Abstract

This study seeks to examine how Islamic business ethics are implemented in purchasing and selling activities at the Arjosari traditional market in Pacitan Regency. This research is driven by the noted absence of business ethics implementation in the Arjosari traditional market. Integrity, friendliness, courtesy, and equity are fundamental tenets of Islamic business ethics; Preliminary observations suggest that some vendors may engage in practices perceived as dishonest, unapproachable, or inconsistent in pricing, raising concerns about the application of Islamic business ethics in the market. Customers often associate satisfaction with merchants perceived to uphold Islamic business ethics, suggesting a potential link worth exploring. Consequently, business actors must implement sharia business ethics, regardless of whether they are operating in micro or macro enterprises. This research utilizes a qualitative method to investigate the experiences and viewpoints of traders and customers concerning Islamic business ethicsThe study’s findings indicate that participants perceive Islamic business ethics as contributing to increased customer loyalty and trust in market transactions.

Abstract

Changes in economic status and business improvement are expectations for business actors, one of the government institutions that participate in encouraging the economic growth of the community is BAZNAS. BAZNAS Pacitan Regency has a social program called Productive Zakat, there are two types of financing provided to mustahik, namely the Business Rombong Program and Revolving Funds. The purpose of this study is the extent to which the impact of the productive zakat program in transforming the economy of mustahik in Pacitan Regency for the better. The lack of financial capital, expertise, and creativity is the main problem experienced by mustahik. This type of research is field research, the method used is descriptive qualitative, for the data used in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with BAZNAS Pacitan Regency and mustahik recipients of the Productive Zakat program. Secondary data was obtained from BAZNAS program reports, some literature, articles from magazines, journals and newspapers on the internet. The results showed that the implementation of productive zakat programs, both revolving fund programs and business rombong, had a positive impact on mustahik business growth, increased income and gave birth to new entrepreneurs. The productive zakat utilization program carried out by BAZNAS Pacitan Regency has been running well. However, it needs to be improved again, one of which is in terms of socialization to the community.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi sejak bulan maret 2020 membuat pergeseran sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dampak pandemi yang mengakibatkan perubahan ekonomi, sosial, danbudaya pada masyarakat Desa Sewulan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan data primer melaluiwawancara langsung ke narasumber. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Metode pengambilansampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling yang dilakukan secara snowball. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanterjadi pergeseran sistem sosial ekonomi masyarakat Sewulan. (1) Dari segi ekonomi mengatasi pengurangananggaran pengeluaran konsumsi pada masyarakat di Desa Sewulan: (2) Dari segi sosial memberikankeuntungan salah satu dari keuntungan tersebut adalah sebagai suri tauladan bagi desa lainnya dan lingkungantersebut dijadikan sarana pendidikan dan pelatihan di bidang pertanian modern. Dan kesan yang terlihat padalingkungan Desa Sewulan bersih, sehat, agrobisnis di Desa tersebut tanpa ada pencemaran limbah yangmencemari lingkungan: (3) Dari segi budaya dengan adanya program penanaman tanaman Hidroponik dilingkungan Desa Sewulan menumbuhkan gotong royong, budaya mandiri, serta menjadikan pademi sebagaiberkah, yaitu menumbuhkan jiwa produktif bukan hanya konsumtif.

Abstract

Social piety is a concept where humans not only obey religious rituals, but can also practice religious teachings and benefit the social environment. One way to form social piety is through religious learning at school. Researchers are interested in researching the location of SDN 4 Gelangkulon because that location there is visible religious pluralism in it. This research aims to describe and explain the internalization of religious moderation values in forming social piety at SDN 4 Gelangkulon. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research using a case study method or approach involving Religious Students and Teachers in the Sodong Gelangkulon Sampung Ponorogo hamlet as research subjects. The results of the research show that internalizing the values of religious moderation through religious learning can contribute and prove effective in forming students' social piety because religious learning contains the values of religious moderation which include justice, tolerance, non-violence, harmony, and mutual help.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective educational marketing management strategies in increasing the number of new students at Mts Ma'arif 11 Tokawi. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, madrasas are required to implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to attract the interest of prospective new students and parents. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on madrasas that have succeeded in increasing the number of new students. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategies used include: (1) planning excellence as a promotion that will be used to attract the interest of prospective new students, (2) organizing the formation of a new student admissions committee, (3) implementing strategies that have been determined by the madrasa such as promoting madrasa activities through social media and socialization to the community, (4) monitoring and evaluation are carried out through internal meetings with the PPDB committee led directly by the principal of the madrasa by reviewing the results of the marketing strategies that have been implemented in terms of the level of community response, the effectiveness of the use of social media and the number of prospective new students who register. The implementation of this marketing strategy has been proven to increase the attractiveness of madrasahs and result in an increase in the number of new students. This research is expected to provide practical recommendations for madrasah administrators in designing adaptive and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management in fostering students' morals towards teachers in educational institutions. The background of this research is based on the importance of character education in building respect for students and the challenges of declining morals due to social and technological developments. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Ngreco, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency. The research subjects included school principals, teachers, education staff, students, and parents who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, while data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques, member checks, and trail audits. The results of the study show that human resource management in fostering students' morals is carried out through four main functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Planning is carried out by integrating moral values in learning tools and religious habituation programs. Organizing is carried out through the division of tasks and collaboration between teachers in character development. The implementation is carried out through the example of teachers, habituation activities, and strengthening religious school culture. Supervision is carried out through continuous evaluation of student behavior and teacher performance in moral development. This study concludes that structured human resource management based on religious values is able to improve students' morals towards teachers and create harmonious relationships in the educational environment. These findings make a theoretical contribution to the development of character-based education management as well as practical implications for educational institutions in designing moral development programs in a systematic and sustainable manner.
