Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of public policy in the administration of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) in Tegal Regency, based on Tegal Regent Regulation No. 80 of 2023 as the legal basis for implementation. The Tegal Regency Library and Archives Office serves as the primary implementing agency responsible for coordination, socialization, and management of the SRIKANDI system within the local government. This study aims to identify the factors supporting and influencing the implementation of public policy, thereby identifying obstacles and potential improvements. This study also employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis is conducted using Edward III's policy implementation theory, which emphasizes four key indicators: communication, resources, implementer disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research findings indicate that the implementation of SRIKANDI is still in the strengthening and adjustment phase, particularly in terms of budgetary support, information technology infrastructure, and equitable training for all OPDs. However, the existence of the Regent's Regulation has provided legitimacy and a clear legal framework for the implementation of this system. The active involvement of the Library and Archives Department as the leading sector, along with the establishment of a Help Desk team, constitutes a strategic step in ensuring the sustainability of the implementation. This study concludes that the implementation of public policy in the implementation of SRIKANDI requires synergy between regulations, human resource capacity building, infrastructure support, and coordination among work units. With the strengthening of these dimensions, Tegal Regency has the potential to become a model region in the implementation of an effective and sustainable digital archiving system

Abstract

At the elementary, secondary, and higher education levels, there are significant differences in the evaluation approaches required. In elementary schools, the evaluation approach typically focuses more on formative assessment to provide constructive feedback, thereby increasing student engagement and motivation to learn. This method is designed to provide educators with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement effective and relevant learning evaluations. This community service program significantly contributes to the understanding and practice of learning evaluation at the elementary, secondary, and higher education levels. With continued support in technology and innovative methods, it is hoped that the results will transform the culture of evaluation in schools and improve the overall quality of education. With increased evaluation knowledge and skills among educators, it is hoped that the overall quality of education will improve.

Abstract

Pemasaran pakaian thrift yang dilakukan Thrifttralala.id melalui WhatApp Group merupakan strategi penjualan yang memudahkan penjual untuk menjangkau konsumennya secara digital. Melalui pengiriman pesan berupa informasi dan foto pakaian thrift di WAG part of thrifttralala.id, interaksi antara penjual dan pembeli dapat terjalin dengan baik, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan dari konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penggunaan WhatsApp Group dalam penjualan pakaian thrift dan menganalisis strategi yang digunakan penjual untuk menarik pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif analisis yang menggambarkan hasil observasi dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemasaran pakaian thrift melalui WhatsApp Group memberikan kemudahan bagi penjual untuk mempromosikan barang dagangannya secara langsung tanpa perantara. Pemasaran melalui WhatsApp Group menciptakan keekslusifan hubungan antara penjual dan pembeli sehingga proses penjualan dapat terpantau langsung oleh calon konsumen yang berada dalam grup tersebut.
