are not always lower than competitors', consumers continue to choose the product due to its consistent quality.Initial capital challenges were resolved through sound financial management and responsive leadership. The company is also able to adjust prices in response to economic fluctuations, supported by adequate distribution facilities. Despite being relatively effective, the distribution system still faces obstacles such as delivery delays and price competition. Continuous improvement is necessary to maintain customer satisfaction

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan suatu perusahaan baik perusahaan daerah maupun perusahaan luar kota dibutuhkan karyawan, karena karyawan merupakan pelopor terpenting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Namun hakikatnya setiap orang harus bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, sehingga perusahaan wajib memberikan upah yang layak kepada karyawannya, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kompensasi tenaga kerja yang diterima karyawan PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompensasi apa saja yang diberikan, batasan-batasan kompensasi, dan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi batasan-batasan kompensasi tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kompensasi yang diberikan PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang meliputi kompensasi finansial dan non finansial,namun masih terdapat kendala dalam transparansi kompensasi mengenai kebijakan insentif dan bonus. Dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut PDAM Tirta Medal melakukan evalusi mengenai kebijakan pemberian bonus dan insetif secara tranparan dan keterbukaa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan karyawan terhadap perusahaa.Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat menjadi acuan bagi PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang dalam meningkatkan pemberian kompensasi karyawan guna memberikan motivasi dan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan
