Abstract

Articles This research is based on a problem, namely there is a problem in the performance of employees of PT Bank BTPN Tbk KCP Sumedang. This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishments on employee performance at PT Bank BTPN Tbk KCP Sumedang. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method by sampling using the saturated sampling method where all populations were used as samples, namely as many as 30 employees of PT Bank BTPN Tbk KCP Sumedang. In this study, the researcher used a research instrument, namely a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, datermination coefficient test, and hypothesis test (partial t test and simultaneous F test). The results of the study showed that rewards had a significant positive effect and punishment had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank BTPN Tbk KCP Sumedang. The magnitude of the Adjusted R Square value in the reward and punishmnet variables affecting employee performance is 46,8%.

Abstract

A digital marketing strategy is a strategy that uses online marketing in its marketing activities or promotion of a brand or product which is certainly very profitable because it can attract consumers and potential consumers quickly. This research analyzes the focus of implementation. obstacles, and how to overcome digital marketing obstacles at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Sumedang Branch Office. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of digital marketing at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Sumedang Branch Office. The approach method used in this research is the qualitative research method. The sampling technique was carried out using a proportional sampling technique, the informants were the marketing and business unit leaders of Bank BNI KC Sumedang, 2 priority customers and 13 regular customers. The data validity test is a triangulation technique. Digital Marketing at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Sumedang Branch Office includes Websites (Static Websites & Dynamic Websites), Search Engines or search engines (SEO&SEM), Social Media Marketing (Entertainment, Interaction, Trendness, Customization, Advertisement), Mobile Marketing (Quality information, security, customer relations, responsiveness, fulfillment), and Online Advertising (Pop Up & Floathing Ads). The results of Digital Marketing research carried out at Bank BNI KC Sumedang show that the implementation of digital marketing at Bank BNI, especially Bank BNI KC Sumedang, has been carried out well from the website aspect to online advertising. Bank BNI KC Sumedang is expected to reach more remote areas in Sumedang so that Bank BNI can reach customers more widely.

Abstract

The footwear industry in Indonesia has developed very rapidly and is characterized by many companies that produce quality sandals. The research focus of this thesis is how the quality of products at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang This study aims to determine the quality of products at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang and to find out the obstacles and solutions to product quality at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a purposive sampling technique with informants totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques from this study through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. In analyzing the data that has been obtained using the Miles and Huberman model through stages, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that product quality at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang is classified as good and in accordance with conditions in the field, but there are still indicators that need to be improved in order to meet consumer expectations more optimally regarding product quality at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang.

Abstract

Location is very important in increasing sales volume and increasing the success of the company. This study aims to find out how much the location affects the sales volume of Bumi Kenanga Asri II Housing in PT. Sangkuriang Medal Pratama. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research methods used are descriptive and verifiable. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a sample population of 49 people because it used saturated samples. The analysis methods used were normality tests, simple linear analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficients, and hypotheses using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that location had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions by 61.0% while the remaining 39.0% were influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

The promotion mix is used to find out how the promotion process is carried out to achieve the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the promotion mix in Sarvara Coffee and Dejue Coffee in facing obstacles in implementing the promotion mix. The method used is qualitative with purposive sampling technique. With 18 informants. The results of the study show that Café Sarvara Coffee and Dejue Coffee Sumedang implement a promotion mix using advertising, sales promotion, word of mouth, personal selling, public relations and direct marketing. The conclusion of this study is that Café Sarvara Coffee Sumedang must expand the reach of promotions carried out by utilizing more creative and interactive promotion techniques and Dejue Coffee must increase the effectiveness of its promotion mix.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of promotions on sales at Erafone Store Sumedang. The research uses a descriptive method with a sample size of 97 respondents. The data source used is secondary data in the form of sales reports from the last three years, 2020-2023. The results of the study show that the implementation of promotions carried out by Erafone is very good, falling into the "strongly agree" category with a score of 6.348, and the implementation of sales carried out by Erafone is also very good, falling into the "strongly agree" category with a score of 6.452. The data analysis techniques used include simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that promotions have a positive and significant effect on sales at Erafone Store Sumedang, with a correlation coefficient of 0.575 or 57.5%. The result of the determination coefficient is 0.331 or 33.1%. The results of the t-test show that t calculated 6.850 > t_table 1.98525, indicating that promotions have a positive effect on sales.

Abstract

An organization's expansion and improvement are inextricably bound up with its physical setting. Put another way, the company's productivity is only one indicator of how the work environment impacts the business. The key to a company's success or failure is its productivity, hence measuring it is crucial. North Sumedang Tirta Medal Water Company has also suffered a drop in output, which is attributable, in part, to staff carelessness but also to factors like an unpleasant workplace and inadequate illumination. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the extent to which the working conditions of the Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Medal, North Sumedang personnel affect their output on the job. Approach Quantitative methodologies were used in this investigation. The data is presented in this paper. This follows the rules of quantitative research, which use data collection, processing, and interpretation in statistical hypothesis testing to explain the connection between variables. This research found that for n = 28 (df=26), the t-value is 3.032, with a p-value of 0.05. The results show that the X-variable (Work Environment) influences the Y-variable (Work Productivity) according to these standards (tcount ttable = 3.032, 2.05553).

Abstract

Drug distribution is an important aspect in the health industry, because it plays a role in ensuring the availability of safe, quality, and timely drugs to the public. This study aims to evaluate the drug distribution system at PT Kinarya Mitra Sejahtera Sumedang, and to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of distribution operations carried out. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and documentation study techniques. The results of the study indicate that the company has implemented the principles of Good Drug Distribution Practices (CDOB) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), but there are obstacles in recording drug inventory due to the unavailability of a batch code system. This has an impact on delays in the recording process and potential delays in delivery. The effectiveness and efficiency of distribution are greatly influenced by human resource (HR) management, where skilled and trained workers are able to improve performance and compliance with regulations. Therefore, the implementation of a batch code system is an important priority in order to increase work productivity and optimize distribution services. This study recommends the development of an integrated information system and HR training to support the success of drug distribution as a whole
