Abstract

Remaja yang aktif secara fisik membutuhkan pemahaman gizi yang baik untuk mendukung performa, pemulihan, dan pertumbuhan tubuh secara optimal. Namun, literasi gizi di kalangan siswa masih rendah dan penyuluhan yang dilakukan umumnya masih bersifat konvensional serta kurang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi olahraga melalui pendekatan digital berbasis media edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei kebutuhan, penyusunan media digital (e-booklet, video pendek, dan infografis), webinar interaktif, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa, dengan rata-rata skor naik sebesar 26,5 poin. Siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap media digital yang digunakan. Kesimpulannya, edukasi gizi olahraga berbasis digital terbukti efektif dan relevan dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi remaja yang aktif di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The success or failure of a company's efforts in achieving its predetermined goals will largely be determined by the ability of the leader. Every organization must have and need a top leader or top manager who must carry out leadership and management activities for the entire organization as a whole. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the importance of the role of top management team in company digital transformation. The research used in this analysis uses theoretical research that will explain the role of top management team in company digital transformation. To support the exploration and development of theories, concepts, and arguments supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that the top management team has a crucial role in the company's digital transformation. The top management team is responsible for providing direction, support, and resources needed to achieve digital transformation goals.

Abstract

This case study analyzed employee work productivity through the influence of communication, work culture, and work motivation factors. The study involved 43 employees at the Kuala District Office in Bireuen Regency, using descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires, and analysis using a multiple regression model. The results showed: 1) There were direct and indirect positive contributions from communication factors on employee work productivity of 23.71%, work culture factors of 23.26%, and work motivation factors of 25.23%. 2) Simultaneously, communication, work culture, and work motivation contributed 57.0% to employee work productivity.

Abstract

Increasing the attraction of new students is one of the main challenges for universities in Indonesia, especially in the face of rapid development of digital technology. For this reason, universities need to utilize the right digital marketing strategy to attract the attention of prospective students. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategies on attracting new students at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey as a data collection instrument. The analysis technique used is linear regression to measure the relationship between digital marketing factors, namely social media, websites, and digital advertising to attract new students. The results showed that digital marketing strategies, especially through social media, have a significant influence on prospective students' decisions to choose UNIKI. Therefore, it is recommended that UNIKI optimize the use of digital platforms in order to introduce study programs and increase interaction with prospective students.
