Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi dalam pembelajaran bilangan di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka, dengan mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan temuan dari 13 artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi yang membahas pembelajaran bilangan pada jenjang sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Artikel yang dianalisis dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran jurnal di mesin pencari ilmiah menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan, dan informasi dari masing-masing artikel diklasifikasikan berdasarkan media yang digunakan, serta hasil pembelajaran yang dicapai. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti Math Bilbul, Mathopoly, PowerPoint interaktif, Wordwall, chatbot, animasi, dan game edukatif secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan, motivasi belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi inovatif berbasis teknologi merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dan relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bilangan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sensory characteristics of savory bakpia with tuna and sambal matah flavored tempeh filling in various filling percentages, namely 30%, 40%, and 50%. The background of this research is the desire to bring innovation to new flavors of bakpia products, which have been dominated by sweet flavors. The research method used was experimental, with sensory tests conducted by 10 expert panelists on the aspects of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The results showed that bakpia with sambal matah filling of 40% had the highest average value in almost all sensory aspects, making it the most preferred formulation. Tests were also conducted with consumer panelists to determine which percentage of sambal matah was most preferred. The results of consumer acceptance obtained the type of percentage preferred by consumers, namely the 40% chili sauce matah treatment. This product was developed in the form of a business startup with the trademark “Bakkate” and marketed through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok. Consumer satisfaction analysis revealed high satisfaction levels, particularly in taste (92%), packaging design (92%), and customer service friendliness (90.6%). Other aspects such as pricing, ease of purchase, and delivery speed were also positively rated above 84%. Financial analysis indicated that with a selling price of IDR 22,000 per box and an initial investment of IDR 412,740, the business reached a profit of IDR 845,102 in the first month, with a projected break-even point of approximately 9.1 months. The results suggest that savory bakpia with tuna and tempeh sambal matah has high potential as an innovative local food product and business startup, provided consistent marketing strategies and product development are maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola gerak teknik sepak sila dan sepak kura pada siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMK Negeri 1 Parittiga. Teknik sepak sila dan sepak kura merupakan keterampilan dasar penting yang mempengaruhi efektivitas permainan serta keselamatan pemain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode biomekanika. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah analisis video dengan perangkat lunak Kinovea untuk mengamati sudut gerakan tubuh, kecepatan gerak, serta keseimbangan dalam setiap fase gerakan (awal, pelaksanaan, dan akhir). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 siswa yang aktif mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 25% siswa berada dalam kategori “sangat menguasai” teknik, 25% “menguasai”, sementara sisanya berada pada tingkat “cukup”, “tidak menguasai”, hingga “sangat tidak menguasai”. Ditemukan bahwa teknik sepak sila lebih dikuasai daripada teknik sepak kura. Kesalahan umum yang terjadi antara lain posisi tubuh yang kurang tepat, sudut ayunan kaki yang tidak optimal, serta kurangnya koordinasi dan keseimbangan tubuh. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan teknologi analisis gerak dalam proses latihan dan pembelajaran, serta pembinaan teknik dasar secara berkelanjutan agar penguasaan teknik dapat ditingkatkan secara efektif
