Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan ancaman serius di Indonesia, terletak di Jalur Lingkar Api Pasifik yang rentan terhadap aktivitas seismik. Bangunan tinggi di daerah ini memerlukan perhatian khusus terkait kekuatan struktural mereka terhadap gaya lateral yang dapat menyebabkan keruntuhan. Dalam konteks ini, penggunaan dinding geser (Shear Wall) menjadi salah satu metode umum untuk meningkatkan kekakuan struktural dan menahan gaya lateral. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan simpangan struktural pada gedung perkuliahan Kampus III Universitas Atmajaya sebelum dan sesudah penambahan dinding geser. Fokus utama adalah mempertimbangkan desain dan posisi shear wall yang efektif. Dua konfigurasi letak shear wall dievaluasi untuk menentukan pengaruhnya terhadap simpangan struktural dan kemampuan menanggapi gaya lateral. Metode penelitian menggunakan permodelan tiga dimensi dengan perangkat lunak ETABS. Analisis melibatkan dua konfigurasi letak shear wall yang berbeda. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan struktur menyerap gaya gempa setelah penambahan shear wall. Konfigurasi letak shear wall model 2 terpilih sebagai yang paling efektif, mengatasi torsi besar pada mode 3 yang dimiliki oleh model 1. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan shear wall secara efektif meningkatkan kinerja struktural dan mengontrol simpangan struktur. Konfigurasi letak shear wall model 2 menjadi pilihan optimal, memberikan daya dukung terbaik terhadap gaya lateral gempa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman praktis tentang efektivitas penggunaan shear wall untuk meningkatkan kekakuan struktural di daerah gempa-prone seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

The description of the determinants of teacher turnover intention in Vocational High School (SMK) is still not optimally depicted in Indonesia. This condition is due to the limited number of special studies that focus on teacher turnover intentions for vocational school teachers. At the same time, the role of vocational school teachers is essential for the sustainability of educational institutions. Therefore, this study aims to build a conceptual model that determines teacher turnover intention. Literature research data was collected between 2006 and 2021, sourced from Google Scholar. In addition, the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) and bibliometric approaches were used for data analysis. The findings of the study lead to the development of a conceptual model to determine teacher turnover intention, which includes five variables: job satisfaction, interpersonal stress, efficacy, prosocial motivation, and organizational culture. It was found that teacher turnover intention can be measured through three dimensions: the possibility of individuals leaving the organization, teachers' cognitions and attitudes, and the frequency and intensity of intentions.

Abstract

One of the environmental problems that affect environmental and human health is waste generated from various human activities. Managing and sorting waste based on its type will make it easier to choose the next processing step, which will help reduce it. Sekolah Alam Robbani is one of the educational units with MI level in Jatisampurna Bekasi which has quite a lot of students. This school with the concept of nature in its activities is under the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The purpose of this community service is to promote environmental awareness, waste management education and composting of food waste and management. The method used is by providing material and direct practice of Tatakura Home Method Compost processing procedures. Evaluation and results of activities by dividing students into small groups and this is effective, students are able to prepare the ingredients and what steps in making this compost and are able to practice directly how to make and process Tatakura Home Method compost.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance in local government agencies. Organizational culture is one of the essential elements that shape individual behavior within an organization. Organizational commitment reflects the level of attachment and loyalty of employees to the organization where they work, while employee performance refers to the achievement of work results according to predetermined standards. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to several employees in local government institutions. The results showed that organizational culture positively and significantly affects organizational commitment and employee performance. A strong organizational culture can create a conducive work atmosphere, increase work morale, and foster employee loyalty to the organization. Therefore, improving organizational culture is one of the strategies that can be applied by local government institutions to improve the performance of civil servants.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and perceived pricing on consumers' repurchase intentions, with trust serving as a mediating factor, in the context of modern retail outlets in Padang City. A quantitative method was utilized, employing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered to 250 participants, all of whom were patrons of Budiman Swalayan. The analysis revealed that both SMM and price perception have a positive and significant influence on customer trust. Moreover, price perception has a direct and essential effect on repurchase intention, whereas SMM does not exhibit a substantial direct effect on repurchase intention. Trust demonstrated a significant impact on repurchase intention and was confirmed as a significant mediator in the relationship between both SMM and price perception with repurchase intention. These outcomes highlight the crucial role of trust in connecting SMM and pricing perceptions to consumer loyalty. From a practical standpoint, the study emphasizes the necessity of consistent digital marketing efforts and equitable pricing strategies as fundamental drivers for building trust and encouraging repeat purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategic plan for the National and Political Unity Agency (Kesbangpol) of Solok Regency using the SWOT analysis approach. A qualitative case study design was employed through in-depth interviews, stakeholder surveys, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal: (1) Strengths: competent human resources and strong collaborative networks; (2) Weaknesses: limited budget and insufficient supporting infrastructure; (3) Opportunities: increasing community participation and technological utilisation; (4) Threats: central policy instability and the potential for social conflict. The priority strategies include strengthening human resource capacity, optimising information technology, and innovating funding mechanisms. Policy recommendations highlight the importance of responsiveness to local dynamics and reinforcing impact-based evaluation systems.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic planning of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) in Solok Regency using SWOT analysis to enhance human resource performance. A qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and official document studies. Key findings identify strengths in human resource quality and information systems, while weaknesses include budget constraints and bureaucratic inefficiency. Opportunities lie in external collaboration and technology adoption, whereas threats encompass inter-regional competition and regulatory changes. The strategic plan, formulated via TOWS matrix, prioritizes training capacity building, service digitization, and inter-institutional synergy. Implementation is measured through key performance indicators such as employee competency growth and recruitment efficiency. The study recommends accelerating digital transformation and performance-based budgeting for sustainable HR policy.

Abstract

This study develops the strategic plan for the Government Bureau of West Sumatra Province for the period as an effort to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of provincial government governance. The method employed is qualitative research based on literature review and analysis of official documents related to strategic planning and bureaucratic reform. SWOT analysis is applied to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the government bureau. The findings highlight the need to strengthen human resources, integrate information technology, refine work procedures, and improve coordination among work units and stakeholders. The formulated strategic plan includes vision, mission, goals, targets, priority programs, and activities to support sustainable regional development and quality public services. Recommendations focus on improving HR capacity, bureaucratic innovation, and effective monitoring systems to achieve transparent and accountable governance.

Abstract

The strategic planning of the Regional Secretariat of Sawahlunto City is a crucial factor in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of regional governance. This study aims to formulate a comprehensive strategic plan using SWOT analysis and stakeholder mapping, alongside the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to prioritize the most suitable strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant officials, questionnaires to staff and stakeholders, and documentation of regulations and performance reports. The findings indicate that the Regional Secretariat needs to strengthen human resource capacity, improve standard operating procedures (SOP), and enhance cross-agency collaboration. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve public service quality and strengthen the governance of Sawahlunto City. This study offers practical policy recommendations and serves as an academic reference for strategic planning at the local government level.

Abstract

This study develops a 2026–2030 Strategic Plan for strengthening government administration, regional governance, and regional autonomy in the Government Administration Section of the Regional Secretariat of Solok Regency. Using a SWOT analysis approach, the research identifies internal-external factors in local governance post-Revision of Law No. 23/2014. Qualitative methods were applied through triangulation of interview data, document studies, and observations. Findings indicate core strengths in institutional capacity and regulatory support, while weaknesses include coordination fragmentation and technological limitations. Strategic opportunities lie in digitalization of services and inter-regional collaboration, whereas threats encompass regulatory disparities and fiscal pressures. The strategic plan is formulated through three pillars: (1) Administrative capacity strengthening, (2) Optimization of territorial governance, and (3) Autonomy synergy based on locality. Implementation is designed via a phased roadmap with measurable performance indicators.
