Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan locus of control terhadap niat karyawan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan (turnover intention) pada CV. Alam Jaya (Toko Subur Union) di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, melibatkan seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 42 karyawan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Untuk memastikan kualitas instrumen, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, sementara pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F). Selain itu, koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel bebas berkontribusi terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap turnover intention; kedua, locus of control berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap turnover intention; dan ketiga, secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Namun, tingkat kontribusi kedua variabel tersebut terhadap turnover intention masih tergolong sangat lemah, yaitu hanya sebesar 15,2%. Artinya, masih terdapat 84,8% faktor lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi turnover intention karyawan di CV. Alam Jaya (Toko Subur Union) Mamuju.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dan penerapan manajemen risiko pada pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang dapat memengaruhi keberlanjutan bisnis. UKM sebagai sektor dominan dalam perekonomian daerah membutuhkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang baik agar mampu bertahan di tengah dinamika pasar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy dan risk management terhadap business sustainability dengan financial decision making sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden pelaku UKM yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS, yang memungkinkan pengujian hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel. Proses analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk, pengujian hipotesis, serta evaluasi model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan risk management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap business sustainability, baik secara langsung maupun melalui financial decision making sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman keuangan dan kemampuan manajemen risiko dapat memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha UKM. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku UKM, pemerintah daerah, dan lembaga keuangan dalam merancang program peningkatan literasi keuangan dan manajemen risiko. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan wilayah, menambah variabel lain seperti dukungan teknologi digital, serta menggunakan metode longitudinal untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

In the digital age, technological literacy is an important factor in supporting community participation in various aspects of life, including the economy, education, and public services. However, the level of technological literacy in Indonesia, especially in areas such as West Sulawesi, is still relatively low. This can be seen from the limited understanding of the community in using technology effectively and safely, as well as the low utilization of digital services provided by the government. As the agency responsible for communication and information technology, the West Sulawesi Communication and Information Agency is expected to play an active role in improving the technological literacy of the community This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Leadership and Organizational Culture on Millennial Employee Creativity at the West Sulawesi Communication, Informatics, and Encryption Agency. The research method used was a survey with a saturated sampling technique, in which all subordinate employees who met the research criteria were included in the sample. The sample size was 64 millennial employees. The results of the study indicate that Digital Leadership does not influence Millennial Employee Creativity, with a significance value of 0.00>0.05. Organizational Culture has a significant partial effect on Millennial Employee Creativity with a significance value of 0.00<0.05. Organizational Culture has a strong and significant effect on Millennial Employee Creativity, while Digital Leadership does not have a significant effect on Millennial Employee Creativity in this model.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has arisen as a promising answer for upgrading straightforwardness, recognizability, and productivity in overseeing supply chains. This examination paper digs into the complex connection between blockchain innovation and production network the board, amalgamating existing writing and pinpointing arising patterns. By fastidiously inspecting scholastic examination and industry reports, this study enlightens the bunch advantages of incorporating blockchain into supply chains, including uplifted straightforwardness, lessened extortion, and reinforced cooperation among partners. Furthermore, it examines the obstacles frustrating blockchain execution, going from adaptability issues to difficulties in interoperability and administrative consistence. Through an inside and out investigation of contextual investigations and experimental proof, this paper reveals insight into commonsense uses of blockchain across different areas of production network the executives.
