Abstract

Penelitian tersebut bermaksud guna menganalisa kreativitas pegawai yang dipengaruhi atas empowering leadership, organizational culture, creativity process engagement, psychological empowerment di Badan Pusat Statistik Se-Provinsi Jawa Timur. Apakah seorang pemimpin atas memberdayakan kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, keterlibatan proses kreatif dapat menstimulus adanya kreativitas pegawai untuk menumbuhkan perfrma organisasi. Penelitiannya memakai pendekatan kuantitatif melalui tekhnik survei, melibatkan pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik di Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Analisa jalur guna menguji tautan langsung serta tidak langsung diantara variable tersebut. Temuan penelitian memastikan bahwasanya pemberdayaan kepemimpinan serta tradisi organisasi mempunyai dampak baik yang signifikan atas kreativitas pegawai.

Abstract

This paper present the result of analysis that economic impact of Covid-19 on industrial prices/commodities, the business sector in Indonesia is not all negative, but there are also positives. WFH policy, social distancing, physical distancing, #dirumahaja, many people do not leave the house, negatively impact the inhibition of the distribution channel of goods/services. from upstream to downstream, from supplier to manufacturer, distributor to consumer. But there are certain sector companies that have a positive impact on their financial performance even though they are not as big as when normal, especially those based on virtual, pharmaceuticals and food. The methods used in this study are descriptive and expost facto. The resurt of this study in indonesian macroeconomic policies in the face of covid-19 economic stabilization, in the form of interest rate subsidies, tax rates, social assistance, direct cash assistance (BLT), low-cost staples. Lower banking rates, lower income tax rates, ease of provision of basic materials. Delays in paying credit installments (principal and interest), easier provision of capital for medium-small enterprises (SMEs), micro-empowerment capital, to increase banking capital, control prices, avoid inflation. The limitation this study needs many sampling and objective analysis for sectors affect by covid 19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating digital competence and innovation culture on employee performance in MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using a quantitative approach. The total sample in this study consisted of 389 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS software to analyze the relationships between variables. The research findings indicate that digital competence influences job satisfaction. Innovation culture affects job satisfaction. Digital competence impacts employee performance. Innovation culture influences employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of digital competence on employee performance. Job satisfaction also mediates the effect of innovation culture on employee performance. The implications of this study suggest that MSMEs need to enhance digital competence and foster a strong innovation culture to drive job satisfaction, ultimately improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for human resource managers in designing effective training programs and organizational development strategies. Additionally, the results can serve as a foundation for optimizing human resource management strategies to be more adaptive to changes in the business environment and technological advancements.
