This research uses a quantitative approach with the Simple Random Sampling technique, involving 97 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires designed on a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS 25 for validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, as well as t-test and F-test. The results show that price and place variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product and promotion variables do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, the four independent variables (product, price, promotion, and place) significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzes community perceptions of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Waiheru Village, RT 014/RW 004. The program has been a critical instrument in the government's efforts to reduce poverty in Indonesia through conditional cash transfers to improve access to education, health, and social welfare. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with PKH beneficiaries. The findings reveal that most community members have positive perceptions of PKH, particularly regarding support for education and healthcare. Many beneficiaries stated that their assistance helps them meet their children's educational needs and access healthcare services. However, challenges still need to be addressed in the program's implementation, such as delays in fund disbursement and inaccurate targeting of aid recipients, which are areas that require improvement. In conclusion, while PKH has significantly improved the welfare of low-income families, further enhancements in distribution accuracy and fund disbursement efficiency are necessary to maximize the program's impact.

Additionally, hypothesis testing yielded a t-value of 3.976 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that work discipline significantly contributes to performance improvement. The R² value of 0.668 indicates that 66.8% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work discipline, while other factors influence the rest. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions and facilities on visitor satisfaction at Black Stone Beach, Liang Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 50 beach visitors and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the variables of tourist attraction and facilities significantly affect visitor satisfaction. The F-test produced an F value of 91.723 with a significance of 0.000, indicating that both independent variables simultaneously affect visitor satisfaction. The t-test results show that the significance values for tourist attraction and facilities are 0.008 and 0.000, respectively, both smaller than 0.05, meaning that both variables significantly influence visitor satisfaction. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed, while the heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests reveal no significant issues with the regression model. Practically, the management of Black Stone Beach is advised to improve the quality of tourist attractions and facilities to enhance visitor satisfaction and encourage an increase in tourist numbers. This finding is expected to provide insights for the management of tourist destinations in further development and contribute to the tourism sector in Maluku Province.

The data analysis technique employed is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that the total revenue of rice farmers amounts to Rp. 312,500,000, with total production costs reaching Rp. 112,464,201, resulting in a net income of Rp. 200,035,799. To increase their income, farmers are encouraged to optimise production efficiency by reducing unnecessary expenses. Additionally, diversification of agricultural activities and the adoption of modern agricultural technology can enhance productivity and farmers' welfare. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is essential in providing production facilities and technical assistance for farmers.
