Abstract

The role of humans in preserving and managing the environment is very large and covers various aspects of life, including natural resource management, biodiversity protection, application of environmentally friendly technology, and public awareness to protect nature. All these actions are not only important for human survival, but also for the life of all creatures on earth. By integrating the principles of sustainability into everyday life, humans can help keep the earth sustainable for future generations .

Abstract

In essence, Islam teaches to treat women in a good way . However, it cannot be denied that there are several factors that cause domestic violence. This type of research uses the sharia juridical approach method. This approach is defined as an approach that leads to the question of whether or not something can be used according to Islamic law . The data used in compiling this research is using references from journals, books and other articles related to the topic discussed. Domestic violence is an act that is not permitted to occur in building a household. Whatever form of domestic violence there is, a husband must not do anything that could hurt his wife.

Abstract

Philosophy can be interpreted as love or a tendency towards wisdom. The philosophy of Islamic law is a philosophical study of the nature of Islamic law, the source of the origin of Islamic law and the principles of its application as well as the function and benefits of Islamic law for the lives of the people who implement it. The urgency of the philosophy of Islamic law is to make philosophy an approach in exploring the nature, sources and objectives of Islamic law. Positioning the philosophy of Islamic law as one of the important fields of study in understanding the sources of Islamic law which come from revelation and the results of ijtihad of scholars. The philosophy of Islamic law has an important role in the development of Ijtihad.

Abstract

Kajian tentang pendidikan Islam di India dari hasil penelitan yang telah dilakukan menggunakan kajian literatur, maka hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan; Pertama, Islam masuk ke India diperkirakan pada abad ke-7 melalui jalur perdagangan. Kedua, Perkembangan Islam di India dapat dilihat dalam empat tahapan: pertama, masa sebelum kerajaan Mughal (705-1526): kedua, masa kekuasaan Kerajaan Mughal (1526- 1858); ketiga, masa kekuasaan Inggris (1858- 1947); tahap keempat, Islam pada negara India sekular (1947 sampai sekarang). Perkembangan Islam di India semakin maju pesat dan berkembang setelah dipelopori oleh Sayyid Ahmad Khan. Dan kemudian diteruskan oleh pemimpin dan pemilik kebijakan pemerintahan di India, dengan mendirikan sekolah-sekolah Islam.
