Abstract

Bad debts are a serious problem in the management of BUMDEsa, so the application of the 5C principle is needed to assess the eligibility of prospective debtors and maintain the sustainability of financing. This study aims to analyze the application of the 5C principle in minimizing bad debts at BUMDEsa Amanah Desa Bukit Gajah as an effort to maintain the sustainability of financing. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques, namely using observation, interviews, documentation. Data were obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the data collected starting from the results of observations, it can present the answer "yes" to the observation: 60%. Thus it can be concluded that analyzing the application of the 5C principle to minimize bad debts in village-owned enterprises(BUMDEsa) Amanah Bukit Gajah Village is categorized as Quite Optimal because it is 41% -60%. This result of a study that illustrates the importance of implementing the 5 C principle before providing credit to customers. To gain confidence and financing interests, financing must conduct a thorough assessment of character, ability, capital, collateral and economic conditions known as "5 C".

Abstract

Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung proses pendidikan dengan menyediakan berbagai sumber daya edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen pusat sumber belajar (PSB) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas sumber daya pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber sekunder, termasuk jurnal, buku, dan dokumen ilmiah terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen PSB yang efektif melibatkan perencanaan yang matang, pengorganisasian sumber daya yang efisien, pengarahan yang jelas, dan pengendalian yang ketat terhadap fasilitas pendidikan. Evaluasi kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan infrastruktur dan program yang relevan, implementasi yang terencana, dan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas PSB. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya aksesibilitas fisik, teknologi, dan informasi sebagai elemen utama dalam memastikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar oleh semua pengguna. Selain itu, kualitas PSB juga ditekankan sebagai faktor krusial dalam mendukung proses pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategy of the Learning Resource Center in supporting the effectiveness of blended learning-based learning. This research uses a library research method by collecting data from various literature such as books, scientific journals, and relevant previous research results. The results of the study show that the Learning Resource Center has a strategic role in providing digital facilities, managing educational resources, and integrating technology into the learning process. Effective management strategies include developing technological infrastructure, improving educators' competencies in the use of digital media, and aligning learning content with curriculum needs. With structured and adaptive management, Learning Resource Centers can be a key factor in increasing the effectiveness and sustainability of the implementation of blended learning in educational institutions.
