Abstract

Sektor e-commerce sangat bergantung pada kecepatan, akurasi, dan transparansi informasi, dan pertumbuhan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah mengubah sistem rantai pasok secara signifikan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara sistematis kontribusi IoT terhadap optimalisasi efektivitas rantai pasok dalam e-commerce. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini menganalisis dari berbagai sumber tepercaya dalam rentang waktu 2020 – 2025. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi IoT memberikan dampak positif terhadap visibilitas real-time, integrasi data, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan responsivitas permintaan pelanggan. Selain itu, kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama seperti isu keamanan data, ketergantungan pada infrastruktur digital, dan kebutuhan standarisasi antar platform. Implikasi hasil ini menjadi landasan bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam merancang sistem rantai pasok berbasis IoT yang lebih cerdas dan adaptif di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract. Pricing strategy is a crucial element in managerial economics as it directly influences demand, profitability, and the competitive position of firms in the market. However, pricing decisions are highly complex since they are affected by cost structures, demand elasticity, market structure, and the dynamics of digitalization. This study aims to systematically review the literature on pricing strategies within the scope of managerial economics. The research employed a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review. The findings reveal that pricing strategies can be classified into several major categories, namely price discrimination, new product pricing, pricing in established markets, and innovative pricing in the context of digitalization and e-commerce. Furthermore, technological advancement and data analytics are found to significantly shape modern pricing models. This study concludes that pricing strategy is a vital managerial tool to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability, while also highlighting opportunities for future research on the integration of big data and artificial intelligence into pricing practices. Abstrak. Penetapan harga merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam ekonomi manajerial karena berhubungan langsung dengan permintaan, laba, serta posisi kompetitif perusahaan di pasar. Namun, strategi penetapan harga memiliki kompleksitas tinggi karena dipengaruhi oleh faktor biaya, elastisitas permintaan, struktur pasar, hingga dinamika digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis literatur terkait strategi penetapan harga dalam ekonomi manajerial. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Systematic Literature Review. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penetapan harga dapat dikategorikan ke dalam beberapa pendekatan utama, yaitu diskriminasi harga, penetapan harga produk baru, strategi harga di pasar mapan, serta inovasi harga dalam konteks digital dan e-commerce. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa perkembangan teknologi dan analisis data memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap model penetapan harga modern. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi harga sebagai instrumen manajerial untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis, sekaligus membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan mengenai integrasi big data dan kecerdasan buatan dalam praktik penetapan harga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development and impact of artificial intelligence adoption across various sectors, with a focus on higher education, creative industries, and business. Using bibliometric analysis, this research analyzes relevant articles published between 2021 and 2024, considering citation counts and contributions to understanding AI in different fields. The most cited article is Developing a model for AI Across the curriculum, which discusses the integration of AI in higher education to enhance AI literacy. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of upskilling and reskilling in multinational corporations, as discussed in Rebooting employees: upskilling for artificial intelligence in multinational corporations, emphasizing the need for skill updates to adapt to technological advancements. The research also identifies that AI adoption by SMEs and other industries has significant potential to improve productivity and business sustainability, although challenges related to human resource readiness and digital infrastructure persist. Overall, the findings provide insights into AI's technological development and its implications for business transformation and learning strategies in the digital era.
